Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned and other objects, features and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the hardware related to the management method for managing tools and instruments in and out of a warehouse according to the present invention includes an in-warehouse detection area a and an out-warehouse detection area B which are respectively disposed on a path where the tools and instruments must pass through, a radio frequency reader/writer for reading radio frequency tags disposed on the tools and instruments, a plurality of radio frequency antennas disposed at different positions in the in-warehouse detection area a and the out-warehouse detection area B, and a data processor for performing data analysis. The radio frequency antenna is connected with the radio frequency reader-writer in a wired or wireless mode, and the radio frequency reader-writer is connected with the data processor in a wired or wireless mode, for example, the radio frequency antenna is connected with a network port of the data processor through a router. The radio frequency tag can be an electronic tag such as RFID (radio frequency identification device) and NFC (near field communication), and the identity information of the electronic tag on each tool is unique. As shown in fig. 2, the detection area a in the library of this embodiment is disposed in the door of the electric power safety tool library, the detection area B outside the library is disposed outside the door of the electric power safety tool library, the different positions of the detection area a in the library and the detection area B outside the library are provided with the rf antennas, the detection area a in the library and the detection area B outside the library are independent from each other and do not intersect with each other in signals, the signal range of the rf antennas covers the whole detection area corresponding to each other respectively, so that the rf reader-writer can detect and identify the tools at different positions in the detection area.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of the method of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, after the detection area and the rf antenna are set, the method of the present invention further includes the following steps:
when the tool passes through the detection area A in the warehouse and/or the detection area B outside the warehouse, the radio frequency reader collects information data on a radio frequency tag on the tool, and sends the collected information data of the tool to the data processor;
after receiving the information data sent by the radio frequency reader-writer, the data processor extracts the state data of the corresponding tool, and compares the acquired information data of the tool with the state data of the corresponding tool:
confirm whether in the library: for the information data collected from the detection area A in the warehouse, if the extracted state of the tool is taken out of the warehouse, when the information data of the tool is collected in the detection area A in the warehouse, the current tool enters the warehouse, the data processor updates the state of the tool into the existing warehouse and stores the updated state data, and after the state data is updated and stored, the state data which is updated last time is used for comparison in the next comparison; if the extracted state of the tool is in the library, when the information data of the tool is collected in the detection area A in the library, the tool is still in the library at present, and the state data of the tool is not updated (fig. 4);
and (3) confirming whether the product is delivered from the warehouse: for the information data collected from the detection area B outside the warehouse, if the extracted state of the tool is in the warehouse, when the information data of the tool is collected in the detection area B outside the warehouse, the data processor indicates that the tool leaves the warehouse at present, and at the moment, the data processor updates the state of the tool into the state of the tool, and stores the updated state data; if the extracted state of the tool is ex-warehouse, when the information data of the tool is collected in the out-warehouse detection area B, the tool is still outside the warehouse at present, and the state data of the tool is not updated.
The meaning of warehousing and warehousing in the invention is equivalent, and the tools and the instruments are positioned in a warehouse. The status data of the tool in and out of the library may be stored in the data processor, or may be stored in an external database or a memory independent of the data processor.
The method of the present invention is explained with a specific embodiment, assuming that a safety helmet is in a tool library, a radio frequency tag arranged on the safety helmet is a relatively common RFID tag, status data of the safety helmet stored in a data processor is in the library, an in-library detection area a is arranged inside a warehouse door, and an out-library detection area B is arranged outside the warehouse door;
when a worker receives the safety helmet and passes through a detection area A in a warehouse, a radio frequency reader-writer acquires information data of the safety helmet through an RFID antenna (radio frequency antenna) and sends the information data to a data processor;
after receiving the data sent by the radio frequency reader-writer, the data processor compares the received information data of the safety helmet with the self-stored state data of the safety helmet, and when the information data of the safety helmet is detected in the detection area A in the database because the state data of the safety helmet is in the database, the data processor indicates that the safety helmet is still positioned in the warehouse and does not update the state data of the safety helmet;
when a worker passes through the detection area B outside the warehouse, the radio frequency reader-writer acquires information data of the safety helmet through the RFID antenna and sends the information data to the data processor;
after receiving the data sent by the radio frequency reader-writer, the data processor compares the received information data of the safety helmet with the self-stored state data of the safety helmet, wherein the state data of the safety helmet is in a warehouse, and when the information data of the safety helmet is detected in an out-of-warehouse detection area B, the safety helmet is indicated to leave the warehouse, and the state data of the safety helmet is updated to be out of the warehouse and stored; when a worker receives the safety helmet and locates outside the warehouse, even if the safety helmet is repeatedly detected in the detection area B outside the warehouse again, the state data of the safety helmet stored by the data processor is taken out of the warehouse, and the state of the safety helmet is not required to be updated;
when a worker returns the safety helmet and enters the detection area A in the warehouse, the radio frequency reader-writer collects information data of the safety helmet and sends the information data to the data processor, the data processor compares the collected information data with state data stored by the data processor, and the state data of the safety helmet is taken out of the warehouse, so that when the safety helmet is detected in the detection area A in the warehouse and the safety helmet is located in the warehouse, the state data of the safety helmet is updated to be in the warehouse, and the updated state data is stored.
The invention separately stores the state data of the tool in the data processor or the database or the memory, after the information data of the tool is collected in the detection area, the collected information data is compared with the stored state data to judge the stock state of the object, and the collected data of the two detection areas are not needed to be obtained simultaneously, so that the two detection areas can work independently, and when one detection area has a transient fault, the normal work of the other detection area can not be influenced.
In addition, the electronic tags with the personnel identity information can be arranged on the personnel entering and exiting the warehouse, when the personnel pass through the detection areas inside and outside the warehouse, the radio frequency reader-writer can simultaneously identify the personnel identity information, the identified personnel identity information and the information data of the object are sent to the data processor, and the personnel identity information and the electronic information of the object are bound and stored by the data processor, so that the information of the object and the personnel information of the object can be recorded, and the management personnel can conveniently inquire and manage.
Further, in order to reduce the system energy consumption, can set up access control system (fig. 2) at the storehouse gate, for example, through the card that access control system discerned business turn over personnel and worn, access control system passes through the identity information who reads card discernment business turn over storehouse personnel, detect when access control system has personnel to pass in and out the back, send start-up instruction to radio frequency antenna and the radio frequency reader writer in the detection area, begin to gather the information data who gets into article in the detection area, if access control system does not detect personnel's business turn over, then radio frequency antenna and the radio frequency reader writer in the detection area are in the dormant state. When having access control system, only detect that the personnel just trigger the radio frequency read write line after passing in and out and gather data, consequently as long as the detection zone that is triggered gathers data and just can contrast with the state data who preserves, judge out the warehouse entry state of worker utensil, do not need two detection zones to be in operating condition simultaneously, access control system's the mode of setting up is more nimble moreover, and application scope is wider.
Furthermore, a face recognition module can be arranged at the door of the warehouse, the identity information of the person who enters and exits is collected and recognized through the face recognition module, the collected identity information of the person is sent to the data processor, and the person information is bound with the collected information of the article entering and exiting the warehouse, so that the manager can conveniently inquire the person who has received the article or returned the article, and whether the received and returned article is consistent or not. Similarly, in order to reduce system energy consumption, the face recognition module and the radio frequency antenna and the radio frequency reader-writer in the detection area are not in a working state at the same time, for example, when no object is detected in the detection area, the face recognition module is in a dormant or standby state, and when an object entering or exiting the storage is detected in the detection area, the face recognition module is triggered to start to perform personnel information recognition; or when the face recognition module does not recognize the personnel information, the radio frequency antenna and the radio frequency reader-writer in the detection area are in a dormant or standby state, and after the face recognition module recognizes the personnel information, the radio frequency antenna and the radio frequency reader-writer in the detection area are triggered to collect the information of the object.
More preferably, the method further comprises a step of data acquisition and comparison, which can check and check a plurality of tools which simultaneously leave or simultaneously enter the warehouse, so as to prevent missed detection. When the tools pass through different detection areas (enter or leave a warehouse) simultaneously, the data processor compares the acquired information data with the state data, then compares the tool quantity and the information data acquired in the two detection areas (A and B), checks whether the tools detected twice are consistent, if not, merges the tool quantity and the information data acquired in the two detection areas, the tools acquired in the two detection areas are normal, the tools acquired in only one detection area are missed, and the state data is updated after merging the information data acquired in the two detection areas, so that the state data of the missed tools can be prevented from being updated in time, and the accuracy of inventory records is influenced.
For example, a worker once gets 5 pieces of work tools (a, b, c, d, e) in a warehouse, when the work tools go out of the warehouse and pass through a detection area A in the warehouse, the radio frequency reader-writer only collects information data of 4 pieces of work tools (a, b, c, e), 1 piece (d) is missed, and the radio frequency reader-writer sends the collected information data of 4 pieces of work tools to the data processor;
the data processor compares the information data of the 4 tools received from the detection area A in the library with the state data of the corresponding tools stored by the data processor;
when a worker passes through the detection area B outside the warehouse, the radio frequency reader-writer only collects the information of 4 pieces of work tools (a, B, c and d) and detects 1 piece (e), and the radio frequency reader-writer sends the collected information data of the 4 pieces of work tools to the data processor;
the data processor compares the information data of the 4 tools received from the out-of-library detection area B with the state data of the corresponding tools stored by the data processor;
the data processor compares the information of the objects detected by the two detection areas, and if the number of the tools and the information data (a, B, c, e) detected by the in-storage detection area A are not consistent with the number of the tools and the information data (a, B, c, d) detected by the out-of-storage detection area B, the number of the objects and the information collected by the two detection areas are combined, and the total 5 tools (a, B, c, d, e) are considered to be delivered out of the storage, and the state data of all 5 tools are updated to be delivered out of the storage and stored.
For another example, when a worker takes 5 tools (a, B, c, d, e) in a warehouse, and when the worker goes out of the warehouse and passes through the in-warehouse detection area a, the rf reader-writer acquires only the information of the 4 tools (a, B, c, e), and fails to detect 1 tool (d), but when the worker passes through the out-warehouse detection area B, the rf reader-writer acquires the information of the 5 tools (a, B, c, d, e), and similarly combines the number and the information of the articles acquired by the two detection areas, it is considered that the 5 tools (a, B, c, d, e) are taken out of the warehouse in common, and the states of all the 5 tools are updated to be taken out of the warehouse and stored. The process of leaving the warehouse by the tool is the same.
The quantity and the information of the objects collected by the two detection areas are compared, so that the system has a better fault tolerance rate, the defects and the omissions are checked and repaired, the condition of omission is reduced, and the accuracy of inventory records is further improved. When the detection zone is more, can reduce the condition of mistake hourglass more and take place, consequently can also set up an auxiliary detection area between detection zone in the storehouse and the outer detection zone in storehouse, this regional interior multiplexer utensil's of auxiliary detection area collection quantity and information, the business turn over of article is not used for judging to the information data of gathering, only is used for coordinating the quantity of the multiplexer utensil that detection zone in the storehouse and the outer detection zone of storehouse gathered, confirms how many multiplexer utensils business turn over. The auxiliary detection area does not need to judge whether the tool enters or exits, so the auxiliary detection area can be intersected with the detection area in the library and the detection area outside the library or not. In addition, when the detection area A in the warehouse covers the whole internal area of the warehouse, the real-time inventory of the tools can be realized, and the management is convenient.
The previous description of the disclosed embodiments is provided to enable any person skilled in the art to make or use the present invention. Various modifications to these embodiments will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art, and the generic principles defined herein may be applied to other embodiments without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention. Thus, the present invention is not intended to be limited to the embodiments shown herein but is to be accorded the widest scope consistent with the principles and novel features disclosed herein.
