The invention provides a water injection packer which comprises an upper joint, an upper outer sleeve, a well washing mechanism, an outer pipe, a rubber cylinder, a spacer ring, an inner pipe, an upper blocking ring, a setting pin, a blocking valve, an unsetting pin, a locking mechanism, a setting piston, a sealing ring, a lower blocking ring and a lower joint, wherein the upper joint, the inner pipe and the lower joint are connected into a whole by screw threads from top to bottom; the upper end and the lower end of the inner pipe are respectively provided with a pressure transmission hole, the lower part of the upper outer sleeve is in threaded connection with the outer pipe, a well flushing mechanism is arranged inside the upper outer sleeve and comprises an upper well flushing valve, a well flushing pin, a convex packing and a lower well flushing valve, and the locking mechanism comprises a lock sleeve, a lock seat and a lock ring arranged on the lock seat. Through the water injection packer, the well flushing mechanism does not move in the setting process, effective communication of upper and lower annular spaces of the sleeve is ensured, the locking mechanism not only ensures smooth locking setting, but also prevents rebound failure, and the water injection packer also has the characteristics of simple structure, low setting pressure, safety and reliability.

In the production process of underground oil extraction, in order to improve the water injection quality of a separate injection well, people widely apply a water injection packer to an oil field.
Although the existing water injection packer can meet the basic requirements of people, the following problems are generally existed when the water injection layer is blocked and the starting pressure is high: firstly, in the packer setting process, the well washing valve is in a closed state, the oil sleeve annulus is sealed by the rubber sleeve, and the setting pressure of the packer is increased due to the incompressible water, even the reliable setting can not be carried out; and secondly, the packer usually adopts a locking claw mechanism, the thread pitch is large, and the locking claw is easy to generate adduction rebound to cause locking failure.
In order to effectively solve the problems, reduce setting pressure and ensure reliable locking setting, and further prolong the service life of a water injection string, the applicant carries out deep research on a water injection packer, and the scheme is generated.

Secondly, the locking mechanism comprises a lock seat, a locking ring and a lock sleeve, wherein the outside of the locking ring and the inside of the lock sleeve are designed by small-pitch sawteeth, so that springback after locking is prevented; the inside of the locking ring and the outside of the locking seat adopt the design of the clearance fit of the large-pitch sawteeth, thereby ensuring the synchronous locking of the locking ring.

the lock seat 15 is connected with the inner tube 10 through the deblocking pin 14, a setting piston 18 and a sealing ring 19 are installed between the lock sleeve 17 and the inner tube 10, the sealing ring 19 is sleeved on the upper portion of the lower joint 21, and the lower portion of the lower joint 21 is in threaded connection with a lower retaining ring.
The well flushing device is characterized in that the well flushing valve is provided with an upper joint 1 which is connected with the upper joint through a well flushing pin 3, the well flushing valve is provided with an upper joint 4 which is in threaded connection with a lower joint 6, the upper joint 4 of the well flushing valve is provided with a convex packing 5, the lower joint 6 of the well flushing valve is provided with an inner step, and the lower joint 6 of the well flushing valve and the upper part of the inner pipe 10 are provided with an outer boss which can limit the descending distance of the well flushing mechanism.
A small-pitch sawtooth buckle is arranged between the outer part of the lock ring 16 and the inner part of the lock sleeve 17, a large-pitch sawtooth buckle is arranged between the inner part of the lock ring 16 and the outer part of the lock seat 15, the upper part of the lock seat 15 is connected with the inner pipe 10 through the deblocking pin 14, and a liquid discharge hole is formed in the middle of the lock sleeve 17.
The upper end of the upper joint 1 is in threaded connection with an oil pipe, and the lower end of the lower joint 21 is in threaded connection with the oil pipe.
Specifically, the working principle of the invention is as follows: the inner pipe is pressurized, liquid flows into a space between a setting piston 18 and a sealing ring 19 through a pressure transfer hole at the lower part of the inner pipe 10, the setting piston 18 pushes a lock sleeve 17 and an upper retaining ring 11 to move upwards, a setting pin 12 is cut off to compress an outer pipe 7 of a rubber cylinder 8 to seal the annular space of the oil sleeve, meanwhile, a locking ring 16 is locked with the lock sleeve 17 to prevent the rubber cylinder 8 from rebounding, and the upper annular space and the lower annular space of the oil sleeve are sealed; after the setting is finished, pressure is continuously increased, liquid flows into the inner pipe 10 through a pressure transfer hole in the upper portion, a well washing pin 3 is cut off, an upper portion 4 of a well washing valve and a lower portion 6 of the well washing valve are pushed to move downwards to a limiting step outside the inner pipe 10, and meanwhile sealing is achieved through a convex packing 5.
When a well is washed, liquid flow in the oil sleeve annulus enters through the lateral hole of the outer sleeve, the upper part 4 of the well washing valve and the lower part 6 of the well washing valve are pushed to move upwards, the sealing of the convex packing 5 is relieved, and the liquid flow is transmitted to an oil layer at the lower part of the sealing rubber cylinder 8 through the inner pipe 10 and the outer pipe 7; when deblocking, the pipe column is lifted, the upper joint 1 drives the inner pipe 10 and the sealing ring 19 to move upwards, the outer pipe 7, the lock sleeve 17, the locking ring 16 and the lock seat 15 are kept still under the friction action of the rubber sleeve 8, the deblocking pin 14 is cut off, the rubber sleeve 8 rebounds, and the upper annulus and the lower annulus of the oil sleeve are communicated.
The well flushing mechanism has the advantages that the well flushing mechanism comprises a well flushing valve upper part 4, a well flushing pin 3, a convex packing 5 and a well flushing valve lower part 6, and in the process of setting, the well flushing mechanism can ensure effective communication of annular spaces at the upper end and the lower end of a sleeve without movement, so that the setting pressure is reduced, and the influence of a high-pressure layer on the setting pressure is eliminated; after the setting is in place, the well washing pin 3 is continuously sheared by lifting and pressing, the well washing mechanism descends to the limiting platform of the inner pipe 10, the convex packing 5 is matched with the inner surface of the outer pipe 7 to seal the well washing channel, and the setting reliability of the packer is guaranteed.
The locking mechanism has the advantages that the locking mechanism comprises a lock seat 15, a locking ring 16 and a lock sleeve 17, the outside of the locking ring 16 and the inside of the lock sleeve 17 adopt a small-pitch sawtooth design, and rebound after locking is prevented; the inside of the locking ring 16 and the outside of the lock seat 15 adopt the design of large-pitch sawtooth clearance fit, thereby ensuring the synchronous locking of the locking ring 16.
The water injection packer disclosed by the invention can effectively reduce the water injection pressure and ensure reliable locking setting, thereby prolonging the service life of a water injection string.
