本发明公开了一种抗菌塑料,包括以下重量份的组分:塑料原料300~500份,苯酚5~10份,四甲基哌啶氮氧化物5~10份,硫代二乙酸二甲酯6~12份,乙酸芳樟酯5~10份,纳米材料10~30份,载体10~30份,增塑剂5~12份。本发明提供的塑料,杀菌、抑菌效果好,持续时间长,耐用性强,使用寿命长,应用范围广。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗菌塑料。
背景技术
塑料制品的种类繁多,应用范围广,日常生活中塑料制品的例子比比皆是,如鞋底、矿泉水瓶,水杯,鼠标,餐盒,保鲜膜等。随着塑料制品的使用范围越来越广,人们对塑料制品的要求也越来越高。然而,现如今的塑料制品长期使用仍会存在一些问题,如塑料制品长时间使用会在塑料制品表面和内部滋生细菌,这既会直接影响着人们的身体健康,也会导致塑料制品的自身性质发生改变,缩短使用寿命。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种抗菌塑料。
本发明提出的一种抗菌塑料,包括以下重量份的组分:塑料原料300~500份,苯酚5~10份,四甲基哌啶氮氧化物5~10份,硫代二乙酸二甲酯6~12份,乙酸芳樟酯5~10份,纳米材料10~30份,载体10~30份,正辛基异噻唑啉酮5~10份,增塑剂5~12份。
优选的,一种抗菌塑料,包括以下重量份的组分:塑料原料450份,苯酚8份,四甲基哌啶氮氧化物7份,硫代二乙酸二甲酯9份,乙酸芳樟酯7份,纳米材料20份,载体20份,正辛基异噻唑啉酮7份,增塑剂8份。
优选的,所述塑料原料为聚氯乙烯树脂和酚醛树脂中的一种。
优选的,所述纳米材料采用纳米银和纳米锌中的一种或两种。
优选的,所述载体采用沸石、二氧化钛、磷酸锆、硅胶中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述增塑剂为磷酸酯、氯化石蜡、邻苯二甲酸酯、聚酯中的一种。
本发明提供的塑料,纳米材料的加入既可以提高塑料的耐老化,耐腐蚀性,又可以与载体相互作用,能有效杀菌,使塑料具有抗菌性;加入的乙酸芳樟酯进一步增强了塑料的抗菌性能,同时又使塑料的气味有所改善,增大塑料制品的使用范围;正辛基异噻唑啉酮能有效的抑制霉菌等微生物生长,防止塑料降解;而且苯酚、四甲基哌啶氮氧化物与硫代二乙酸二甲酯协同作为抗氧化剂可以提高塑料的抗氧化性能,延长使用寿命。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解说。
实施例一
本发明提出的一种抗菌塑料,包括以下重量份的组分:聚氯乙烯树脂450份,苯酚8份,四甲基哌啶氮氧化物7份,硫代二乙酸二甲酯9份,乙酸芳樟酯7份,纳米银20份,二氧化钛20份,正辛基异噻唑啉酮7份,邻苯二甲酸酯8份。
实施例二
本发明提出的一种抗菌塑料,包括以下重量份的组分:酚醛树脂500份,苯酚5份,四甲基哌啶氮氧化物8份,硫代二乙酸二甲酯12份,乙酸芳樟酯10份,纳米银5份,纳米锌10份,磷酸锆20份,正辛基异噻唑啉酮10份,氯化石蜡7份。
实施例三
本发明提出的一种抗菌塑料,包括以下重量份的组分:聚氯乙烯树脂450份,苯酚10份,四甲基哌啶氮氧化物10份,硫代二乙酸二甲酯12份,乙酸芳樟酯8份,纳米银30份,沸石30份,正辛基异噻唑啉酮5份,聚酯12份。
实施例四
本发明提出的一种抗菌塑料,包括以下重量份的组分:酚醛树脂350份,苯酚10份,四甲基哌啶氮氧化物7份,硫代二乙酸二甲酯8份,乙酸芳樟酯10份,纳米银15份,纳米锌10份,磷酸锆15份,硅胶10份,正辛基异噻唑啉酮8份,邻苯二甲酸酯7份。
实施例一~四制备的抗菌塑料按照中国人民共和国轻工行业标准QB/T2591-2003《抗菌塑料-抗菌性能试验方法和抗菌效果》,使用金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC 6538进行测试,测试结果如下;

本发明提供的塑料,纳米材料的加入既可以提高塑料的耐老化,耐腐蚀性,又可以与载体相互作用,能有效杀菌,使塑料具有抗菌性;加入的乙酸芳樟酯进一步增强了塑料的抗菌性能,同时又使塑料的气味有所改善,增大塑料制品的使用范围;正辛基异噻唑啉酮能有效的抑制霉菌等微生物生长,防止塑料降解;而且苯酚、四甲基哌啶氮氧化物与硫代二乙酸二甲酯协同作为抗氧化剂可以提高塑料的抗氧化性能,延长使用寿命。

1.一种抗菌塑料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:塑料原料300~500份,苯酚5~10份,四甲基哌啶氮氧化物5~10份,硫代二乙酸二甲酯6~12份,乙酸芳樟酯5~10份,纳米材料10~30份,载体10~30份,正辛基异噻唑啉酮5~10份,增塑剂5~12份。
2.一种抗菌塑料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:塑料原料450份,苯酚8份,四甲基哌啶氮氧化物7份,硫代二乙酸二甲酯9份,乙酸芳樟酯7份,纳米材料20份,载体20份,正辛基异噻唑啉酮7份,增塑剂8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌塑料,其特征在于,所述塑料原料为聚氯乙烯树脂和酚醛树脂中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌塑料,其特征在于,所述纳米材料采用纳米银和纳米锌中的一种或两种。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗菌塑料,其特征在于,所述载体采用沸石、二氧化钛、磷酸锆、硅胶中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌塑料,其特征在于,所述增塑剂为磷酸酯、氯化石蜡、邻苯二甲酸酯、聚酯中的一种。
