Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the laser welding type electric stay of the present embodiment includes: the outer tube is located the first fixed head 2 and the second fixed head of outer tube both ends respectively to and locate motor 4, reduction gear, attenuator 3 and screw drive assembly inside the outer tube in proper order.

The outer side of the damper is in seamless connection with the inner wall of the outer sleeve by laser welding, and the part of the damper connected with the inner wall of the outer sleeve 1 is a welding part 31. The outer side of the damper is opaque, and the part of the outer sleeve connected with the damper is transparent. During welding, laser can penetrate through the outer sleeve to heat and weld the outer side of the damper.
According to the application, the damper 3 is fixed with the outer sleeve 1 through a laser welding process, so that seamless connection between the outer side of the damper and the outer sleeve is realized, concentricity of the screw 51 and the motor 4 is improved, the internal structure of the electric stay bar is further optimized, and the axial control capability of the motor 4 is enhanced.
The damper may be selected from a hydraulic damper, an electromagnetic damper, or a mechanical damper, and the damper 3 of the present embodiment is selected from a hydraulic damper.
The screw drive assembly includes: screw 51 and bearing 52, screw 51's one end spline connection worm wheel, attenuator 3 supports fixed bearing 52. When the motor is operated, the screw 51 rotates with the worm wheel.

Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the difference between the present embodiment and embodiment 1 is that: the outer sleeve 1 consists of an upper pipe body and a lower pipe body, the upper pipe body and the lower pipe body are connected through riveting or bolts, and the motor 4, the speed reducer, the damper 3, the bearing 52 and a part of screw rod 51 are fixedly arranged in the hollow interior of the upper pipe body; the upper tube body is selected to be a hollow tubular structure made of a light-transmitting material, the first fixing head 2 is selected to be a member made of a light-impermeable material, and the damper 3 is selected to be a light-impermeable material member.
During laser welding, laser irradiates the riveting part of the first fixing head 2 and the joint part of the damper 3 through the upper pipe body, and the two parts are heated and melted respectively and bonded with the first end part, and then cooled.
The outer sleeve, the first fixing head 2 and the damper of the welded electric stay rod are light-transmitting members or light-proof members containing materials SCHULAMID GF 30H W, so that the weight of the product is reduced, and the cost is reduced.

The difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that: the first fixing head 2 and the second fixing head arranged at the two end parts of the outer sleeve are opaque; the second fixing head and the end part of the outer sleeve are connected in the same way by laser welding.
