Background

SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

Detailed Description
The positional relationship described in the following embodiments includes: the top, bottom, left and right, unless otherwise indicated, are based on the orientation of the elements in the drawings.
The warehouse entry and exit management device of the present application basically manages a warehouse database 11 (see fig. 2) connected to a warehouse management server 10 in cooperation with the warehouse management server 10, and manages and records information of personnel and materials entering the warehouse. The warehouse database 11 is basically used to record the names, quantities and categories of materials (or goods) stored in the warehouse, and the time of the materials and personnel entering and leaving the warehouse.
Please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 2, which are a functional block diagram and a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the warehouse entry and exit management system according to the present application. An embodiment of the warehouse entry and exit management system of the present application, comprises: RFID tag 20, RFID reader 30, antenna array 32, identification device 40, electromagnetic shield 50, and a control device 60.
The identification device 40 is disposed at the entrance 81 of the warehouse 80, or at a position outside the warehouse 80 near the entrance 81, the identification device 40 is used for identifying the identity information of a person entering the warehouse, and the identification device 40 may be implemented as any one of an entrance card reader, a face recognizer and a fingerprint recognizer. In one embodiment, the identification device 40 has an entrance control function for controlling the opening or closing of the door 82 of the entrance 81 of the warehouse 80. The identity recognition device 40 obtains the identity information of the person and transmits the identity information to the control device 60, the control device 60 determines whether the person has the ex-warehouse authority or the in-warehouse authority according to the identity information, and the identity information of the person and the information of the authority (including the ex-warehouse authority and the in-warehouse authority) are stored in the database in advance, for example, are stored in the warehousing database 11 in a combined manner, so that the control device 60 can search and determine through the warehouse management server 10. The identification device 40 having the entrance guard control function opens the door 82 of the warehouse only after the person is identified by the identification device 40 and the person has the right to leave the warehouse or the right to put the warehouse in the warehouse. Before entering the warehouse, the personnel need to identify the identity information of the personnel through the identity recognition device 40, and whether the personnel have the ex-warehouse authority or the in-warehouse authority is judged according to the identity information; in an embodiment of the method of the present application, the authority of the person may be further determined by the identity information, for example, some persons are only responsible for warehousing and some persons are only going out of warehouse, and further, it is determined that the person behavior is a warehousing behavior or an ex-warehouse behavior.
As another embodiment of the method of the present application, the identification device 40 includes an operation interface 41: before the person is identified by the identity of the identity recognition device 40 and is allowed to enter the warehouse, the person can select the person behavior to be the warehousing behavior or the ex-warehouse behavior by himself through the operation interface 41.
The RFID tag 20 is attached to the material 70, and the RFID tag 20 records material information of the material 70, such as name, quantity and type of the material, wherein the preferred attachment method of the RFID tag 20 is an L-type attachment (see FIG. 4), specifically, the antenna of the RFID tag 20 at least extends from the first outer surface 71 of the material 70 to the second outer surface 72 of the material 70, if one part of the antenna of the RFID tag 20 is shielded by the material 70, the other part of the antenna of the RFID tag 20 can still receive the reading signal of the antenna array 32, so as to improve the recognition probability or success rate of the RFID reader 30 reading the RFID tag 20 through the antenna array 32, and solve the problem of missing reading.
The antenna array 32 is disposed at the entrance 81 of the warehouse 80, wherein the RFID reader 30 is electrically connected to the antenna array 32, and the RFID reader 30 can read the material information of the RFID tag 20 through the antenna array 32. The antenna array 32 is used to read the asset information of the RFID tags 20 of the assets 70 entering the warehouse or leaving the warehouse. Referring to fig. 3, a preferred embodiment of the antenna array 32 comprises: the first antenna 321, the second antenna 322 and the third antenna 323, wherein the first antenna 321 and the third antenna 323 are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the entrance 81 of the warehouse 80, and the second antenna 322 is arranged at the upper side of the entrance 81 of the warehouse 80, for example, the first antenna 321, the second antenna 322 and the third antenna 323 can also be attached to three sides of the door frame of the door 82, and by the antenna array 32 which is arranged in a three-dimensional way, the entrance/exit personnel and the goods 70 attached with the RFID volume label 20 can be reliably read when passing through the antenna array 32, thereby preventing the problem of reading omission.
The electromagnetic shield 50 is used for isolating the read signal of the antenna array 32 to solve the problem of read-through, the electromagnetic shield 50 is a material that can shield the electromagnetic wave signal, such as an electromagnetic shielding sticker or film, in a case of read-through, the material information can still be read by the antenna array 32 after the material 70 with the RFID tag 20 attached thereto is put into storage, that is, the material has already entered the storage space in the warehouse, in other words, the antenna array 32 should only be able to identify the material passing through the entrance 81 of the warehouse 80, and if the RFID reader 30 can also read the material information of the RFID tag 20 of the material 70 in the storage space in the warehouse through the antenna array 32, a so-called read-through condition occurs; the present application solves the problem of read-through by providing an electromagnetic shield 50 between the doorway 81 of the warehouse 80 and the storage space within the warehouse. As an embodiment of the present application, the electromagnetic shield 50 is disposed on a wall surface of a storage space in the warehouse and on an inner side of a door 82 of an entrance 81 of the warehouse 80 (see fig. 2); in a further improved embodiment, the RFID reader 30 will read the material information of the RFID tag 20 of the material 70 through the antenna array 32 only when the door 82 is closed.
The control device 60 is electrically connected to the RFID reader/writer 30 and the identification device 40 to obtain the material information and the identification information, the preferred embodiment of the control device 60 is a server, and as another preferred embodiment, the control device 60 and the warehouse management server 10 may be integrated into one server. The control device 60 runs a management program 61 (see fig. 1), the management program 61 can determine whether the personnel behavior is a warehousing behavior or a delivery behavior according to the identity information, and the management program 61 writes the obtained material information into the warehousing database 11 and/or updates the corresponding material information and material state in the warehousing database 11 according to the identity information, wherein the material information includes, but is not limited to, for example, the name, quantity and type of the material. The material state comprises: ex warehouse and in warehouse.
As a preferred embodiment of the present application, when the material information of the material 70 is successfully read at the entrance 81 of the warehouse 80, the management program 61 determines that the material state of the material 70 is warehouse-out or warehouse-in according to the warehouse-out authority or warehouse-in authority possessed by the identity information and the personnel behavior selected by the personnel is warehouse-out behavior or warehouse-in behavior.
For example, when the identity information of the person has the delivery authority and the person behavior is the delivery behavior, the management program 61 updates the corresponding material information and material status in the warehouse database 11 through the warehouse management server 10. The updating operation includes, but is not limited to, for example, updating the amount of the materials 70 that have been put in storage, or updating the material status of a certain material 70 from put in storage to put out of storage.
For example, when the identity information of the person has the warehousing authority and the person behavior is the warehousing behavior, the management program 61 writes the material information into the warehousing database 11 through the warehouse management server 10 and updates the corresponding material information and material state. The writing operation includes, but is not limited to, for example, updating the amount of the materials 70 that have been put in storage, or updating the material status of a certain material 70 to be put in storage.
In a preferred embodiment of the present application, when the identification device 40 identifies the identity information of the person, the control device 60 will activate the RFID reader 30 to read the material information of the RFID tag 20 in the entrance 81 of the warehouse 80 and the storage space in the warehouse, respectively. For example, after the identity recognition device 40 recognizes the identity of the person, the RFID reader 30 reads the material information of the RFID tag 20 of the material 70 through the antenna array 32, so that the real-time property of reading the material information can be realized, and the power waste caused by the RFID reader 30 continuously reading the material information can be avoided.
Through the description of the above embodiments and the drawings, it should be understood that the warehouse entry and exit management device provided by the present application can automatically determine the entry/exit status of materials and the entry/exit behavior of personnel, so as to implement an open type entry and exit management mode; through the RFID technology and the electromagnetic barrier, the real-time performance and the accuracy of reading the material information can be realized, and the problem of reading leakage of reading by fleeing can be solved.
