Therefore, domestic research and development are urgently needed for well drilling and completion wellhead equipment, while individual factories in China simulate annular sealing devices, products are different from each other in terms of structures of using the products in the market, but the products are still not accepted in the market, and all the products adopt the method that an elastomer is extruded by gravity so as to promote a metal lip to realize metal-to-metal sealing. The sealing effect of such seals is relatively easy to achieve, but as the period of petroleum development is lengthened, the elastomer is susceptible to aging failure, resulting in failure of the metal-to-metal seal. The lower finger seal 32 and the upper finger seal 33 are coupled in a "V" shape. The thread 5 is a square thread. In operation, as shown in fig. 1, the running tool presses the annular seal into place by applying force F1 to the main body 11, i.e., the inside step 12 of the main body 11 sits on the upper outside end face 13 of the casing hanger 18. The sealing lower body 26 runs downwards along the outer side surface of the sleeve hanger in the pressing process, meanwhile, the sealing lower body 26 also deforms towards the high-pressure wellhead direction in the radial direction, and the lower inner side convex point 23 of the sealing lower body 26 can protect the first main sealing convex point 19 and the second main sealing convex point 22 in the moving down process. When the lower inner convex point 23 moves down to the sleeve hanging outer contour corner 10, the first main sealing convex point 19 and the second main sealing convex point 22 can be tightly pressed with the sleeve hanging outer contour surface, so that metal-to-metal sealing is realized. At the same time, the first main sealing bump elastomer 20 and the second main sealing bump elastomer 21 are also installed at the sealing bumps, and they will generate a further extrusion trend to the first main sealing bump 19 and the second main sealing bump 22 during the compression process, so that the sealing effect is better.
Meanwhile, the upper sealing point 29 and the lower sealing point 27 of the upper finger type seal 33 and the lower finger type seal 32 can realize metal-to-metal sealing with the inner side 30 of the high-pressure wellhead and the lower portion 28 of the wellhead under the extrusion action of the lower body 26, and the second elastic body 34 and the first elastic body 31 are installed on the inner sides of the upper finger type seal 33 and the lower finger type seal 32 of the sealing main body, so that an auxiliary action can be realized in the extrusion process, and the upper sealing point 29 and the lower sealing point 27 are respectively pressed further with the inner side 30 of the wellhead and the lower portion 28 of the wellhead, so that the sealing effect is better. In addition, the inclined surface 24 matched with the sleeve hanger 18 is designed at the lower inner side end 25 of the sealing lower body 26, and the matching can form a movement trend of the lower end towards the upper outer direction for the sealing lower body 26, and the trend can promote the sealing of the inner convex point and the outer convex point of the sealing lower body, the outer contour of the sleeve hanger and the inner sealing surface of the high-pressure wellhead to be further enhanced. The inner and outer elastomers herein only act to strengthen the metal-to-metal seal during the press-in process, and do not directly produce a sealing effect.
The annular sealing lower body 26 is connected with the main body 11 through the threads 5 and the outer contour corner 10, and the compression ring 2 is clamped between the main body 11 and the sealing lower body 26. After the annular seal lower body 26 is pressed in place under the action of the F1, the action force of the F2 is applied to the compression ring 2 through the feeding tool, the fixing pin 35 is sheared, the outer lock ring 4 is pushed to move radially outwards under the action of the compression ring step surface 8 and the outer lock ring step surface 9, the outer profile surface 6 of the compression ring is clamped into the inner side surface 7 of the outer lock ring, so that the outer lock ring 4 is pressed into the lock ring groove 3 of the high-pressure wellhead 1, and the annular seal and the high-pressure wellhead 1 are locked. At the same time, the inner lock ring upper inclined surface 15 is pushed on the lower end surface 14 of the compression ring, so that the inner lock ring 16 moves radially inwards, and the inner lock ring 16 is clamped into the clamping groove 36 of the sleeve hanger. At this point, the inner surface 17 of the press ring cooperates with the outer contoured surface of the inner lock ring 16 to retain the annular seal within the retaining groove 36 of the hanger 18, thereby locking the annular seal to the hanger.
Thus, the annular seal is pressed into place by the two actions of the running tool and locked between the casing string 18 and the high pressure wellhead 1, effecting the annular space seal and locking of the high pressure wellhead 1 and the casing string 18.
