本发明公开了一种新型空气清新剂及其应用,所述空气清新剂包括氨基寡糖素0.2‑0.8%,香料0.2‑2%,增溶剂2‑10%,去离子水余量。本发明的空气清新剂通过调整氨基寡糖素和香料的不同比例,得到的杀菌效果最好的空气清新剂,可以从根源上去除异味。

一种新型空气清新剂及其应用
技术领域
本发明属于日化产品领域,具体涉及的是一种新型空气清新剂及其应用。
背景技术
环境恶臭是重要公害之一,也是室内常见的污染物,随着人们生活水平的提高,追求生活质量的愿望也与日俱增。拥有干净清新的空气可以消除疲劳,松弛紧张的身心,有益于人体身心健康,在此背景下,空气清新剂营运而生。目前,国内外的空气清新剂或含有酒精或含有表面活性剂,挥发性较大,留香不持久,特别是目前市售的空气清新剂虽然种类繁多,但大部分是通过有机化合物和一些单萜类化合物再加入香精混合而成,这类茶品虽然能消除异味,但不能真正改善空气质量,一些人工合成的空气清新剂还含有二甲苯、甲酮类化合物,大剂量使用会造成神经衰弱、呼吸道系统病变等疾病,甚至能诱发癌症。
基于此,公众期望能产研发一种能够克服传统空气清新剂的缺点,在清新空气的同时,能够对空气进行杀菌消毒,真正做到净化空气;且对物体表面、对皮肤和呼吸道无刺激,安全稳定的空气清新剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种既能够进行杀菌消毒、又可以净化空气的新型空气清新剂。
本发明的另一目的在于提供所述新型空气清新剂的制备方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种新型空气清新剂,其组分组成如下:
进一步的,所述香料选自薰衣草精油、薄荷精油、玫瑰精油、柠檬精油的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述增溶剂选自丙二醇或双丙甘醇。
优选的,当本发明的新型空气清新剂中氨基寡糖素的含量为0.1%,香料含量为0.9%时,得到的空气清新剂杀菌效果更佳。
进一步的,本发明的空气清新剂的制备方法为:
S1:向28-32℃的水中加入增溶剂,进行搅拌均匀;
S2:向S1中制备得到的溶液中加入氨基寡糖素和香料,继续搅拌混合均匀即可制得本发明所述的空气清新剂。
本发明的空气清新剂与现有技术相比,可以达到的有益效果为:(1)通过调整氨基寡糖素和香料的不同比例,得到的杀菌效果最好的空气清新剂,可以从根源上去除异味;(2)本发明的空气清新剂所有成分均是天然产物,具有高效安全的特点,气味芳香怡人;(3)本发明的空气清新剂配置方法简单,使用方便。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的阐述。
一.新型空气清新剂制备实施例
1.实施例1
一种新型空气清新剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)向30℃的水(94g)中加入丙二醇5g;
(2)向步骤(1)中加入0.1g氨基寡糖素和0.9g薄荷精油,继续搅拌混合均匀即可制得本发明所述的空气清新剂。
2.实施例2
一种新型空气清新剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)向30℃的水(91g)中加入双丙甘醇8g;
(2)向步骤(1)中加入0.2g氨基寡糖素和0.8g柠檬精油,继续搅拌混合均匀即可制得本发明所述的空气清新剂。
3.实施例3
一种新型空气清新剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)向30℃的水(89.3g)中加入双丙甘醇10g;
(2)向步骤(1)中加入0.2g氨基寡糖素和0.5g玫瑰精油,继续搅拌混合均匀即可制得本发明所述的空气清新剂。
4.对比例1
一种新型空气清新剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)向33℃的水(89.9g)中加入双丙甘醇10g;
(2)向步骤(1)中加入0.1g氨基寡糖素,继续搅拌混合均匀即可制得本发明所述的空气清新剂。
5.对比例2
一种新型空气清新剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)向33℃的水(89.1g)中加入双丙甘醇10g;
(2)向步骤(1)中加入0.9g玫瑰精油,继续搅拌混合均匀即可制得本发明所述的空气清新剂。
二、空气处理实施例
为了验证空气清新剂的空气处理效果,应用QB/T 2738-2005(《中华人民共和国轻工行业标准-日化产品抗菌抑菌效果的评价方法》)中对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的检测标准测试实施例1-3、对比例1、2制备得到的空气清新剂的抑菌抗菌效果,以了解本发明的空气清新剂的抗菌抑菌活性,包括抑菌圈直径和抑菌时间等,具体检测方法如下:
1.抑菌环法测试空气清新剂的效果
参照QB/T 2738-2005,7.5抑菌型日化产品的抑菌效果检验方法(抑菌环法)检测各个空气清新剂的抑制效果。
去无菌干燥滤纸片,每片滴加20uL各个实施例空气清新剂,同时以滴加相同体积无菌水的滤纸和滴加20uL浓度为1mg/mL的链霉素的滤纸作为对照。将上述滤纸片分别平放于清洁的无菌平皿内,开盖置于恒温箱(37℃)中烘干或室温下自然干燥后备用。
用灭菌的移液枪分别吸取浓度为1×105cfu/ml-9×105cfu/ml的大肠杆菌ATCC11229、金黄色葡萄球菌金黄色亚种ATCC 6538的菌悬液各100ul,分别在营养琼脂培养基平板表面用涂布棒均匀涂沫3次。每涂抹1次,将平板转动60°,最后用涂布棒沿平板边缘涂抹一周。盖好平皿,置室温条件下培养。
用无菌镊子取上述制备的滴加有空气清新剂、链霉素或无菌水的滤纸片,分别贴放于上述涂布有不同菌的平板上,每个平板上贴放4片滴加有空气清新剂的滤纸片、1片滴加有链霉素的滤纸片和1片滴加有无菌水的滤纸片。各滤纸片中心之间相距25mm以上,且与平板的边缘相距15mm以上。贴好后,用无菌镊子轻压滤纸片,使其紧贴于平板表面。盖好平皿,置于37℃恒温箱中,培养12h-24h后观察结果。
用游标卡尺测量抑菌环的直径并拍照记录,测量抑菌环直径时,应选择均匀而完全无菌生长的抑菌环进行,以抑菌环外沿为界。实验设三次重复,取三次重复的平均值作为实验结果。抑菌圈直径随时间变化的结果如表1、表2所示。

2.感官评定
选择10名志愿者,男女各半,分为两组,分别对空气清新剂的气味、使用情况、混浊度和是否分层等指标进行综合评定。
经过感官评价,10名志愿者均反映各处理空气清新剂气味比较令人愉悦,放置后液体不分层,并且操作方便,气味持久,可以在有人活动的空间中进行喷施,无任何不良硬性。

5.根据权利要求1-4中所述的空气清新剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1:向28-32℃的水中加入增溶剂,进行搅拌均匀;
S2:向S1中制备得到的溶液中加入氨基寡糖素和香料,继续搅拌混合均匀即可制得本发明所述的空气清新剂。
