In another embodiment of the present invention, when the video conference control platform pre-stores the binding relationship between the user terminal and the video conference terminal, if the user terminal is a real-time online communication terminal such as a normal fixed-line telephone, a mobile phone, etc., the platform further includes a verification code sending unit 990, where the verification code sending unit 990 is configured to send a random binding verification code to the video conference terminal after the user terminal accesses the video conference control platform; the terminal relationship binding unit 910 is configured to bind the user terminal and the video conference terminal in response to the user terminal inputting the random binding verification code. If the user terminal is a special terminal, the platform further comprises an identification receiving unit 991, wherein the identification receiving unit 991 is used for receiving identification information of the video conference terminal when an account is opened and identification information of the special terminal; the terminal relationship binding unit 910 is configured to respond to the dedicated terminal activating an instant hotline function, and bind the user terminal identifier and the video conference terminal identifier, where the hotline number is a video conference access code.
Through the two modes, the user terminal and the video conference terminal can be bound, so that the video conference terminal or the user terminal can be determined according to the binding relation between the video conference terminal and the user terminal, the user can operate the video conference according to the corresponding operation of the telephone voice prompt, the operation experience of the video conference of the user is improved, the incoming call notice of the video conference is obtained in real time, and the video conference is accessed in time.
Fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a video conference control system according to the present invention. The system includes a user terminal 1010, a video conference terminal 1020 and a video conference control platform 1030, wherein the video conference control platform 1030 has been described in detail in the above embodiments and will not be further explained here.
The user terminal 1010 may be a fixed-line telephone, a mobile phone, or other real-time online communication terminal, or may be a dedicated terminal, and the video conference terminal 1020 may be a conference terminal. The user terminal 1010 and the video conference terminal 1020 are bound in the video conference control platform 1030, and a user uses the bound user terminal 1010 to realize conference control functions through simple key options, wherein the functions comprise conference initiating, conference accepting, conference active joining, conference party inviting, conference site muting, picture switching, PPT demonstration switching and the like. The invention can simply and conveniently realize the operation and control of the conference process, improve the conference control experience of users, obtain the conference incoming call notification in real time and access the conference in time.
Thus far, the present invention has been described in detail. Some details well known in the art have not been described in order to avoid obscuring the concepts of the present invention. It will be fully apparent to those skilled in the art from the foregoing description how to practice the presently disclosed embodiments.
The method and apparatus of the present invention may be implemented in a number of ways. For example, the methods and apparatus of the present invention may be implemented by software, hardware, firmware, or any combination of software, hardware, and firmware. The above-described order for the steps of the method is for illustrative purposes only, and the steps of the method of the present invention are not limited to the order specifically described above unless specifically indicated otherwise. Furthermore, in some embodiments, the present invention may also be embodied as a program recorded in a recording medium, the program including machine-readable instructions for implementing a method according to the present invention. Thus, the present invention also covers a recording medium storing a program for executing the method according to the present invention.

Claims (9)

1. A video conference control method, comprising:
responding to a user terminal dialing a video conference access code, and allowing the user terminal to access a video conference control platform;
determining a video conference terminal corresponding to the user terminal, wherein the video conference control platform stores the binding relationship between the user terminal and the video conference terminal;
sending prompt information to the user terminal according to the current state of the video conference terminal so that a user can control the video conference terminal through the user terminal according to the prompt information;
receiving an instruction for requesting the video conference terminal to join a video conference;
determining a user terminal bound with the video conference terminal, and sending a video conference joining request to the user terminal;
and after receiving the message for confirming the video conference, which is sent by the user terminal, the video conference terminal is allowed to join the video conference.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and sending an information display operation menu to the video conference terminal according to the current state of the video conference terminal so that a user can control the video conference terminal through the user terminal according to the information display operation menu.
3. The method according to any one of claims 1-2, wherein the video conference control platform saving the binding relationship between the user terminal and the video conference terminal comprises:
after the user terminal is accessed to the video conference control platform, a random binding verification code is sent to the video conference terminal;
and responding to the user terminal to input the random binding verification code, and binding the user terminal and the video conference terminal by the video conference control platform.
4. The method according to any of claims 1-2, wherein the user terminal is a dedicated terminal;
the video conference control platform storing the binding relationship between the user terminal and the video conference terminal comprises:
receiving identification information of the video conference terminal when an account is opened and identification information of the special terminal;
and responding to the special terminal to start an instant hot line function, and binding the user terminal identification and the video conference terminal identification, wherein a hot line number is the video conference access code.
5. A video conference control platform, comprising:
the call access unit is used for responding to the user terminal dialing the video conference access code and allowing the user terminal to access the video conference control platform;
the video conference terminal determining unit is used for determining the video conference terminal corresponding to the user terminal according to the binding relationship between the user terminal and the video conference terminal stored by the terminal relationship binding unit;
a prompt information sending unit, configured to send prompt information to the user terminal according to the current state of the video conference terminal, so that a user controls the video conference terminal through the user terminal according to the prompt information;
the terminal relation binding unit is used for storing the binding relation between the user terminal and the video conference terminal;
the conference joining receiving unit is used for receiving an instruction for requesting the video conference terminal to join the video conference;
the user terminal determining unit is used for determining the user terminal bound with the video conference terminal and sending a video conference joining request to the user terminal;
and the determined joining receiving unit is used for allowing the video conference terminal to join the video conference after receiving the confirmed joining video conference message sent by the user terminal.
6. The platform of claim 5, further comprising a display operation menu transmission unit;
the display operation menu sending unit is used for sending an information display operation menu to the video conference terminal according to the current state of the video conference terminal, so that a user can control the video conference terminal through the user terminal according to the information display operation menu.
7. The platform according to any one of claims 5 to 6, further comprising a verification code transmitting unit;
the verification code sending unit is used for sending a random binding verification code to the video conference terminal after the user terminal is accessed to the video conference control platform;
and the terminal relation binding unit is used for binding the user terminal and the video conference terminal in response to the user terminal inputting the random binding verification code.
8. The platform according to any of claims 5-6, wherein said user terminal is a dedicated terminal, said platform further comprising an identity receiving unit;
the identification receiving unit is used for receiving the identification information of the video conference terminal when an account is opened and the identification information of the special terminal;
and the terminal relation binding unit is used for binding the user terminal identification and the video conference terminal identification in response to the special terminal starting an instant hot line function, wherein the hot line number is the video conference access code.
9. A video conference control system comprising a user terminal, a video conference terminal and a video conference control platform according to any one of claims 5 to 8.
