本发明公开了一种加强型防冻铝管,包括内层铝管、外层铝管以及位于二者之间的防冻套管;所述防冻套管包括向外凸出的凸起部以及位于该凸起部两侧的平坦部,凸起部内填充有加热丝和保温材料;所述内层铝管的内壁表面涂覆有一层耐腐蚀表层,且还设有至少一个支撑条。本发明的优点在于:(1)结构简单;(2)设置内层铝管、防冻套管以及外层铝管,并在防冻套管内填充有加热丝和保温材料,能及时将热量传送给内层铝管,同时将外界低温隔绝在外层铝管外,起到保温作用;(3)在内层铝管内壁表面涂覆有一层耐腐蚀表层,且设有至少一个支撑条,既提高了铝管的抗腐蚀性,又增加了铝管的机械强度,延长铝管的使用寿命。

一种加强型防冻铝管
技术领域
本发明涉及铝管技术领域,尤其涉及一种加强型防冻铝管。
背景技术
铝管是有色金属管的一种,指用纯铝或铝合金经挤压加工成沿其纵向全长中空的金属管状材料,广泛用于汽车、轮船、航天、航空、电器、农业、机电、家居等行业。铝管具体为一种高强度硬铝,可进行热处理强化,在退火、刚淬火和热状态下可塑性中等,点焊焊接性良好,用气焊和氩弧焊时铝管有形成晶间裂纹的倾向;铝管在淬火和冷作硬化后可切削性能尚好,在退火状态时不良。
现有的铝管保温性不好,且自身强度不足,使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种结构简单、强度高、保温性好、使用寿命长的加强型防冻铝管。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种加强型防冻铝管,包括内层铝管、外层铝管以及位于二者之间的防冻套管;所述防冻套管包括向外凸出的凸起部以及位于该凸起部两侧的平坦部,凸起部内填充有加热丝和保温材料;所述内层铝管的内壁表面涂覆有一层耐腐蚀表层,且还设有至少一个支撑条。
作为本发明的优选方式之一,所述防冻套管的材质具体为陶瓷。
作为本发明的优选方式之一,所述凸起部的顶部与外层铝管的内壁固定相连,平坦部与内层铝管的外壁固定相连。
作为本发明的优选方式之一,所述保温材料具体为聚氨酯硬泡沫材料。
作为本发明的优选方式之一,所述耐腐蚀表层具体为环氧树脂防腐涂层。
作为本发明的优选方式之一,所述支撑条沿内层铝管内壁的圆周方向均匀分布。
作为本发明的优选方式之一,所述内层铝管与外层铝管之间的间距为4-10mm。
本发明相比现有技术的优点在于:
(1)结构简单;
(2)设置内层铝管、防冻套管以及外层铝管,并在防冻套管内填充有加热丝和保温材料,能及时将热量传送给内层铝管,同时将外界低温隔绝在外层铝管外,起到一定的保温作用;
(3)在内层铝管内壁表面涂覆有一层耐腐蚀表层,且设有至少一个支撑条,既提高了铝管的抗腐蚀性,又增加了铝管的机械强度,大大提高其抗变形性能,从而延长铝管的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明的实施例作详细说明,本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。
实施例1
如图1-5所示,本实施例的一种加强型防冻铝管,结构简单、强度高、保温性好、使用寿命长,包括内层铝管1、外层铝管2以及位于二者之间的防冻套管3,其中,内层铝管1与外层铝管2之间的间距为4-10mm。
防冻套管3的材质具体为陶瓷,包括向外凸出的凸起部31以及位于该凸起,31两侧的平坦部32;凸起部31的顶部与外层铝管2的内壁固定相连,平坦部32与内层铝管1的外壁固定相连,凸起部31内填充有加热丝311和聚氨酯硬泡沫材料。
内层铝管1的内壁表面涂覆有一层环氧树脂防腐涂层,且还设有四个沿内层铝管1内壁的圆周方向均匀分布的支撑条4。
本实施例的优点具体为:
(1)结构简单;
(2)设置内层铝管1、防冻套管3以及外层铝管2,并在防冻套管3内填充有加热丝311和保温材料,能及时将热量传送给内层铝管1,同时将外界低温隔绝在外层铝管2外,起到一定的保温作用;
(3)在内层铝管1内壁表面涂覆有一层耐腐蚀表层,且设有至少一个支撑条4,既提高了铝管的抗腐蚀性,又增加了铝管的机械强度,大大提高其抗变形性能,从而延长铝管的使用寿命。

1.一种加强型防冻铝管,其特征在于,包括内层铝管、外层铝管以及位于二者之间的防冻套管;所述防冻套管包括向外凸出的凸起部以及位于该凸起部两侧的平坦部,凸起部内填充有加热丝和保温材料;所述内层铝管的内壁表面涂覆有一层耐腐蚀表层,且还设有至少一个支撑条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加强型防冻铝管,其特征在于,所述防冻套管的材质具体为陶瓷。
3.根据权利要求1所述的加强型防冻铝管,其特征在于,所述凸起部的顶部与外层铝管的内壁固定相连,平坦部与内层铝管的外壁固定相连。
4.根据权利要求1所述的加强型防冻铝管,其特征在于,所述保温材料具体为聚氨酯硬泡沫材料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的加强型防冻铝管,其特征在于,所述耐腐蚀表层具体为环氧树脂防腐涂层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的加强型防冻铝管,其特征在于,所述支撑条沿内层铝管内壁的圆周方向均匀分布。
