背景技术
小龙虾也称克氏原螯虾、红螯虾和淡水小龙虾,是淡水经济虾类,因肉味鲜美广受人们欢迎,小龙虾近年来在中国已经成为重要经济养殖品种,市场价格越来越高,需求量越来越大,从而带动人工养殖的发展,目前越来越多的人开始尝试生态养殖,比如在稻田中养殖小龙虾,这种混养的方式是把种植业与养殖业有机结合起来,充分利用人工营造的生态系统,使小龙虾与水稻互利共生。在稻田养龙虾有三个优点:一是增产增收;二是龙虾能吃掉田中的野杂草和水生生物,而不吃稻秧,还能消灭包括蚊子在内的危害性幼虫,可起到除草除害作用;三是鱼、虾游动、觅食有助于稻田松土、活水、通气,可增加田水溶氧量,同时通过新陈代谢排出大量粪便,起到了增肥的效果。
发明内容

本发明提供一种在稻田中生态养殖小龙虾的方法,操作简单、步骤合理,成本低廉,有较好的实用价值,适宜推广。
(二)采用的技术方案
本发明为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种在稻田中生态养殖小龙虾的方法,所述生态养殖方法包括以下步骤:
(1)池塘开发:将稻田挖成回形池,沟宽4m,深1.4m,池中间有十字沟,在池塘四周用竹片围起高45-60厘米的防逃墙;在池内种植水葫芦;将生石灰水撒入池塘内消毒,保持池水深度为40-70mm,并对田埂加固防止倒塌;
(2)虾苗放养:挑选为带病原菌、未经过药浴、抗病能力强的小龙虾幼苗,每亩池塘投放1.2-1.4万尾;
(3)饲料喂养:通过专门配置的饲料对池塘内的小龙虾进行喂养,早晚各一次,早上喂料量和晚上喂料量比例为4:6;
所述专门配置的饲料由以下重量份的原料制备而成:玉米粉20-28份、小麦8-12份、菜籽粕4-6份、大豆卵磷脂3-5份、海藻酸钠0.6-1.2份、黄原胶0.4-0.8份、赖氨酸0.06-0.14份、柠檬酸0.8-1.4份和消化杆菌0.03-0.05份;
制备过程:将玉米粉、小麦、菜籽粕加至等重量的水中,加热至60-75℃保温25-40min,后加入海藻酸钠和黄原胶,保温搅拌10-20min,冷却至15-25℃得到混合物a,之后在混合物a中加入大豆卵磷脂、赖氨酸、柠檬酸,加热至40-50℃保温20-30min,得到混合物b,最后将消化杆菌加入混合物b中搅拌,挤出制粒,得到饲料;
(4)水质管理:每周加水20-30cm深,池水通名都控制在40cm以上;
(5)适时捕捞:在虾苗饲养2个月后,对体重达到规格的龙虾及时捕捞,减少龙虾的养殖密度,促进龙虾快速生长,可降低成本,增加产量和提高质量;捕捞要注意气候的变化,天气闷热时不要捕捞,此时天气缺氧,龙虾在笼中就会死亡,捕捞要多放地笼,勤收地笼,减少龙虾在地笼的时间,确保龙虾的鲜活度。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供一种在稻田中生态养殖小龙虾的方法,具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明方法简单、成本低廉,采用小龙虾稻田生态养殖模式,可将小龙虾养殖与水稻种植有机结合起来,使二者互利共生,充分发挥农田的生产力,提高农田经营的经济效益;
(2)本发明通过自制的配方饲料对小龙虾进行喂养,饲料营养成分均衡,不仅可以增强小龙虾的免疫力,还能有效降低饲料导致的水体污染,提高龙虾的成活率,降低病虫害发生。

(5)适时捕捞:在虾苗饲养2个月后,对体重达到规格的龙虾及时捕捞,减少龙虾的养殖密度,促进龙虾快速生长,可降低成本,增加产量和提高质量;捕捞要注意气候的变化,天气闷热时不要捕捞,此时天气缺氧,龙虾在笼中就会死亡,捕捞要多放地笼,勤收地笼,减少龙虾在地笼的时间,确保龙虾的鲜活度。
实施例3
一种在稻田中生态养殖小龙虾的方法,所述生态养殖方法包括以下步骤:
(1)池塘开发:将稻田挖成回形池,沟宽4m,深1.4m,池中间有十字沟,在池塘四周用竹片围起55厘米的防逃墙;在池内种植水葫芦;将生石灰水撒入池塘内消毒,保持池水深度为60mm,并对田埂加固防止倒塌;
(2)虾苗放养:挑选为带病原菌、未经过药浴、抗病能力强的小龙虾幼苗,每亩池塘投放1.3万尾;
(3)饲料喂养:通过专门配置的饲料对池塘内的小龙虾进行喂养,早晚各一次,早上喂料量和晚上喂料量比例为4:6;
所述专门配置的饲料由以下重量份的原料制备而成:玉米粉24份、小麦10份、菜籽粕5份、大豆卵磷脂4份、海藻酸钠0.9份、黄原胶0.6份、赖氨酸0.09份、柠檬酸1.1份和消化杆菌0.04份;
制备过程:将玉米粉、小麦、菜籽粕加至等重量的水中,加热至70℃保温30min,后加入海藻酸钠和黄原胶,保温搅拌15min,冷却至20℃得到混合物a,之后在混合物a中加入大豆卵磷脂、赖氨酸、柠檬酸,加热至45℃保温25min,得到混合物b,最后将消化杆菌加入混合物b中搅拌,挤出制粒,得到饲料;
(4)水质管理:每周加水25cm深,池水通名都控制在40cm以上;

本发明方法简单、成本低廉,采用小龙虾稻田生态养殖模式,可将小龙虾养殖与水稻种植有机结合起来,使二者互利共生,充分发挥农田的生产力,提高农田经营的经济效益。

Claims (1)
1.一种在稻田中生态养殖小龙虾的方法,其特征在于,所述生态养殖方法包括以下步骤:
(1)池塘开发:将稻田挖成回形池,沟宽4m,深1.4m,池中间有十字沟,在池塘四周用竹片围起高45-60厘米的防逃墙;在池内种植水葫芦;将生石灰水撒入池塘内消毒,保持池水深度为40-70mm,并对田埂加固防止倒塌;
(2)虾苗放养:挑选为带病原菌、未经过药浴、抗病能力强的小龙虾幼苗,每亩池塘投放1.2-1.4万尾;
(3)饲料喂养:通过专门配置的饲料对池塘内的小龙虾进行喂养,早晚各一次,早上喂料量和晚上喂料量比例为4:6;
所述专门配置的饲料由以下重量份的原料制备而成:玉米粉20-28份、小麦8-12份、菜籽粕4-6份、大豆卵磷脂3-5份、海藻酸钠0.6-1.2份、黄原胶0.4-0.8份、赖氨酸0.06-0.14份、柠檬酸0.8-1.4份和消化杆菌0.03-0.05份;
制备过程:将玉米粉、小麦、菜籽粕加至等重量的水中,加热至60-75℃保温25-40min,后加入海藻酸钠和黄原胶,保温搅拌10-20min,冷却至15-25℃得到混合物a,之后在混合物a中加入大豆卵磷脂、赖氨酸、柠檬酸,加热至40-50℃保温20-30min,得到混合物b,最后将消化杆菌加入混合物b中搅拌,挤出制粒,得到饲料;
(4)水质管理:每周加水20-30cm深,池水通名都控制在40cm以上;
