本发明一种高能量密度的永磁转子,包括转轴(1),左压板(2),导磁芯体(3),永磁体,右压板(5),压紧螺母(6);其特征在于所述的永磁体为矩形永磁体(4),导磁芯体(3)是由矽钢片冲片叠压而成,在导磁芯体(3)内有多对极,每一极内都有互不相连的多边形槽,在多边形槽内有矩形槽,在矩形槽内安装矩形永磁体(4)。本发明的永磁转子,是利用切向转子结构,永磁体并联作用,由多个永磁体截面对电机气隙提供每极磁通,在一定转子直径下提高电机气隙磁密,具有结构简单,安装方便,电机效率高,比功率大等优点,特别适用于电动汽车用永磁同步电机。

本发明涉及一种高能量密度的永磁转子。
背景技术
近年来,永磁电机的应用得到广泛推广。特别是稀土永磁电机具有结构简单,运行可靠,体积小,质量轻,损耗小,效率高,电机的形状和尺寸可以灵活多样等显著优点。因而应用范围极为广泛,几乎遍及航空航天,国防,工农业生产和日常生活的各个领域。随着永磁电机及电力电子技术的发展,电机可采用高速永磁中频电机,以提高整个系统的性能,提高永磁转子的能量密度,减少电机体积,是一个重要课题,其中,转子结构形式的选取在高速永磁电机设计中占有重要地位。
发明内容
本发明的目是发明一种高能量密度的永磁转子,利用切向转子结构,永磁体并联作用,由多个永磁体截面对电机气隙提供每极磁通,在一定转子直径下提高电机气隙磁密,且结构简单,安装方便,电机效率高,比功率大。
本发明的一种高能量密度的永磁转子,包括转轴,左压板,导磁芯体,永磁体,右压板,压紧螺母;其特征在于所述的永磁体为矩形永磁体,导磁芯体是由矽钢片冲片叠压而成,在导磁芯体内有多对极,每一极内都有互不相连的多边形槽,在多边形槽内有矩形槽,在矩形槽内安装矩形永磁体。

本发明的一种高能量密度的永磁转子,包括转轴1,左压板2,导磁芯体3,永磁体,右压板5,压紧螺母6;所述的永磁体为矩形永磁体4,导磁芯体3是由矽钢片冲片叠压而成,在导磁芯体3内有多对极,每一极内都有互不相连的多边形槽,在多边形槽内有矩形槽,在矩形槽内安装矩形永磁体4。
装配永磁转子时,先将左压板2穿在转轴1内,按要求在导磁芯体3装好矩形永磁体4后,将其压入转轴1内,右压板2穿在转轴1内,用压紧螺母6上紧即得。
