本发明公开了一种脉冲滤筒除尘设备,包括支架、壳体和灰斗,壳体固定设置在支架上方,灰斗固定设置于壳体下端并与壳体内部连通,灰斗下端通过排灰管与积灰箱连接,壳体内部设置有导流板,导流板将壳体内部空间分隔为进气室和过滤室,壳体一侧下端设置有进气管,壳体另一侧上端设置有出气管,进气室上方设置有固定板,固定板下端面固定设置有吹风机,固定板上端面固定设置有气包,气包与喷吹管连接,喷吹管上设置有喷头,喷头上对应设置有电磁脉冲阀,过滤室下端设置有过滤层,出气管下方设置有控制箱,控制箱与壳体连接,控制箱从上到下依次设置有电机,电机连接有转轴,转轴通过滚动轴承固定在壳体和导流板上,转轴上设置有滤筒。

技术领域
本发明涉及除尘设备技术领域,特别是一种脉冲滤筒除尘设备。
背景技术
随着社会的不断进步,现代工业也在飞速的发展过程中,由于日常的生产加工过程中会产生大量的粉尘等污染环境的物质,因此对于这些粉尘的治理显得格外的重要。现有的常用的除尘设备包括有脉冲滤筒除尘设备和脉冲布袋除尘设备,脉冲滤筒式除尘设备的工作原理为:含有灰尘颗粒的气流经过风机输送至布袋过滤器的导流仓中,气流在导流板的作用下流速降低,较重的灰尘颗粒在重力的作用下落入灰仓里,其它较轻细的粉尘随气流向上吸附在滤筒的外表面上,经过滤筒的过滤后,干净的气体进入排风室中并排到外面。随着过滤工况的持续,积聚在滤筒外表面上的粉尘会越来越多,相应的就会增加系统的运行阻力,降低系统的除尘效率。脉冲幅度和频率设定完成后,在工作过程中,系统会自动完成过滤布袋的清灰,从而大大增加形同的过滤效率并延长过滤布袋的使用寿命。但是现有的脉冲滤筒式除尘设备的除尘效果都不佳,在长时间找工作之后容易造成设备出现故障。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种除尘效果好的脉冲滤筒除尘设备。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种脉冲滤筒除尘设备,包括支架、壳体和灰斗,所述壳体固定设置在支架上方,所述灰斗固定设置于壳体下端,并与壳体内部连通,所述灰斗下端通过排灰管与积灰箱连接,所述壳体内部设置有导流板,所述导流板将壳体内部空间分隔为进气室和过滤室,所述壳体一侧下端设置有进气管,所述进气管与进气室连通,所述壳体另一侧上端设置有出气管,所述出气管与过滤室连通,所述进气室上方设置有固定板,所述固定板分别与导流板和壳体固定连接,所述固定板下端面固定设置有吹风机,所述固定板上端面固定设置有气包,所述气包与喷吹管连接,所述喷吹管远离气包一端穿过导流板水平设置于过滤室上端,所述喷吹管上设置有若干个喷头,所述喷头上均对应设置有电磁脉冲阀,所述过滤室下端设置有过滤层,所述出气管下方设置有控制箱,所述控制箱与壳体固定连接,所述控制箱从上到下依次设置有若干个电机,所述电机均固定连接有转轴,所述转轴通过滚动轴承固定在壳体和导流板上,所述转轴上均固定设置有滤筒。
进一步的,所述进气管和出气管上均设置有控制开关。
进一步的,所述积灰箱上设置有清灰口。
进一步的,所述喷头和电磁脉冲阀的数量均为五个。
进一步的,所述出气管出口处设置有防尘网。
进一步的,所述过滤层为过滤无纺布。
本发明具有以下优点:
通过在滤筒设置在转轴上,当电机工作时带动滤筒旋转,滤筒上的粉尘等杂质由于离心力和脉冲的双重作用,快速下落至灰斗中,使得清灰效果更好。

下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的描述,但本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述。
如图1所示,一种脉冲滤筒除尘设备,包括支架1、壳体2和灰斗3,所述壳体2固定设置在支架1上方,所述灰斗3固定设置于壳体2下端,并与壳体2内部连通,所述灰斗3下端通过排灰管4与积灰箱5连接,所述壳体2内部设置有导流板6,所述导流板6将壳体2内部空间分隔为进气室7和过滤室8,所述壳体2一侧下端设置有进气管9,所述进气管9与进气室7连通,所述壳体2另一侧上端设置有出气管10,所述出气管10与过滤室8连通,所述进气室7上方设置有固定板11,所述固定板11分别与导流板6和壳体2固定连接,所述固定板11下端面固定设置有吹风机12,所述固定板11上端面固定设置有气包13,所述气包13与喷吹管14连接,所述喷吹管14远离气包13一端穿过导流板6水平设置于过滤室8上端,所述喷吹管14上设置有若干个喷头15,所述喷头15上均对应设置有电磁脉冲阀16,所述过滤室8下端设置有过滤层17,所述出气管10下方设置有控制箱18,所述控制箱18与壳体2固定连接,所述控制箱18从上到下依次设置有若干个电机19,所述电机19均固定连接有转轴20,所述转轴20通过滚动轴承21固定在壳体2和导流板6上,所述转轴20上均固定设置有滤筒22。
作为本发明进一步实施方案,所述进气管9和出气管10上均设置有控制开关23,所述积灰箱5上设置有清灰口,所述喷头15和电磁脉冲阀16的数量均为五个,所述出气管10出口处设置有防尘网24,所述过滤层17为过滤无纺布。
本发明的工作过程如下:除尘时,气体由进气管9进入进气室7,吹风机12将气体吹向壳体2下方,较重的灰尘颗粒直接经过灰斗3落入积灰箱5内,含杂质的颗粒向上流动经过过滤层17和滤筒的过滤,将气体进一步净化并由出气管排出,当滤筒22上的灰尘积聚到一定程度之后,通过控制开关23关闭进气管9和出气管10,然后电磁脉冲阀16控制喷头15将气包13内的空气吹向滤筒22进行清灰,同时电机19带动滤筒22旋转,进一步清理滤筒22上的灰尘。

1.一种脉冲滤筒除尘设备,包括支架(1)、壳体(2)和灰斗(3),其特征在于:所述壳体(2)固定设置在支架(1)上方,所述灰斗(3)固定设置于壳体(2)下端,并与壳体(2)内部连通,所述灰斗(3)下端通过排灰管(4)与积灰箱(5)连接,所述壳体(2)内部设置有导流板(6),所述导流板(6)将壳体(2)内部空间分隔为进气室(7)和过滤室(8),所述壳体(2)一侧下端设置有进气管(9),所述进气管(9)与进气室(7)连通,所述壳体(2)另一侧上端设置有出气管(10),所述出气管(10)与过滤室(8)连通,所述进气室(7)上方设置有固定板(11),所述固定板(11)分别与导流板(6)和壳体(2)固定连接,所述固定板(11)下端面固定设置有吹风机(12),所述固定板(11)上端面固定设置有气包(13),所述气包(13)与喷吹管(14)连接,所述喷吹管(14)远离气包(13)一端穿过导流板(6)水平设置于过滤室(8)上端,所述喷吹管(14)上设置有若干个喷头(15),所述喷头(15)上均对应设置有电磁脉冲阀(16),所述过滤室(8)下端设置有过滤层(17),所述出气管(10)下方设置有控制箱(18),所述控制箱(18)与壳体(2)固定连接,所述控制箱(18)从上到下依次设置有若干个电机(19),所述电机(19)均固定连接有转轴(20),所述转轴(20)通过滚动轴承(21)固定在壳体(2)和导流板(6)上,所述转轴(20)上均固定设置有滤筒(22)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种脉冲滤筒除尘设备,其特征在于:所述进气管(9)和出气管(10)上均设置有控制开关(23)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种脉冲滤筒除尘设备,其特征在于:所述积灰箱(5)上设置有清灰口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种脉冲滤筒除尘设备,其特征在于:所述喷头(15)和电磁脉冲阀(16)的数量均为五个。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种脉冲滤筒除尘设备,其特征在于:所述出气管(10)出口处设置有防尘网(24)。
