Description

Air conditioner indoor unit
The present invention relates to a ceiling-embedded indoor unit installed behind a ceiling, and more particularly to an indoor unit of an air conditioner including a suction panel that opens and closes an opening on the lower surface of the indoor unit.
Conventionally, in a ceiling-embedded indoor unit, a suction panel is attached to a decorative panel so that the suction panel can be opened and closed or detached. In order not to impair the design of the decorative panel, it is common to provide a locking member at the end of the suction panel and manually lock the decorative panel by moving the locking member. In addition, there is a structure in which a spring mechanism is provided in the slide mechanism in order to save labor for opening / closing or detaching, and in addition, in order to reduce the number of parts, the locking member and the leaf spring have the same configuration (for example, Patent Documents). 1).
A general decorative panel is made of a resin material. Also in Patent Document 1, the locking member and the leaf spring are molded from a resin material. With this resin material, there is a concern about the backlash between components when assembling a decorative panel due to variations in the molded parts themselves and resin parts due to variations in thermal stress, fluidity, etc. during mold molding. The In addition, there is a concern about durability due to the stress applied to the fulcrum portion of the leaf spring when the leaf spring functions.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and reduces backlash at the time of assembly due to molding variation, and increases the fulcrum when the function of the leaf spring is exerted to disperse the added stress and is durable. It aims at obtaining the indoor unit of the air conditioner which can improve performance.
An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to the present invention includes a heat exchanger and a blower, an indoor unit main body provided with an opening on a lower surface, a decorative panel that covers a peripheral edge of the opening of the indoor unit main body, and a decorative panel In an indoor unit of an air conditioner that covers the formed opening of the indoor unit body so as to be freely opened and has a suction panel provided with a suction port that communicates with the opening, it projects horizontally from the decorative panel to the opening side of the indoor unit body And a locking member that is slidable back and forth with respect to the protruding piece at a position facing the protruding piece on the back surface of the suction panel, and that is guided by the protruding piece of the decorative panel and locked to the protruding piece. A leaf spring provided at both ends orthogonal to the sliding direction of the locking member and extending at right angles to the opposite directions; and at least two spring supports provided at the suction panel and sandwiching the both end surfaces of the leaf spring at different positions A leaf spring When the stop member is slid in the regression direction by the projection piece, as fulcrums, respectively two spring supporting portion to urge the locking member to the projection side.
According to the present invention, the leaf springs provided at both ends orthogonal to the sliding direction of the locking member and extending at right angles to the opposite directions and the suction panel are provided, and the both end surfaces of the leaf springs are held at different positions. And at least two spring supports. Thus, since the leaf spring is supported by at least two spring support portions, the load applied when the function of the leaf spring is exhibited can be dispersed. For this reason, durability as a leaf | plate spring can be improved.

1 is a perspective view showing an indoor unit of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention as viewed from below, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing the interior of the indoor unit of FIG. 1, and FIG. It is a perspective view which shows the state which opened the suction grille.
1 to 3, an indoor unit 100 of an air conditioner includes an indoor unit body 10 in which a heat exchanger 11 and a blower 12 are accommodated and an opening is provided on a lower surface, and a peripheral portion of the opening of the indoor unit body 10. The decorative panel 13 to cover and the suction panel 14 which covers the opening of the indoor unit main body 10 formed by the decorative panel 13 are provided. This indoor unit 100 is a ceiling-embedded type in which the decorative panel 13 and the suction panel 14 are exposed from the ceiling plate 200 and the indoor unit body 10 is installed inside the ceiling plate 200. The indoor unit 100 is connected to an outdoor unit (not shown) via a refrigerant pipe.
The indoor unit body 10 is formed of a rectangular parallelepiped sheet metal having an open bottom surface. The suction panel 14 is formed in a rectangular shape that is a quadrilateral along the longitudinal direction of the indoor unit main body 10, and suction ports 15 and 16 that are each formed long by a plurality of grills are provided at both ends in the lateral direction. . The suction panel 14 is formed by resin molding. The decorative panel 13 is fixed to the indoor unit body 10. An air outlet 17 is provided in the decorative panel 13 on the inlet 15 side of the indoor unit body 10. A wind direction vane 17 a that changes the blowing direction of air is attached to the air outlet 17.
One side of the suction panel 14 on the suction port 16 side is rotatably supported by a support shaft 20 attached to the indoor unit body 10. The suction panel 14 can open and close the opening of the indoor unit body 10 by the support shaft 20. Also, a pair of locking members 30 that hold the closed state of the suction panel 14 when the opening of the indoor unit body 10 is closed by the suction panel 14 are attached to one side of the suction panel 14 on the side of the suction port 15. ing.
The reason why the suction panel 14 can be opened and closed is to enable replacement of air filters 18a and 18b, which will be described later, and cleaning work in the indoor unit body 10. The air filters 18a and 18b described above are detachably attached to the back surfaces of the suction ports 15 and 16, and collect dust contained in the air flowing into the indoor unit main body 10 from the suction ports 15 and 16.
The blower 12 includes, for example, a turbo fan disposed in an air passage 19 communicating with the air outlet 17 and a motor (not shown) installed on one side in the axial direction of the turbo fan. The heat exchanger 11 is arrange | positioned between the air blower 12 and the suction inlets 15 and 16, respectively, and is installed in V shape.
In the indoor unit 100 configured as described above, when the blower 12 is driven, the indoor air is sucked from the suction ports 15 and 16 of the suction panel 14 and passes through the air filters 18a and 18b, respectively. 10 flows into the interior. The air that has flowed into the interior of the indoor unit body 10 is further drawn into the heat exchanger 11 side by the blower 12, and is heat-exchanged with the refrigerant flowing through the heat exchanger 11. Then, the heat-exchanged air is sent into the air passage 19 and blown out from the blowout port 17 into the room.
Next, the configuration of the locking member 30 described above will be described with reference to FIGS.
4 is an enlarged perspective view of the locking member shown in FIG. 3, FIG. 5 is a plan view of the state in which the locking member shown in FIG. 4 is arranged on the suction grille, and FIG. 6 shows the locking member shown in FIG. FIG. 7 is a plan view showing a state in which the locking member of FIG. 6 is retracted.
As shown in FIG. 4, a leaf spring 31 formed in a plate shape by resin molding is attached to the locking member 30. The locking member 30 is formed by a locking portion 32, a guide portion 33, a mounting groove 34, an operation portion 35, a pair of slide portions 36 provided between the guide portions 33, and a pair of slide portions 36. It is constituted by a hole 37.
The locking portion 32 is formed of a protrusion that protrudes downward from the distal end portion relative to the guide portion 33 of the locking member 30. The guide portion 33 protrudes upward from a position on the mounting groove 34 side on both upper surfaces of the locking member 30. The guide portion 33 is provided with an inclined surface that inclines toward the rear end portion side of the locking member 30 from a tip portion facing a projection piece 13a (see FIG. 8) described later. A leaf spring 31 is fitted in each of the mounting grooves 34. The leaf springs 31 extend at right angles in opposite directions from both ends orthogonal to the sliding direction of the locking member 30. The operation portion 35 is formed to extend downward at the rear portion of the locking member 30. The slide portion 36 is formed in a plate shape extending in front and rear of the locking member 30, and a stepped screw 42 described later is placed via a washer 43. The long hole 37 is formed long in the front-rear direction of the locking member 30, and a stepped screw 42 is inserted therein.
As shown in FIG. 5, the above-described locking member 30 is on the suction port 15 side of the suction panel 14 and extends from the grill 15 a located at the end of the suction port 15 to the inside of the suction port 15. Installed. The support base 40 is provided with a screw hole 41 into which the stepped screw 42 described above is screwed. After the locking member 30 is installed on the support base 40 as described above, the stepped screw 42 into which the washer 43 is inserted is screwed into the screw hole 41 so that the locking member 30 can slide in the longitudinal direction of the long hole 37. To support.
Further, the leaf springs 31 at both ends of the locking member 30 are provided with main ribs 15b and auxiliary ribs 15c respectively provided on the two grilles 15a and 15d on the end side among the plurality of grills forming the suction port 15. Is held between the two. The main rib 15b and the auxiliary rib 15c are spring support portions formed integrally with the grills 15a and 15d, and hold both end faces of the leaf spring 31 at different positions. In the locking member 30 shown in FIG. 6, when the locking member 30 is moved in the direction of the solid arrow shown in FIG. 15b and auxiliary ribs 15c are used as fulcrums to bend against the elastic force in the backward direction. In this state, when the hand is released from the operating portion 35, the locking member 30 is urged in the direction of the dotted arrow (traveling direction) by the elastic force of each leaf spring 31, and returns to the state shown in FIG.
Thus, since each leaf spring 31 is held at two points, it is possible to correct deformation and variation in the advancing direction and the retreating direction that may occur when the leaf spring 31 is molded. Further, by using the two points of the main rib 15b and the auxiliary rib 15c as fulcrums, the reaction force to each fulcrum generated by the elastic force of the leaf spring 31 can be dispersed. Further, the elastic force of the leaf spring 31 generated in the traveling direction can be adjusted by the distance from the locking member 30 to the main rib 15b and the auxiliary rib 15c, and the elastic force of the leaf spring 31 can be weakened by separating the distance. it can.
Next, the function of the locking member when the suction grill is opened and closed will be described with reference to FIGS.
8 is a cross-sectional view showing the positional relationship between the locking member and the decorative panel when the suction grill of FIG. 3 is lifted to the vicinity of the decorative panel, and FIG. 9 is a locking member and cosmetic that are just before closing the suction grill of FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view showing the positional relationship with the panel, FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view showing a locking state between the locking member and the decorative panel when the suction grille of FIG. 9 is closed, and FIG. It is sectional drawing which shows the positional relationship of the latching member and decorative panel at the time.
In addition, a protruding piece 13 a that protrudes horizontally on the opening side of the indoor unit body 10 is provided on the side wall 13 c of the decorative panel 13 that faces the locking member 30. The protruding piece 13 a has the same length as the width of the locking member 30, and an inclined surface 13 b parallel to the inclined surface 33 a of the guide portion 33 of the locking member 30 is formed at the tip. By providing the protruding piece 13a on the decorative panel 13 side, the protruding portion can be eliminated on the suction panel 14 side operated by the user, and safety can be ensured.
As shown in FIG. 8, when the suction panel 14 is lifted to the vicinity of the decorative panel 13, the locking member 30 is positioned below the protruding piece 13 a of the decorative panel 13. When the suction panel 14 is further lifted, the inclined surface 33a of the guide portion 33 of the locking member 30 comes into contact with the inclined surface 13b of the protruding piece 13a as shown in FIG. When the locking member 30 is lifted in a state where the inclined surface 33a of the guide portion 33 is in contact with the inclined surface 13b of the projection piece 13a, the locking member 30 is guided by the inclined surface 13b of the projection piece 13a. . At this time, the locking member 30 retreats between the washer 43 of the stepped screw 42 and the support base 40 through the slide portion 36 in the direction of the solid arrow.
In this case, the leaf springs 31 provided at both ends of the locking member 30 bend against the elastic force in the retreating direction with the main rib 15b and the auxiliary rib 15c as fulcrums, respectively. In this state, when the suction panel 14 is pushed into the decorative panel 13, the locking member 30 advances in the direction of the dotted arrow by the elastic force of each leaf spring 31, as shown in FIG. The 30 locking portions 32 are locked to the protruding pieces 13 a of the decorative panel 13. The suction panel 14 closes the opening of the indoor unit body 10 by the locking of the locking member 30.
On the other hand, when the suction panel 14 that closes the opening of the indoor unit main body 10 is opened, as shown in FIG. 11, the operation member 35 of the locking member 30 is manually pulled in the direction of the solid arrow, thereby 30 locking portions 32 are separated from the protruding pieces 13a of the decorative panel 13, and the locked state is released. With this release, the suction panel 14 opens the opening of the indoor unit body 10 with the support shaft 20 as a fulcrum.
As described above, according to the present embodiment, by using the main rib 15b and the auxiliary rib 15c formed on the suction panel 14 as fulcrums, the load applied when the function of the leaf spring 31 is exhibited can be dispersed. it can. For this reason, durability as the leaf | plate spring 31 shape | molded with the resin material can be improved.
By disposing the main ribs 15b and the auxiliary ribs 15c molded on the suction panel 14 in the facing direction, the plate spring 31 can be mounted in a state in which the shape variation of the leaf spring 31 is corrected, and the backlash of the leaf spring 31 can be absorbed. it can.
By providing the protruding piece 13a on the decorative panel 13 side, the protruding portion can be eliminated on the suction panel 14 side operated by the user, and safety can be ensured.
An inclined surface 33 a is provided on the guide portion 33 of the locking member 30, and an inclined surface 13 b parallel to the inclined surface 33 a is provided at the tip of the protruding piece 13 a that protrudes from the decorative panel 13. Even if the position of the stop member 30 is slightly deviated, it can be guided to a predetermined position by the inclination of the guide portion 33.
In the embodiment, the surface of the operation portion 35 of the locking member 30 is flat. However, as shown in FIG. 12, the lower end portion of the operation portion 35 may protrude toward the locking portion 32. . The FIG. 12 is sectional drawing which shows the modification of the latching member in embodiment.
As described above, the operation portion 35 of the locking member 30 is provided with the finger hooking protrusion 35 a that protrudes from the lower end portion of the operation portion 35 toward the locking portion 32. With this finger hooking projection 35a, it is easy to hook a finger when moving the operation unit 35 in the retraction direction, and operability can be secured.

The locking member 30 is shown in FIG. 13. You may install in the position. FIG. 13 is a perspective view showing a suction grill of an indoor unit showing a modification of the installation position of the locking member in the embodiment.
That is, the locking members 30 may be provided at both ends of the suction port 15 in the longitudinal direction on the suction port 15 side of the suction panel 14. The installation position of the locking member 30 can be determined in consideration of the size and operability of the decorative panel 13.
