Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an air conditioner, and belongs to the technical field of air conditioners.
Background
The air conditioner is a commonly used household appliance, and the conventional air conditioner has the air duct, the water channel system and the base component which are integrated into a whole and are firstly assembled and fixed as basic parts, and if the air conditioner needs to be disassembled and washed, a professional is required to disassemble and then disassemble all parts of the air conditioner and the air conditioner needs to be disassembled and washed, so that the air conditioner is extremely inconvenient.
In the long-term use process of the air conditioner, dust and other impurities entering the air duct and the water duct from the air inlet cause serious pollution to the whole air duct and water duct system, and if the air conditioner is not cleaned in time, the impurities can be used as a pollution source to cause harm to the environment in the operation process of the air conditioner, so that the air conditioner has important significance to the health of users.
In order to facilitate the disassembly and washing, patent No. CN205037533U discloses a shell of an air conditioner indoor unit and an air conditioner indoor unit with the shell, which comprises an upper chassis, a lower chassis and a guide assembly, wherein a face shield is detachably mounted on the upper chassis, a heat exchanger is mounted on the upper chassis, and a fan is detachably mounted on the lower chassis. In the prior art, the upper chassis and the lower chassis are detachably connected together by clamping, screw connection and the like. However, in the disassembling process, the screws for connecting the upper chassis and the lower chassis are loosened, the lower chassis needs to be held by hands, the lower chassis is prevented from being directly separated from the upper chassis and falling down to the ground, and similarly, when the lower chassis is installed on the upper chassis, the lower chassis needs to be held by hands before the fastening connection between the lower chassis and the upper chassis is completed. And the lower chassis is provided with components such as a fan, and the fan can be damaged when the lower chassis falls down, and operators can be hit. That is, in the process of disassembling and assembling the lower chassis, the lower chassis needs to be supported all the time for safety, and the disassembly and the assembly are extremely inconvenient.
