Abstract

背景技术
随着经济的发展和人们快节奏的生活导致现在人们的生活越来越缺乏合理的饮食结构,导致人体出现各种各样的健康问题,如肥胖、高血压、高血脂、糖尿病等。在饮食结构中,蛋白质是最主要的营养物质之一,也是对人体健康产生影响的重要因子之一。目前我国居民摄入的蛋白质来源以谷物蛋白和动物蛋白为主。谷物中含有的蛋白质比较低并且氨基酸含量不均衡,难以满足人们日常的营养需求,会影响到婴儿以及成人的身体健康;动物蛋白可能会伴随着胆固醇和脂肪的摄入量过度而造成营养过剩。目前的报道中,大豆蛋白是唯一含有人体所需的9种必需氨基酸,能够满足人体需求,且不含胆固醇,因此,大豆蛋白比其它食物蛋白更有价值。大豆蛋白中氨基酸组成与牛奶蛋白质相近,除蛋氨酸略低外,其余必需氨基酸含量均较丰富,是植物性的完全蛋白质。大豆蛋白还具有一些保健功能,对血脂有调节作用、胰岛素敏感性还具有调节功效、减肥功效。大豆蛋白质的营养和保健功能经过许久研究后能够表明,大豆蛋白含有大量对人体有益的必须氨基氨酸,同时能够促进人体健康,具有广阔的应用市场。
低聚肽又称寡肽,一般由2~6个氨基酸组成。研究表明,低聚肽可以被小肠直接吸收。低聚肽在动物体内与蛋白质、氨基酸相比更容易被吸收,而且低聚肽具有独特的生理功能和理化性能,这是原蛋白质或组成氨基酸所不具备的。目前,人们对低聚肽的研究主要为大豆、鱼皮、畜骨等原料中。按原料来源可将低聚肽分为动物源低聚肽、植物源低聚肽和微生物源低聚肽,制备得到的低聚肽可应用于医药、化妆品、保健品等领域中。

本发明提供一种复合大豆蛋白玉米低聚肽胶囊及其制备方法,该复合大豆蛋白玉米低聚肽胶囊营养丰富,溶解性强,易于被人体吸收,能够内服和外用。外用时能够有效改善肤质,增强皮肤性能,具有美白肌肤,延缓肌肤衰老,淡化斑痕的效果;内服时能够为人体提供丰富的营养物质,同时能够有效清除人体自由基,延缓衰老作用,同时还能够有助于抗高血压、对血脂有调节作用,还能够解酒护肝,有效增强人体免疫力。

一种制备复合大豆蛋白玉米低聚肽胶囊的方法,制备步骤包括:
(1)玉竹提取物的制备:取玉竹洗净,烘干,粉碎后得到玉竹粉,将玉竹粉与体积分数70%的乙醇溶液按照料液比为1:10(w/v)混合均匀,保持温度在30~40℃,在搅拌条件下浸提4~5h,然后将温度升至50~60℃进行超声提取15~20min得到提取混合物,将提取混合物进行膜过滤得到混合液,再将混合液进行真空减压浓缩至原体积的10~15%,然后进行喷雾干燥得到玉竹提取物;
(2)鱼腥草提取物的制备:取鱼腥草洗净,烘干,粉碎后得到鱼腥草粉,将鱼腥草粉与体积分数70%的乙醇溶液按照料液比为1:10(w/v)混合均匀,保持温度在30~40℃,在搅拌条件下浸提4~5h,然后将温度升至50~60℃进行超声提取15~20min得到提取混合物,将提取混合物进行膜过滤得到混合液,再将混合液进行真空减压浓缩至原体积的10~15%,然后进行喷雾干燥得到鱼腥草提取物;
(3)酢浆草提取物的制备:酢浆草提取物的制备:取酢浆草洗净,烘干,粉碎后得到酢浆草粉,将酢浆草粉与体积分数70%的乙醇溶液按照料液比为1:10(w/v)混合均匀,保持温度在30~40℃,在搅拌条件下浸提4~5h,然后将温度升至50~60℃进行超声提取15~20min得到提取混合物,将提取混合物进行膜过滤得到混合液,再将混合液进行真空减压浓缩至原体积的10~15%,然后进行喷雾干燥得到酢浆草提取物;
(4)茜草提取物的制备:茜草提取物的制备:取茜草洗净,烘干,粉碎后得到茜草粉,将茜草粉与体积分数70%的乙醇溶液按照料液比为1:10(w/v)混合均匀,保持温度在30~40℃,在搅拌条件下浸提4~5h,然后将温度升至50~60℃进行超声提取15~20min得到提取混合物,将提取混合物进行膜过滤得到混合液,再将混合液进行真空减压浓缩至原体积的10~15%,然后进行喷雾干燥得到茜草提取物;
(5)乳液的制备:取大豆蛋白30~40份、玉米低聚肽粉30~40份、甜菊糖苷16~20份、木糖醇15~18份、茶多酚12~16份、茶氨酸13~15份、壳寡糖12~15份、玉竹提取物8~12份、鱼腥草提取物6~8份、酢浆草提取物6~8份、茜草提取物6~8份加入反应釜中,然后加入纯水50~60份,在转速为80~120r/min下搅拌混合均匀,然后加入维生素E3~6份、柑橘油12~16份、薄荷油10~12份、火麻油8~12份、蔗糖酯10~12份,在10000~12000r/min转速下搅拌1min,然后利用高压微射流纳米均质机均质3min,得到乳液;
(6)复合大豆蛋白玉米低聚肽胶囊:将海藻酸钠和去离子水(质量比为1:49)在室温下搅拌溶解,得到质量分数为2%的海藻酸钠溶液;将氯化钙溶和去离子水(质量比为1:19)在室温下搅拌溶解,得到质量分数为2%的氯化钙溶液;往海藻酸钠溶液中添加甘油,使得海藻酸钠溶液与甘油质量比为10:3,升温至70℃,然后再加入氯化钙溶液搅拌混合反应1~2h,然后抽真空消去气泡,再进行过滤得到胶囊材料,将胶囊材料置于60℃胶桶中并与软胶囊制粒机相连,将乳液加入料槽中,调节胶盒及喷体温度38~42℃,乳液装量为0.5g/粒,调节胶皮厚度为1.0mm,滚磨转速为2.5r/min进行软胶囊的压制,压制后在25℃、相对湿度25%~30%条件下,干燥10~12h即得复合大豆蛋白玉米低聚肽胶囊。
作为本发明的进一步改进,制备得到的复合大豆蛋白玉米低聚肽胶囊内服或外用。
本发明实现的技术原理是:
本发明以大豆蛋白、玉米低聚肽粉为主要原材料与其他材料复配混合来制备。大豆蛋白是植物性蛋白,含有多种人体必需氨基酸,营养价值高。玉米低聚肽粉采用生物工程定向酶切技术提取的小分子肽,溶解性强,稳定性好,易于被人体吸收利用。将原料制备成微乳液,微乳液可以使油水相溶性强,从而增强原料中各组分之间的相溶性,也提高组分之间的稳定性,制备得到的微乳液分子小更能更快地渗入皮肤中被皮肤快速吸收,提高乳液的利用率。将微乳液制备成胶囊,可以避免光、热、水等对微乳液的影响,提高微乳液的贮存稳定性。

实施例1
玉竹提取物的制备:取玉竹洗净,烘干,粉碎后得到玉竹粉,将玉竹粉与体积分数70%的乙醇溶液按照料液比为1:10(w/v)混合均匀,保持温度在32℃,在搅拌条件下浸提5h,然后将温度升至58℃进行超声提取15min得到提取混合物,将提取混合物进行膜过滤得到混合液,再将混合液进行真空减压浓缩至原体积的11%,然后进行喷雾干燥得到玉竹提取物;
鱼腥草提取物的制备:取鱼腥草洗净,烘干,粉碎后得到鱼腥草粉,将鱼腥草粉与体积分数70%的乙醇溶液按照料液比为1:10(w/v)混合均匀,保持温度在35℃,在搅拌条件下浸提4.5h,然后将温度升至60℃进行超声提取18min得到提取混合物,将提取混合物进行膜过滤得到混合液,再将混合液进行真空减压浓缩至原体积的12%,然后进行喷雾干燥得到鱼腥草提取物;
酢浆草提取物的制备:酢浆草提取物的制备:取酢浆草洗净,烘干,粉碎后得到酢浆草粉,将酢浆草粉与体积分数70%的乙醇溶液按照料液比为1:10(w/v)混合均匀,保持温度在30℃,在搅拌条件下浸提4.5h,然后将温度升至50℃进行超声提取15min得到提取混合物,将提取混合物进行膜过滤得到混合液,再将混合液进行真空减压浓缩至原体积的10%,然后进行喷雾干燥得到酢浆草提取物;

乳液的制备:取大豆蛋白38份、玉米低聚肽粉30份、甜菊糖苷17份、木糖醇16份、茶多酚14份、茶氨酸15份、壳寡糖13份、玉竹提取物10份、鱼腥草提取物7.5份、酢浆草提取物7份、茜草提取物8份加入反应釜中,然后加入纯水50~60份,在转速为90r/min下搅拌混合均匀,然后加入维生素E6份、柑橘油15份、薄荷油11份、火麻油9份、蔗糖酯10份,在10000r/min转速下搅拌1min,然后利用高压微射流纳米均质机均质3min,得到乳液;

鱼腥草提取物的制备:取鱼腥草洗净,烘干,粉碎后得到鱼腥草粉,将鱼腥草粉与体积分数70%的乙醇溶液按照料液比为1:10(w/v)混合均匀,保持温度在30℃,在搅拌条件下浸提4h,然后将温度升至50℃进行超声提取20min得到提取混合物,将提取混合物进行膜过滤得到混合液,再将混合液进行真空减压浓缩至原体积的14%,然后进行喷雾干燥得到鱼腥草提取物;
酢浆草提取物的制备:酢浆草提取物的制备:取酢浆草洗净,烘干,粉碎后得到酢浆草粉,将酢浆草粉与体积分数70%的乙醇溶液按照料液比为1:10(w/v)混合均匀,保持温度在40℃,在搅拌条件下浸提4.8h,然后将温度升至60℃进行超声提取18min得到提取混合物,将提取混合物进行膜过滤得到混合液,再将混合液进行真空减压浓缩至原体积的13%,然后进行喷雾干燥得到酢浆草提取物;

乳液的制备:取大豆蛋白30份、玉米低聚肽粉33份、甜菊糖苷18份、木糖醇15份、茶多酚16份、茶氨酸13份、壳寡糖15份、玉竹提取物8份、鱼腥草提取物8份、酢浆草提取物6.5份、茜草提取物7份加入反应釜中,然后加入纯水50~60份,在转速为80r/min下搅拌混合均匀,然后加入维生素E3份、柑橘油16份、薄荷油10份、火麻油10份、蔗糖酯11份,在12000r/min转速下搅拌1min,然后利用高压微射流纳米均质机均质3min,得到乳液;

酢浆草提取物的制备:酢浆草提取物的制备:取酢浆草洗净,烘干,粉碎后得到酢浆草粉,将酢浆草粉与体积分数70%的乙醇溶液按照料液比为1:10(w/v)混合均匀,保持温度在38℃,在搅拌条件下浸提4.2h,然后将温度升至58℃进行超声提取20min得到提取混合物,将提取混合物进行膜过滤得到混合液,再将混合液进行真空减压浓缩至原体积的15%,然后进行喷雾干燥得到酢浆草提取物;
茜草提取物的制备:茜草提取物的制备:取茜草洗净,烘干,粉碎后得到茜草粉,将茜草粉与体积分数70%的乙醇溶液按照料液比为1:10(w/v)混合均匀,保持温度在38℃,在搅拌条件下浸提4.2h,然后将温度升至55℃进行超声提取15min得到提取混合物,将提取混合物进行膜过滤得到混合液,再将混合液进行真空减压浓缩至原体积的10%,然后进行喷雾干燥得到茜草提取物;
乳液的制备:取大豆蛋白40份、玉米低聚肽粉35份、甜菊糖苷16份、木糖醇17份、茶多酚15份、茶氨酸13份、壳寡糖12份、玉竹提取物9份、鱼腥草提取物6份、酢浆草提取物7份、茜草提取物7.5份加入反应釜中,然后加入纯水50~60份,在转速为100r/min下搅拌混合均匀,然后加入维生素E5份、柑橘油14份、薄荷油12份、火麻油11份、蔗糖酯10.5份,在11000r/min转速下搅拌1min,然后利用高压微射流纳米均质机均质3min,得到乳液;
复合大豆蛋白玉米低聚肽胶囊的制备:将海藻酸钠和去离子水(质量比为1:49)在室温下搅拌溶解,得到质量分数为2%的海藻酸钠溶液;将氯化钙溶和去离子水(质量比为1:19)在室温下搅拌溶解,得到质量分数为2%的氯化钙溶液;往海藻酸钠溶液中添加甘油,使得海藻酸钠溶液与甘油质量比为10:3,升温至70℃,然后再加入氯化钙溶液搅拌混合反应1.5h,然后抽真空消去气泡,再进行过滤得到胶囊材料,将胶囊材料置于60℃胶桶中并与软胶囊制粒机相连,将乳液加入料槽中,调节胶盒及喷体温度40℃,乳液装量为0.5g/粒,调节胶皮厚度为1.0mm,滚磨转速为2.5r/min进行软胶囊的压制,压制后在25℃、相对湿度28%条件下,干燥10.5h即得复合大豆蛋白玉米低聚肽胶囊。
实施例4
玉竹提取物的制备:取玉竹洗净,烘干,粉碎后得到玉竹粉,将玉竹粉与体积分数70%的乙醇溶液按照料液比为1:10(w/v)混合均匀,保持温度在35℃,在搅拌条件下浸提4.8h,然后将温度升至50℃进行超声提取18min得到提取混合物,将提取混合物进行膜过滤得到混合液,再将混合液进行真空减压浓缩至原体积的12%,然后进行喷雾干燥得到玉竹提取物;
鱼腥草提取物的制备:取鱼腥草洗净,烘干,粉碎后得到鱼腥草粉,将鱼腥草粉与体积分数70%的乙醇溶液按照料液比为1:10(w/v)混合均匀,保持温度在38℃,在搅拌条件下浸提4.2h,然后将温度升至52℃进行超声提取16min得到提取混合物,将提取混合物进行膜过滤得到混合液,再将混合液进行真空减压浓缩至原体积的10%,然后进行喷雾干燥得到鱼腥草提取物;
酢浆草提取物的制备:酢浆草提取物的制备:取酢浆草洗净,烘干,粉碎后得到酢浆草粉,将酢浆草粉与体积分数70%的乙醇溶液按照料液比为1:10(w/v)混合均匀,保持温度在35℃,在搅拌条件下浸提4h,然后将温度升至55℃进行超声提取16min得到提取混合物,将提取混合物进行膜过滤得到混合液,再将混合液进行真空减压浓缩至原体积的14%,然后进行喷雾干燥得到酢浆草提取物;
茜草提取物的制备:茜草提取物的制备:取茜草洗净,烘干,粉碎后得到茜草粉,将茜草粉与体积分数70%的乙醇溶液按照料液比为1:10(w/v)混合均匀,保持温度在35℃,在搅拌条件下浸提5h,然后将温度升至52℃进行超声提取17min得到提取混合物,将提取混合物进行膜过滤得到混合液,再将混合液进行真空减压浓缩至原体积的15%,然后进行喷雾干燥得到茜草提取物;
乳液的制备:取大豆蛋白32份、玉米低聚肽粉37份、甜菊糖苷20份、木糖醇18份、茶多酚12份、茶氨酸13.5份、壳寡糖14份、玉竹提取物11份、鱼腥草提取物6.5份、酢浆草提取物7.5份、茜草提取物6份加入反应釜中,然后加入纯水50~60份,在转速为110r/min下搅拌混合均匀,然后加入维生素E4份、柑橘油12份、薄荷油11.5份、火麻油8份、蔗糖酯12份,在10500r/min转速下搅拌1min,然后利用高压微射流纳米均质机均质3min,得到乳液;
复合大豆蛋白玉米低聚肽胶囊的制备:将海藻酸钠和去离子水(质量比为1:49)在室温下搅拌溶解,得到质量分数为2%的海藻酸钠溶液;将氯化钙溶和去离子水(质量比为1:19)在室温下搅拌溶解,得到质量分数为2%的氯化钙溶液;往海藻酸钠溶液中添加甘油,使得海藻酸钠溶液与甘油质量比为10:3,升温至70℃,然后再加入氯化钙溶液搅拌混合反应2h,然后抽真空消去气泡,再进行过滤得到胶囊材料,将胶囊材料置于60℃胶桶中并与软胶囊制粒机相连,将乳液加入料槽中,调节胶盒及喷体温度41℃,乳液装量为0.5g/粒,调节胶皮厚度为1.0mm,滚磨转速为2.5r/min进行软胶囊的压制,压制后在25℃、相对湿度27%条件下,干燥11.5h即得复合大豆蛋白玉米低聚肽胶囊。
实施例5
玉竹提取物的制备:取玉竹洗净,烘干,粉碎后得到玉竹粉,将玉竹粉与体积分数70%的乙醇溶液按照料液比为1:10(w/v)混合均匀,保持温度在38℃,在搅拌条件下浸提4.5h,然后将温度升至60℃进行超声提取19min得到提取混合物,将提取混合物进行膜过滤得到混合液,再将混合液进行真空减压浓缩至原体积的14%,然后进行喷雾干燥得到玉竹提取物;
鱼腥草提取物的制备:取鱼腥草洗净,烘干,粉碎后得到鱼腥草粉,将鱼腥草粉与体积分数70%的乙醇溶液按照料液比为1:10(w/v)混合均匀,保持温度在32℃,在搅拌条件下浸提4.8h,然后将温度升至55℃进行超声提取17min得到提取混合物,将提取混合物进行膜过滤得到混合液,再将混合液进行真空减压浓缩至原体积的15%,然后进行喷雾干燥得到鱼腥草提取物;
酢浆草提取物的制备:酢浆草提取物的制备:取酢浆草洗净,烘干,粉碎后得到酢浆草粉,将酢浆草粉与体积分数70%的乙醇溶液按照料液比为1:10(w/v)混合均匀,保持温度在32℃,在搅拌条件下浸提5h,然后将温度升至52℃进行超声提取17min得到提取混合物,将提取混合物进行膜过滤得到混合液,再将混合液进行真空减压浓缩至原体积的12%,然后进行喷雾干燥得到酢浆草提取物;
茜草提取物的制备:茜草提取物的制备:取茜草洗净,烘干,粉碎后得到茜草粉,将茜草粉与体积分数70%的乙醇溶液按照料液比为1:10(w/v)混合均匀,保持温度在32℃,在搅拌条件下浸提4.2h,然后将温度升至58℃进行超声提取16min得到提取混合物,将提取混合物进行膜过滤得到混合液,再将混合液进行真空减压浓缩至原体积的11%,然后进行喷雾干燥得到茜草提取物;
乳液的制备:取大豆蛋白35份、玉米低聚肽粉40份、甜菊糖苷19份、木糖醇15份、茶多酚13份、茶氨酸14.5份、壳寡糖13份、玉竹提取物12份、鱼腥草提取物7份、酢浆草提取物6份、茜草提取物6.5份加入反应釜中,然后加入纯水50~60份,在转速为120r/min下搅拌混合均匀,然后加入维生素E4份、柑橘油13份、薄荷油10.5份、火麻油12份、蔗糖酯11.5份,在11500r/min转速下搅拌1min,然后利用高压微射流纳米均质机均质3min,得到乳液;
复合大豆蛋白玉米低聚肽胶囊的制备:将海藻酸钠和去离子水(质量比为1:49)在室温下搅拌溶解,得到质量分数为2%的海藻酸钠溶液;将氯化钙溶和去离子水(质量比为1:19)在室温下搅拌溶解,得到质量分数为2%的氯化钙溶液;往海藻酸钠溶液中添加甘油,使得海藻酸钠溶液与甘油质量比为10:3,升温至70℃,然后再加入氯化钙溶液搅拌混合反应1h,然后抽真空消去气泡,再进行过滤得到胶囊材料,将胶囊材料置于60℃胶桶中并与软胶囊制粒机相连,将乳液加入料槽中,调节胶盒及喷体温度39℃,乳液装量为0.5g/粒,调节胶皮厚度为1.0mm,滚磨转速为2.5r/min进行软胶囊的压制,压制后在25℃、相对湿度26%条件下,干燥12h即得复合大豆蛋白玉米低聚肽胶囊。
为了验证本发明制备得到的复合大豆蛋白玉米低聚肽胶囊的各项性能,将本发明得到的复合大豆蛋白玉米低聚肽胶囊用于试验。
1.外用试验。
选取100名年龄在25-65实验者,男女各半,平均分成5组每组10名男性,10名女性,分别使用由实施例1~5制得的复合大豆蛋白玉米低聚肽胶囊将胶囊剥开,将乳液均匀涂抹到脸上,在每天洁面后使用,每天一次,连续使用30天,记录每位试验者的使用效果,综合评价打分,取平均分,最高分为5分,表示使用效果显著,4分表示使用效果良好,3分使用效果一般,3分以下为使用效果差。实验结果如下表所示。

具体试验案例如下:
(1)姜某某,女,35岁,使用本产品前皮肤有稍微的下垂和衰老,脸上有皱纹,皮肤有暗疮及色斑本产品30天后,脸上皱纹深度变浅,皮肤润泽,暗疮和色斑痕迹变淡。
(2)周某某,女,55岁,使用本产品前皮肤干燥,粗糙,暗黄,皱纹深,有雀斑,使用本产品30天后,皮肤滋润光滑、洁净,皱纹深度变浅,雀斑斑痕有所淡化。
(3)张某某,男,25岁,使用本产品前肤色粗糙、油腻,脸上有粉刺或暗疮,黑头多,毛孔粗大,使用本产品30天后,肤色光滑有弹性,脸上洁净,不油腻,黑头减少。
2.内服试验。
(1)解酒试验
试验内容:选取120名年龄为25~35岁的男性,平均年龄为29岁。平均分成6组,每组20人。第1~5组分别试验实施例1~5的产品,第6组设置为对照组,共进行2次试验,参与人员测试一个产品后隔4天再进行下次试验。具体步骤如下:参与人员在午餐正常进餐,实验组人员饮酒前10min吞下实施例制备得到的复合大豆蛋白玉米低聚肽胶囊3粒,对照组人员则不服用复合大豆蛋白玉米低聚肽胶囊,每人40分钟内喝2两56°红星二锅头。喝酒完毕后采用呼吸式酒精检测仪分别检测4h内饮酒人员不同时间呼气中的酒精含量,结果取平均值。试验结果如下表3所示。

(2)护肝试验
取同日龄大鼠60只,雌雄各半,体重220±20g,适应性饲养20天后,将大鼠随机分为6组。第1~5组其每周2次用50%酒精灌胃进行造模,每次50mL,持续6周,其余时间用10%酒精进行灌胃,每天1次;其中,从第3周开始,每隔1天用1粒含实施例1~5所得的复合大豆蛋白玉米低聚肽胶囊和10%酒精进行灌胃;第6组为对照组,其每周2次用50%酒精灌胃进行造模,每次50mL,持续6周,其余时间用蒸馏水进行灌胃,每天1次。处理结束后分别采用甘油三酯(TG)试剂盒、血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)试剂盒、血清冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)试剂盒和丙二醛(MDA)试剂盒进行各项指标检测,其检测结果见表4。

(3)调节血脂试验
选择顺应性好无其他严重疾病的高血脂症患者为受试对象,受试前2周停止服用调节血脂的药物以及有类似功效的保健食品,受试者共120人,其中男性59人,女性61人,年龄为25~50岁,平均年龄为39岁。将试验人员随机分成6组,每组20人,第1~5组分别食用实施例制备得到的复合大豆蛋白玉米低聚肽胶囊每人每天定时服用3粒,第6组为对照组每人每天服用相同剂量同外观的安慰剂。试验期为30天。试验前后对所有受试者进行体格检查,建立个人病例,同时测定血清胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇生化指标,并且记录临床症状的变化。

(4)调节血压试验
取自发性高血压大鼠60只,雌性,6~8周龄,体重180~200g,动物在实验室适应1周后,根据所测基础血压及体重的大小,按随机区组设计分为6组,第1~5组分别食用本发明实施例制备得到的复合大豆蛋白玉米低聚肽胶囊,第6组为对照组,自由进食饮水,实验期共30天。分别测定实验前和试验30天后大鼠的血压。血压的测定方法为:用尾袖法以BP-98A血压记录仪从大鼠尾动脉记录血压,结果取平均值。

本发明上述实施例方案仅是对本发明的说明而不能限制本发明,权利要求中指出了本发明产品组成成分、成分比例、制备方法参数的范围,而上述的说明并未指出本发明参数的范围,因此,在与本发明的权利要求书相当的含义和范围内的任何改变,都应当认为是包括在权利要求书的范围内。
本发明是经过多位低聚肽加工人员长期工作经验积累,并通过创造性劳动创作而出,本发明制备得到的产品各项性能好,外用时能够有效改善人体的肌肤问题,内用时能够有效调节血脂、对高血压有一定的作用,作用效果好,有利于人体健康。
Claims (3)
1.一种复合大豆蛋白玉米低聚肽胶囊,其特征是,所述的复合大豆蛋白玉米低聚肽胶囊各组成成分及其重量份数比为:大豆蛋白30~40份、玉米低聚肽粉30~40份、甜菊糖苷16~20份、木糖醇15~18份、茶多酚12~16份、茶氨酸13~15份、壳寡糖12~15份、维生素E3~6份、柑橘油12~16份、薄荷油10~12份、火麻油8~12份、蔗糖酯10~12份、玉竹提取物8~12份、鱼腥草提取物6~8份、酢浆草提取物6~8份、茜草提取物6~8份、纯水适量。
2.一种制备如权利要求1所述的复合大豆蛋白玉米低聚肽胶囊的方法,其特征是,制备步骤包括:
步骤1)玉竹提取物的制备:取玉竹洗净,烘干,粉碎后得到玉竹粉,将玉竹粉与体积分数70%的乙醇溶液按照料液比为1:10(w/v)混合均匀,保持温度在30~40℃,在搅拌条件下浸提4~5h,然后将温度升至50~60℃进行超声提取15~20min得到提取混合物,将提取混合物进行膜过滤得到混合液,再将混合液进行真空减压浓缩至原体积的10~15%,然后进行喷雾干燥得到玉竹提取物;
步骤2)鱼腥草提取物的制备:取鱼腥草洗净,烘干,粉碎后得到鱼腥草粉,将鱼腥草粉与体积分数70%的乙醇溶液按照料液比为1:10(w/v)混合均匀,保持温度在30~40℃,在搅拌条件下浸提4~5h,然后将温度升至50~60℃进行超声提取15~20min得到提取混合物,将提取混合物进行膜过滤得到混合液,再将混合液进行真空减压浓缩至原体积的10~15%,然后进行喷雾干燥得到鱼腥草提取物;
步骤3)酢浆草提取物的制备:酢浆草提取物的制备:取酢浆草洗净,烘干,粉碎后得到酢浆草粉,将酢浆草粉与体积分数70%的乙醇溶液按照料液比为1:10(w/v)混合均匀,保持温度在30~40℃,在搅拌条件下浸提4~5h,然后将温度升至50~60℃进行超声提取15~20min得到提取混合物,将提取混合物进行膜过滤得到混合液,再将混合液进行真空减压浓缩至原体积的10~15%,然后进行喷雾干燥得到酢浆草提取物;
步骤4)茜草提取物的制备:茜草提取物的制备:取茜草洗净,烘干,粉碎后得到茜草粉,将茜草粉与体积分数70%的乙醇溶液按照料液比为1:10(w/v)混合均匀,保持温度在30~40℃,在搅拌条件下浸提4~5h,然后将温度升至50~60℃进行超声提取15~20min得到提取混合物,将提取混合物进行膜过滤得到混合液,再将混合液进行真空减压浓缩至原体积的10~15%,然后进行喷雾干燥得到茜草提取物;
步骤5)乳液的制备:取大豆蛋白30~40份、玉米低聚肽粉30~40份、甜菊糖苷16~20份、木糖醇15~18份、茶多酚12~16份、茶氨酸13~15份、壳寡糖12~15份、玉竹提取物8~12份、鱼腥草提取物6~8份、酢浆草提取物6~8份、茜草提取物6~8份加入反应釜中,然后加入纯水50~60份,在转速为80~120r/min下搅拌混合均匀,然后加入维生素E3~6份、柑橘油12~16份、薄荷油10~12份、火麻油8~12份、蔗糖酯10~12份,在10000~12000r/min转速下搅拌1min,然后利用高压微射流纳米均质机均质3min,得到乳液;
步骤6)复合大豆蛋白玉米低聚肽胶囊:将海藻酸钠和去离子水(质量比为1:49)在室温下搅拌溶解,得到质量分数为2%的海藻酸钠溶液;将氯化钙溶和去离子水(质量比为1:19)在室温下搅拌溶解,得到质量分数为2%的氯化钙溶液;往海藻酸钠溶液中添加甘油,使得海藻酸钠溶液与甘油质量比为10:3,升温至70℃,然后再加入氯化钙溶液搅拌混合反应1~2h,然后抽真空消去气泡,再进行过滤得到胶囊材料,将胶囊材料置于60℃胶桶中并与软胶囊制粒机相连,将乳液加入料槽中,调节胶盒及喷体温度38~42℃,乳液装量为0.5g/粒,调节胶皮厚度为1.0mm,滚磨转速为2.5r/min进行软胶囊的压制,压制后在25℃、相对湿度25%~30%条件下,干燥10~12h即得复合大豆蛋白玉米低聚肽胶囊。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种制备复合大豆蛋白玉米低聚肽胶囊的方法,其特征是:制备得到的复合大豆蛋白玉米低聚肽胶囊内服或者外用。
