Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to be limiting. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only a portion related to the related application is shown in the drawings.
With the continuous development of the internet of things and the continuous popularization of intelligent terminals, intelligent access control and intelligent elevator systems have gradually become novel intelligent terminal equipment, and intelligent access control and elevators have become an indispensable part of each community.
At present, the intelligent access control is mostly composed of a terminal with a camera and digital keys, which is installed under a community unit building, and a visual terminal with a liquid crystal display, which is installed in each owner's house, wherein the resolution of the visual terminal is very low. When a visitor comes, the visitor firstly needs to input a room number in the home of the owner before an entrance guard terminal under the unit building, i.e. 1201, namely a No. 1 user of a 12-layer building, clicks a call button, and then a visual terminal in the home of the owner receives the call of the visitor and rings to remind the owner of the visitor; after finding that a visitor comes, the owner needs to immediately check the identity of the visitor through watching a liquid crystal display before the visitor runs to a visual access control terminal, can also start an access control intercom function, further confirms the intention of the visitor through dialogue, and then decides whether to open the door; if the identity of the visitor passes the verification, the owner opens the door, otherwise, the door is not opened; after the owner selects to open the door, the button corresponding to the owner floor in the elevator is started, the buttons of other floors are not started, the visitor is effective according to the number of the corresponding floor of the owner after entering the elevator, if 12, the number of the other floors is ineffective, and the elevator cannot reach the other floors, so the visitor can only take the elevator to reach 12 floors and cannot do the elevator to reach the other floors.
Therefore, in the prior method, firstly, an indoor visual terminal and the entrance guard equipment under the unit building must be installed in the home of the owner to be matched for use; secondly, the visual terminal installed in the home of the owner is generally close to the home portal of the owner, and if the owner is just in a bedroom or other places far away from the visual entrance guard after the visitor calls, the owner is likely to not hear the call of the visitor, so that the call of the visitor is missed; secondly, considering safety factors, for owners and visitors, the elevator under the unit building at present generally needs to be used after the owners swipe cards or the owners open the doors of the visitors, and other conditions can not be used, if the owners find that the owners forget to take the access cards when returning home, and the owners just don't have people at home at the moment, the owners can not enter the unit building and use the elevator, even if the doors of the unit building are opened at the moment, the owners can not take the elevator to return to the own floor, and a plurality of inconveniences exist; finally, the current access control system schemes are all based on an audio-video scheme of an internet company crossing an Operator (OTT), the audio-video quality is not guaranteed, the indoor visual terminal configuration is low, and The screen resolution is low.
In order to solve the problems of the access control processing method in the prior art, the embodiment of the application provides the access control processing method, the access control equipment, the mobile terminal and the storage medium, wherein after triggering a visiting call, the access control equipment establishes call association with an elevator and the mobile terminal through a video conference created by a network side; wherein the mobile terminal is associated with a destination of the visiting call; and if the door opening instruction sent by the mobile terminal is received through the network side, door opening processing is performed. After the access calling is triggered by the access control equipment, the mobile terminal establishes call association with the access control equipment and the elevator through a video conference created by a network side; wherein the mobile terminal is associated with a destination of the visiting call; and if the door opening operation is detected, sending a door opening instruction to the door access equipment and the elevator through the network side. The intelligence of access control equipment can be promoted.
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
The embodiment of the application provides an access control processing method, which is applied to access control equipment, and fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an implementation flow of the access control processing method provided by the embodiment of the application, as shown in fig. 1, the access control processing method of the access control equipment can comprise the following steps:
Step 101, after triggering visiting call, establishing call association with an elevator and a mobile terminal through a video conference created by a network side; wherein the mobile terminal is associated with a destination of the visiting call.
In the embodiment of the application, after the access control equipment triggers the visiting call, the call association can be established between the elevator and the mobile terminal through the video conference created by the network side; wherein the mobile terminal is associated with a destination of the visiting call.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the access control device may be triggered to make a visiting call, that is, a visitor may make a visiting call through the access control device; the mode of triggering the visiting call by the access control device is not limited by the application, for example, the visiting call can be triggered after the access control device detects the operation of the visiting call key.
Further, in the embodiment of the present application, the network side may be a server, the number of servers is not limited in particular, and a platform capable of processing related services is disposed on the server, so that the present application may use the platform to execute services related to the access control processing method, for example, create a video conference, and call and associate access control devices, elevators and mobile terminals through the video conference, thereby implementing a more intelligent access control processing method.
In the embodiment of the application, the network side is a server in distributed deployment, and a capability platform and a service platform are deployed on the server; after receiving notification of opening the intelligent access control service of the cell A through the capability platform, the capability platform starts to receive related data corresponding to the intelligent access control service of the cell A, such as account information of the cell A, and the capability platform stores the related data corresponding to the intelligent access control service of the cell A into a database; further, the equipment related information of the cell A can also be received through the service platform, for example, the equipment related information comprises access control equipment and corresponding elevators of each unit building, and the address information of the corresponding owners and the mobile phone numbers of the related family members; for example: 2, 1 cell 1201, cell number of member 1: 1871234xxxx, cell phone number of member 2: 1874321xxxx et al; the service platform can store the equipment association information into a database; in addition, a service platform can be utilized to distribute a virtual fixed phone number for each device, and the virtual fixed phone number of the device and a corresponding IP multimedia subsystem (IP Multimedia Subsystem, IMS) account number are bound, so that the device can pull the bound virtual fixed phone number from the service platform, and then register on the capability platform by adopting a PbSIP private protocol based on a transmission control protocol (Transmission Control Protocol, TCP); furthermore, the service platform can bind each device (such as access control device, elevator and mobile terminal) according to the device association information reported by the device, so that each access control device can call a corresponding mobile phone number (mobile terminal) by responding to the operation of the room number key.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the mobile terminal is associated with a destination of a visiting call; for example, the destination of the visiting call is 2 building 1 units 1201, and the mobile terminal associated with the destination of the visiting call may be a mobile phone of member 1 and a mobile phone of member 2 in 1201.
Further, in an embodiment of the present application, the mobile terminal associated with the destination of the visiting call may be at least one.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the network side may respond to a request for creating a video conference sent by the access control device to create the video conference.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, after the access device triggers the visiting call, a request for creating a video conference may be initiated to the capability platform on the network side, and further, after the capability platform creates the video conference, the access device sends a video call signaling to the capability platform to request for meeting, and the capability platform responds to a response (answer) signaling to indicate success of meeting to the access terminal; and then the capability platform initiates a call with the elevator according to the pre-bound mobile terminal associated with the target of the visiting call, so that the call association can be established with the access control equipment and the elevator through the video conference created by the network side.
Step 102, if a door opening instruction sent by the mobile terminal is received through the network side, door opening processing is performed.
In the embodiment of the application, after the access control equipment triggers the visiting call, after the call association is established between the elevator and the mobile terminal through the video conference created by the network side, if the door opening instruction sent by the mobile terminal is received through the network side, the door opening processing is carried out.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, after the door opening command is received by the door access device, door opening processing is performed; at the same time, the elevator can also enable the destination floor key associated with the mobile terminal by resolving the door opening command.
Further, in the embodiment of the present application, the method for triggering the door opening command by the mobile terminal is not specifically limited in the present application; for example, when the mobile terminal detects an operation of a dual tone multi frequency signal (Dual Tone Multi Frequency, DTMF) key 2, a door opening instruction is transmitted, wherein the DTMF key 2 is a key of a preset door opening function.
Further, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a second implementation flow of the door control processing method according to the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, after the door control device triggers a visiting call, a call association is established between an elevator and a mobile terminal through a video conference created by a network side, that is, after step 101, the method may further include the following steps:
And 103, if receiving an answer instruction sent by the mobile terminal through the network side, switching on the video conference so that the mobile terminal obtains visiting picture information through the video conference.
In the embodiment of the application, after the access control equipment triggers the visiting call, after the video conference created by the network side is associated with the elevator and the mobile terminal, if an answer instruction sent by the mobile terminal is received by the network side, the video conference is connected, so that the mobile terminal obtains visiting picture information through the video conference.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, after receiving an answer instruction, the access control device may turn on the camera to switch on the video conference, so that the mobile terminal may acquire the visiting picture information, where the visiting picture information may include video information and sound information of the visitor.
Further, in the embodiment of the present application, the method for triggering the answer instruction by the mobile terminal is not specifically limited in the present application; for example, when the mobile terminal detects a touch operation corresponding to the answering function, an answering instruction is sent.
Further, in the embodiment of the application, after the mobile terminal acquires the visiting picture information through the video conference, the access control device can receive a door opening instruction or a hang-up instruction sent by the mobile terminal through the network side.
Further, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an implementation flow chart of an access control processing method according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, after an access control device triggers a visiting call, a video conference created through a network side establishes call association with an elevator and a mobile terminal, that is, after step 101, the method may further include the following steps:
and 104, if an intercom instruction sent by the mobile terminal is received through the network side, starting an intercom function so that the mobile terminal can acquire audio information through the intercom function.
In the embodiment of the application, after the access control equipment triggers a visiting call, after a video conference created by a network side is associated with an elevator and a mobile terminal, if an intercom instruction sent by the mobile terminal is received by the network side, an intercom function is started, so that the mobile terminal obtains audio information through the intercom function.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, after receiving the intercom instruction, the entrance guard device may start the intercom function, so that the mobile terminal may obtain the sound information of the visitor.
Further, in the embodiment of the present application, the method for triggering the intercom instruction by the mobile terminal is not specifically limited in the present application; for example, when the mobile terminal detects an operation of the DTMF key 1, an intercom instruction is sent, wherein the DTMF key 1 is a key of a preset intercom function.
Further, in the embodiment of the application, after the intercom function of the mobile terminal obtains the audio information, the access control device can receive a door opening instruction or a hang-up instruction sent by the mobile terminal through the network side.
Further, fig. 4 is a schematic implementation flow chart of an access control processing method according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4, after the access control device triggers a visiting call, a call association is established between an elevator and a mobile terminal through a video conference created by a network side, that is, after step 101, the method may further include the following steps:
step 105, if the hang-up instruction sent by the mobile terminal is received through the network side, terminating the visiting call and keeping the door closing state.
In the embodiment of the application, after the access control equipment triggers the visiting call, after the video conference created by the network side establishes call association with the elevator and the mobile terminal, if a hang-up instruction sent by the mobile terminal is received by the network side, the visiting call is terminated, and the door closing state is maintained.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, after the mobile terminal sends the hang-up instruction, the network side receives the hang-up instruction, and may send the hang-up instruction to the access control device after waiting for the preset time.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, after receiving a hang-up instruction sent by a mobile terminal, a capability platform on a network side waits for 10s, and then sends the hang-up instruction to an access control device, the access control device terminal accesses a call, ends a current video conference, and meanwhile, the capability platform destroys the video conference.
The embodiment of the application provides an access control processing method, which is characterized in that after access control equipment triggers a visiting call, a call association is established between an elevator and a mobile terminal through a video conference created by a network side; wherein the mobile terminal is associated with a destination of the visiting call; and if the door opening instruction sent by the mobile terminal is received through the network side, door opening processing is performed. Therefore, in the application, when a visitor accesses the elevator, the access control equipment is triggered to access the elevator, and the call association is established with the elevator and the mobile terminal associated with the target to be accessed through the video conference established by the network side, so that the corresponding processing can be carried out on the access call through the mobile terminal, and the problem of missed access of the owner in the existing intelligent access control can be greatly improved; when the mobile terminal detects the door opening operation, a door opening instruction can be sent to the door access device and the elevator through the network side, the door access device performs door opening processing, and meanwhile, the elevator enables the target floor key, so that even if a owner is not at home, the door access device can be opened through the mobile terminal, the target floor key of the elevator is enabled, and the intelligence of the door access device is greatly improved.

It is understood that in an embodiment of the present application, the mobile terminal may be a computer device used in mobile, including, for example, a mobile phone, a notebook, a tablet, a car computer, etc.
Step 202, if the door opening operation is detected, sending a door opening instruction to the door access device and the elevator through the network side.

Further, in the embodiment of the present application, the method of the door opening operation is not particularly limited; for example, when the mobile terminal detects an operation of the DTMF key 2, triggering a door opening operation is indicated, wherein the DTMF key 2 is a key of a preset door opening function.
Further, in the embodiment of the application, after the door opening command is received by the door control equipment, door opening processing is performed; at the same time, the elevator can also enable the destination floor key associated with the mobile terminal by resolving the door opening command.
Further, fig. 6 is a schematic implementation flow chart of an access control processing method according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 6, after the access control device triggers a visiting call, the mobile terminal establishes a call association with the access control device and an elevator through a video conference created by a network side, that is, after step 201, the method may further include the following steps:
And 203, if the answering operation is detected, sending an answering instruction to the access control equipment through the network side.
In the embodiment of the application, after the access control equipment triggers the visiting call, the mobile terminal establishes call association with the access control equipment and the elevator through the video conference created by the network side, and if the answering operation is detected, an answering instruction is sent to the access control equipment through the network side.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the method for detecting the answering operation by the mobile terminal is not specifically limited in the present application; for example, when the mobile terminal detects a touch operation corresponding to the answering function, that is, the mobile terminal detects the answering operation, an answering instruction may be sent.
Step 204, after the access control device responds to the answering instruction and the video conference is connected, the visiting picture information is obtained through the video conference.
In the embodiment of the application, if the mobile terminal detects the answering operation, after sending an answering instruction to the access control equipment through the network side, the access control equipment responds to the answering instruction and acquires visiting picture information through the video conference after the video conference is connected.
It can be appreciated that in the embodiment of the application, after receiving the answer instruction, the access control device can switch on the video conference, so that the mobile terminal can acquire the visiting picture information through the video conference.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, after receiving an answer instruction, the access control device may turn on the camera to switch on the video conference, so that the mobile terminal may acquire the visiting picture information, where the visiting picture information may include video information and sound information of the visitor.
Further, in the embodiment of the application, after the mobile terminal acquires the visiting picture information through the video conference, the mobile terminal can send a door opening instruction or a hang-up instruction to the access control equipment and the elevator through the network.
Further, fig. 7 is a schematic diagram seventh implementation flow chart of an access control processing method according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 7, after the access control device triggers a visiting call, the mobile terminal establishes a call association with the access control device and an elevator through a video conference created by a network side, that is, after step 201, the method may further include the following steps:
and 205, if the intercom operation is detected, sending an intercom instruction to the access control equipment and the elevator through the network side.
In the embodiment of the application, after the access calling is triggered by the access control equipment, the mobile terminal establishes call association with the access control equipment and the elevator through the video conference created by the network side, and if the intercom operation is detected, the intercom instruction is sent to the access control equipment and the elevator through the network side.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the method for detecting the intercom operation by the mobile terminal is not specifically limited in the present application; for example, when the mobile terminal detects an operation of the DTMF key 1, indicating that an intercom operation is detected, an intercom instruction may be transmitted, where the DTMF key 1 is a key of a preset intercom function.
Step 206, after the entrance guard equipment responds to the intercom instruction and starts the intercom function, the audio information is acquired through the intercom function.
In the embodiment of the application, if the mobile terminal detects the intercom operation, after the intercom instruction is sent to the entrance guard equipment and the elevator through the network side, the audio information can be acquired through the intercom function after the entrance guard equipment responds to the intercom instruction and opens the intercom function.
For example, in the embodiment of the application, after the entrance guard device receives the intercom instruction, the intercom function may be started, so that the mobile terminal can acquire the sound information (audio information) of the visitor.
Further, in the embodiment of the application, after the mobile terminal obtains the audio information through the intercom function, the mobile terminal can send a door opening instruction or a hang-up instruction to the door access device and the elevator through the network.
Further, fig. 8 is a schematic implementation flow diagram of an access control processing method according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 8, after the access control device triggers a visiting call, the mobile terminal establishes a call association with the access control device and an elevator through a video conference created by a network side, that is, after step 201, the method may further include the following steps:
and 207, if the hang-up operation is detected, sending a hang-up instruction to the access control equipment and the elevator through the network side.
In the embodiment of the application, after the access calling is triggered by the access control equipment, the mobile terminal establishes call association with the access control equipment and the elevator through the video conference created by the network side, and if the hang-up operation is detected, the hang-up instruction is sent to the access control equipment and the elevator through the network side.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, after the mobile terminal sends the hang-up instruction, the network side receives the hang-up instruction, and may send the hang-up instruction to the access control device and the elevator after waiting for the preset time.
Further, in the embodiment of the present application, the method for detecting the hang-up operation by the mobile terminal is not specifically limited in the present application, for example, when the mobile terminal detects the operation of the DTMF key 3, a hang-up instruction is sent, where the DTMF key 3 is a key of a preset hang-up function.
Further, in an embodiment of the present application, the mobile terminal may include a first terminal and a second terminal; the second terminal is a different terminal than the first terminal; the access control processing method of the mobile terminal can further comprise the following steps:
and step 208, if the first terminal detects the processing operation, the first terminal sends a processing instruction corresponding to the processing operation to the access control equipment and the elevator through the network side.
In the embodiment of the application, if the first terminal detects the processing operation, the first terminal sends a processing instruction corresponding to the processing operation to the access control equipment and the elevator through the network side.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the mobile terminal is associated with a destination of a visiting call, and the mobile terminal may be at least one, and when the mobile terminal includes a first terminal and a second terminal, the first terminal and the second terminal may establish call association with the entrance guard device and the elevator through a video conference created by a network side at the same time, so that a processing instruction may be sent to the entrance guard device and the elevator through the first terminal and/or the second terminal.
Further, in the embodiment of the present application, after the first terminal sends the processing instruction corresponding to the processing operation to the access control device and the elevator through the network, the second terminal may stop the call association of the access control device and the elevator.
It is understood that in the embodiment of the present application, the processing operation may include any one of a door opening operation, a listening operation, a talk-back operation, and a hang-up operation.
Step 209, the second terminal responds to the stopping processing information sent by the network side, and stops the call association with the access control equipment and the elevator; the processing operation comprises any one of a door opening operation, a receiving operation, an intercom operation and a hanging-up operation.
In the embodiment of the application, if the first terminal detects the processing operation, after the first terminal sends the processing instruction corresponding to the processing operation to the access control equipment and the elevator through the network side, the second terminal can respond to the stopping processing information sent by the network side to stop the call association with the access control equipment and the elevator; the processing operation comprises any one of a door opening operation, a receiving operation, an intercom operation and a hanging-up operation.
In the embodiment of the present application, after receiving the processing instruction sent by the first terminal, the network side may send the processing stopping information to the second terminal, so as to hang up the call to the second terminal, and stop the call association between the second terminal and the access control device and the elevator.
Illustratively, in an embodiment of the present application, the destination mobile terminals associated with the 2 1 units 1201 are owner a's handset (first terminal) and owner B's handset (second terminal); when the mobile phone of the owner A detects the door opening operation, a door opening command is sent to the access control equipment and the elevator through the capability platform of the network side, the capability platform of the network side can send processing stopping information to the mobile phone of the owner B, and the call to the second terminal is hung up, so that the call association between the second terminal and the access control equipment and the elevator is stopped.
The embodiment of the application provides an access control processing method, wherein after access control equipment triggers a visiting call, a mobile terminal establishes call association with the access control equipment and an elevator through a video conference created by a network side; wherein the mobile terminal is associated with a destination of the visiting call; and if the door opening operation is detected, sending a door opening instruction to the door access equipment and the elevator through the network side.
In another embodiment of the present application, an access control processing method is provided and applied to an elevator, and fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of an implementation flow of the access control processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 9, the access control processing method of an elevator may include the following steps:
step 301, after the access control device triggers the visiting call, establishing call association with the access control device and the mobile terminal through a video conference created by a network side; wherein the mobile terminal is associated with a destination of the visiting call.
In the embodiment of the application, after the elevator triggers the access call, the elevator can establish call association with the access equipment and the mobile terminal through the video conference established by the network side; wherein the mobile terminal is associated with a destination of the visiting call.
Step 302, if a door opening instruction sent by the mobile terminal is received through the network side, enabling a target floor key associated with the mobile terminal.
In the embodiment of the application, after the access control equipment triggers the visiting call, after the elevator establishes call association with the access control equipment and the mobile terminal through the video conference created by the network side, if the elevator receives the door opening instruction sent by the mobile terminal through the network side, a target floor key associated with the mobile terminal is enabled.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the elevator may enable the destination floor key associated with the mobile terminal by resolving the door opening command.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the destination of the visiting call is 2 building 1 units 1201, the mobile terminal associated with the visiting call is a mobile phone of member 1 and a mobile phone of member 2 in 1201, and the destination floor key associated with the mobile terminal is a 12 floor key.
Further, fig. 10 is a schematic diagram of an implementation flow of an access control processing method according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 10, after an elevator triggers a visiting call, and a call association is established between the access control device and a mobile terminal through a video conference created by a network side, that is, after step 301, the method may further include the following steps:
Step 303, if receiving an answer instruction or a talk-back instruction sent by the mobile terminal through the network side, the mobile terminal keeps a waiting response state, and does not enable the target floor key.
In the embodiment of the application, after the elevator triggers the visiting call, after the call association is established between the access control equipment and the mobile terminal through the video conference created by the network side, if the answering instruction or the intercom instruction sent by the mobile terminal is received through the network side, the elevator keeps in a waiting response state, and the target floor key is not enabled.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, after receiving the answer instruction or the talk-back instruction, the access control device may correspondingly switch on the video conference or switch on the talk-back function, and during this period, when the elevator receives the answer instruction or the talk-back instruction, the elevator keeps waiting for the response state until receiving the door opening instruction or the hang-up instruction.
Further, fig. 11 is an eleventh implementation flow chart of the door control processing method according to the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 11, after the elevator triggers a visiting call by the door control device, and establishes a call association with the door control device and the mobile terminal through a video conference created by the network side, that is, after step 301, the method may further include the following steps:
Step 304, if the hang-up instruction sent by the mobile terminal is received through the network side, the destination floor key is not enabled.
In the embodiment of the application, after the elevator triggers the access call, the call association is established between the access call equipment and the mobile terminal through the video conference created by the network side, and if the hang-up instruction sent by the mobile terminal is received through the network side, the target floor key is not enabled.
The embodiment of the application provides an access control processing method, which is characterized in that after an elevator triggers a visiting call, a call association is established between access control equipment and a mobile terminal through a video conference created by a network side; wherein the mobile terminal is associated with a destination of the visiting call; and if the door opening instruction sent by the mobile terminal is received through the network side, enabling a target floor key associated with the mobile terminal.
Based on the above embodiment, for example, in another embodiment of the present application, fig. 12 is a schematic diagram illustrating an implementation of the access control processing method according to the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 12, the access control processing method according to the present application may be implemented based on an access control device, an elevator, a service platform and a capability platform on a network side, and a mobile terminal, where each may implement communication through a core network.
Further, in the embodiment of the application, software capable of serving the access control processing method can be integrated in the access control equipment and the elevator in advance so as to cooperatively realize the access control processing method.
Further, in the embodiment of the present application, the network side may be a server, on which a capability platform and a service platform are deployed; after receiving notification that the intelligent access control service is opened by the cell A through the capability platform, the capability platform starts to receive relevant data corresponding to the intelligent access control service of the cell A, such as account information of the cell A, and the capability platform stores the relevant data corresponding to the intelligent access control service of the cell A into a database.
Further, the equipment association information of the cell A can be received through the service platform, wherein the equipment association information comprises access control equipment and corresponding elevators of each unit building, address information of corresponding owners and mobile phone numbers of associated family members; for example: 2, 1 cell 1201, cell number of member 1: 1871234xxxx, cell phone number of member 2: 1874321xxxx et al; the service platform can store the equipment association information into a database; in addition, a service platform can be utilized to distribute a virtual fixed phone number for each device, and the virtual fixed phone number of the device and a corresponding IMS account number are bound, so that the device can pull the bound virtual fixed phone number from the service platform, and then a PbSIP private protocol based on a transmission control protocol (Transmission Control Protocol, TCP) is adopted to register on the capability platform; furthermore, the service platform can bind each device (such as access control device, elevator and mobile terminal) according to the device association information reported by the device, so that each access control device can call a corresponding mobile phone number (mobile terminal) by responding to the operation of the room number key.
Fig. 13 is a schematic diagram illustrating a second implementation of the door control processing method according to the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 13, an elevator and door control device may upload device address information to a service platform (https: request) through https protocol, where the service platform responds (https: response), and the device address information may be: 2 building 1 unit entrance guard equipment, 2 building 1 unit No. 1 elevator, 2 building 1 unit No. 2 elevator and the like; the elevator and door access device may then register with a capability platform (PbSIP) based on the PbSIP private protocol, which may feed back an unlicensed message (PbSIP) or a registration success message (PbSIP) or the like; further, after receiving the registration request of the device, the capability platform may query the database to obtain the corresponding IMS account, and register the IMS account to the core network (SIP: register) by using a session initiation protocol (Session initialization Protocol, SIP) protocol, and accordingly, the core network may feed back an unlicensed message (SIP: unlicensed) or a registration success message (SIP: 200 OK).
Further, by way of example, fig. 14 is a schematic diagram III of implementation of the door control processing method according to the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 14, where a visitor is in a home: after the entrance guard equipment under the corresponding unit building of the unit 1201 room (the target of visiting call) of the M cell 2 inputs the house number of the owner (1201) and clicks the call button on the entrance guard equipment, the entrance guard equipment firstly initiates an https request for creating a video conference to the capability platform, after the capability platform conference is successfully created, the entrance guard end sends an invite video call signaling request meeting (pbsip: invite/dp), and the capability platform responds to an answer signaling to indicate the meeting success (pbsip: answer/dp) to the entrance guard end, wherein the Real-time transmission protocol (Real-Time Transport Protocol, RTP) provides an end-to-end transmission service with Real-time characteristics for data; at the moment, the visitor at the access control end can hear conference background music (namely ring back tone) played by the capability platform, and waits for operations such as answering a mobile phone call and opening a door of an owner mobile phone end (mobile terminal); then, the ability platform requests the business platform to inquire the corresponding owner mobile phone numbers (such as Zhang three, lifour and the like) and the corresponding elevator virtual numbers according to the owner room numbers, and calls the numbers after receiving the numbers returned by the business platform; the elevator receives a VoLTE audio call (carrying floor information of a user, such as 1201), and in order to avoid affecting a person who is taking the elevator at the moment, the elevator which receives the call does not ring, directly and automatically answers the call, namely enters a video conference (the elevator sends a mute packet to a capability platform and does not play after receiving an audio stream of the capability platform); the owner mobile phone (Zhang III and LiIV) can simultaneously receive the VoLTE video call at the entrance guard end through the core network and ring to remind the owner (sip: invite/dp, sip:100Tring, sip: invite/dp, sip:100 Tring) that the owner finds that the mobile phone has the visitor call.
Further, based on the example of fig. 14, fig. 15 is a schematic diagram showing implementation of the door control processing method according to the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 15, if a homeowner (Zhang three or Liu four) selects a hang-up call (sip: 603), after receiving a hang-up signaling of a mobile phone end through a core network (sip: 603), the capability platform starts a hang-up timer, waits for a period of time (e.g., 10s, time is configurable), and then sends the hang-up signaling to an elevator (pbsip: hangup) and an access control device (pbsip: hangup), and destroys a video conference created before; after the elevator and the entrance guard receive the hang-up signaling, ending the current call (pbsip: ack); the visitor at the access control equipment side does not have perception on the hang-up operation of the owner, the ring back tone is always heard by the visitor before the access control equipment receives the hang-up, the current call is ended after the access control equipment receives the hang-up signaling, the visitor is felt to be no one in the owner's home, and the call overtime causes the hang-up.
Further, as shown in fig. 16, if the owner (e.g. Zhang three) selects a mobile phone to answer an incoming call (sip: 183/dp, sip:200 OK/dp), the capability platform will hang up the incoming call received by the four-in-li mobile phone automatically, the visitor will not feel the answering operation of the owner, and hear the ring back tone, but the owner can hear the sound of the visitor and see the video picture of the visitor through the voice mobile phone terminal, and then the owner can select to press the key 1 on the dial of the mobile phone to implement the intercom function or press the key 2 to implement the door opening operation, for example, the user-defined DTMF key 1 corresponds to the intercom function, the DTMF key 2 corresponds to the door opening function, and if the owner does not want to open the door, the current call can be hung up directly; if the owner selects a key 1 on the mobile phone dial, a DTMF audio signal corresponding to the key 1 is packaged into an audio stream of the current call and is sent to an access control equipment end and an elevator end, the access control equipment end finds out that the analyzed DTMF key information is 1, an intercom function is started, the elevator is in a waiting response state, and the third business claim can talk with the visitor; if the owner does not want to open the door after communication, the owner can hang up the phone directly; if the owner wants to open the door, the key 2 on the mobile phone dial plate can be pressed, after the elevator end analyzes the key 2, the key of the corresponding floor in the elevator is started (for example, the key of the 12 floors is effective after being pressed, the elevator can be lifted to the 12 floors, the keys of other floors are ineffective, and visitors can not go to other floors), the visitor can enter the elevator of the unit building, and the key (for example, 12) of the corresponding floor in the elevator is pressed, and the elevator is taken to the 12 floors, so that the entrance door of the owner is reached; in addition, after the access control equipment analyzes the key 2, a hang-up signaling is actively sent to the capability platform, and after the capability platform receives the hang-up signaling of the access control equipment, the capability platform firstly sends the hang-up signaling to the elevator and then destroys the video conference created before.
In addition, in the above example, the IMS account may support concurrent calls, that is, multiple devices may be simultaneously called by using one IMS account, so that multiple guests do not affect each other when calling different owners through each unit of access control.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present application, fig. 17 is a schematic diagram showing twelve implementation flow charts of the access control processing method according to the embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 17, the access control processing method may include the following steps:
and step 401, after the access control equipment triggers the visiting call, the call association is established between the elevator and the mobile terminal through the video conference created by the network side.
And step 402, if the mobile terminal detects a door opening operation, sending a door opening instruction to the door access equipment and the elevator through the network side.
Step 403, if the access control device receives an opening instruction sent by the mobile terminal through the network side, opening the door.
Step 404, if the elevator receives a door opening instruction sent by the mobile terminal through the network side, enabling a target floor key associated with the mobile terminal.
Further, fig. 18 is a thirteenth implementation flow chart of the door control processing method according to the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 18, after step 401, the method may further include the following steps:
And 405, if the mobile terminal detects the hang-up operation, sending a hang-up instruction to the access control equipment and the elevator through the network side.
Step 406, if the access control device receives the hang-up instruction sent by the mobile terminal through the network side, the access call is terminated, and the door closing state is maintained.
Step 407, if the elevator receives the hang-up instruction sent by the mobile terminal through the network side, the destination floor key is not enabled.
Further, fig. 19 is a schematic diagram fourteen implementation flow charts of an access control processing method according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 19, after step 401, the method may further include the following steps:
step 408, if the mobile terminal detects the answering operation, sending an answering instruction to the access control device through the network side.
And 409, if the access control equipment receives a receiving instruction sent by the mobile terminal through the network side, the video conference is connected.
Step 410, the mobile terminal acquires visiting picture information through the video conference.
Step 411, the mobile terminal sends a door opening instruction or a hang-up instruction to the access control equipment and the elevator through the network.
Further, fig. 20 is a schematic diagram fifteen of an implementation flow chart of an access control processing method according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 20, after step 401, the method may further include the following steps:
And 412, if the mobile terminal detects the talkback operation, sending a talkback instruction to the access control equipment through the network side.
Step 413, if the entrance guard device receives the intercom instruction sent by the mobile terminal through the network side, starting an intercom function.
Step 414, the mobile terminal obtains the audio information through the intercom function.
And 416, the mobile terminal sends a door opening instruction or a hang-up instruction to the access control equipment and the elevator through the network.
Therefore, in the access control processing method, the mobile terminal can be used for processing the visiting call, and compared with the visual terminal installed indoors in the prior art, the access control processing method has higher convenience and can reduce the missing situation; even if the owner forgets to take the access control card, the door can be opened through the personal mobile terminal, and other family members can also be opened through the respective mobile terminals; in addition, the native conversation function of the mobile terminal can realize operations such as intercom, door opening and the like, and audio and video streams are transmitted between the mobile terminal and the access control equipment through a core network and a VoLTE network, so that the method is less in transmission delay, higher in instantaneity and higher in resolution than the audio and video streams of the traditional access control scheme; the intelligence of access control equipment is greatly improved.
After the access control equipment triggers the visiting call, the mobile terminal establishes call association with the access control equipment and the elevator through a video conference created by a network side; wherein the mobile terminal is associated with a destination of the visiting call; and if the door opening operation is detected, sending a door opening instruction to the door access equipment and the elevator through the network side. After the elevator triggers the visiting call, the elevator establishes call association with the entrance guard equipment and the mobile terminal through a video conference created by a network side; wherein the mobile terminal is associated with a destination of the visiting call; and if the door opening instruction sent by the mobile terminal is received through the network side, enabling a target floor key associated with the mobile terminal. Therefore, in the application, when a visitor accesses the elevator, the access control equipment is triggered to access the elevator, and the call association is established with the elevator and the mobile terminal associated with the target to be accessed through the video conference established by the network side, so that the corresponding processing can be carried out on the access call through the mobile terminal, and the problem of missed access of the owner in the existing intelligent access control can be greatly improved; when the mobile terminal detects the door opening operation, a door opening instruction can be sent to the door access device and the elevator through the network side, the door access device performs door opening processing, and meanwhile, the elevator enables the target floor key, so that even if a owner is not at home, the door access device can be opened through the mobile terminal, the target floor key of the elevator is enabled, and the intelligence of the door access device is greatly improved. .
