本发明公开了一种负离子空气净化设备,其包括:净化器外壳一侧安装有入风口,入风口右侧安装有吸风机,吸风机与安装在底座内的伺服电机连接,第一过滤腔内安装有活性炭过滤网,第一过滤腔右侧连接负离子净化腔,负离子净化腔内安装有负离子发生器,负离子发生器与伺服电机连接,负离子发生器上部安装有污染物附着装置,负离子净化腔右侧连接第二过滤腔,第二过滤腔内安装有HEPA过滤器,第二过滤腔右侧连接出风口,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种负离子净化设备,其能够通过内部的过滤腔中的活性炭过滤网、HEPA过滤器、负离子发生器以及紫外线照射器对空气中的有害病毒和细菌进行彻底消除,使周围空气达到无危害的指标。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种净化装置,特别是涉及一种负离子空气净化设备。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人们生活水平的提升,对自身周围环境安全的越发重视,人们了解到空气中含有的有害病毒细菌以及污染物对人体的严重危害,空气净化设备应运而生,传统的净化空气的办法是使用各类食物水果皮对空气中的异味进行吸附冲淡,或者是使用活性炭等有机物质进行空气中污染物的吸附,传统的空气净化方式不仅需要很长时间进行净化,并且对空气中的病毒细菌很难做到彻底净化。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种负离子净化设备,其能够通过吸风机将空气吸入负离子空气净化设备,通过其内部的过滤腔中的活性炭过滤网、HEPA过滤器、负离子发生器以及紫外线照射器对空气中的有害病毒和细菌进行彻底消除,使周围空气达到无危害的指标。
本发明是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题的:
一种负离子空气净化设备,其包括:底座、伺服电机、净化器外壳、入风口、吸风机、第一过滤腔、活性炭过滤网、负离子净化腔、负离子发生器、污染物附着装置、第二过滤腔、HEPA过滤器、出风口、防震脚垫、紫外线照射器和空气质量检测装置,所述底座内安装有伺服电机,所述底座上安装有净化器外壳,所述净化器外壳一侧安装有入风口,所述入风口右侧安装有吸风机,用于将被污染的空气快速吸入负离子空气净化设备内,所述吸风机与安装在底座内的伺服电机连接,所述吸风机右侧连接第一过滤腔,所述第一过滤腔内安装有活性炭过滤网,用于将空气中的各种有机气体以及恶臭气体和重金属气体快速吸附,所述第一过滤腔右侧连接负离子净化腔,所述负离子净化腔内安装有负离子发生器,所述负离子发生器与伺服电机连接,所述负离子发生器上部安装有污染物附着装置,所述负离子净化腔右侧连接第二过滤腔,所述第二过滤腔内安装有HEPA过滤器,用于将残留的病毒细菌快速吸附,使净化后的空气能够更加安全,所述第二过滤腔右侧连接出风口。
优选地,所述底座下方安装有防震脚垫,用于减少空气净化设备工作时产生的震动,达到减少噪音的效果。
优选地,所述负离子净化腔顶端安装有紫外线照射器,在净化空气中的污染物的同时对空气中的病毒细菌进行初步杀灭。
优选地,所述出风口内安装有空气质量检测装置,用于检测净化后的空气质量,同时可以提醒更换过滤芯。
本发明的积极进步效果在于:本发明一种负离子空气净化设备在保证对空气进行彻底净化的前提下,通过吸风机将受污染的空气快速吸入负离子空气净化设备中,通过活性炭过滤网进行第一层过滤,之后空气通过负离子净化腔内的负离子发生器和紫外线照射器将空气中的PM2.5和有害病毒细菌净化,保证空气质量的安全,同时安装在底座的防震脚垫能有效减少负离子空气净化设备工作时产生的噪音。

如图1所示,一种负离子空气净化设备,其包括:底座1内安装有伺服电机2,底座1上安装有净化器外壳3,净化器外壳3一侧安装有入风口4,入风口4右侧安装有吸风机5,用于将被污染的空气快速吸入负离子空气净化设备内,吸风机5与安装在底座1内的伺服电机2连接,吸风机5右侧连接第一过滤腔6,第一过滤腔6内安装有活性炭过滤网7,用于将空气中的各种有机气体以及恶臭气体和重金属气体快速吸附,第一过滤腔6右侧连接负离子净化腔8,负离子净化腔8内安装有负离子发生器9,负离子发生器9与伺服电机2连接,负离子发生器9上部安装有污染物附着装置10,负离子净化腔8右侧连接第二过滤腔11,第二过滤腔11内安装有HEPA过滤器12,用于将残留的病毒细菌快速吸附,使净化后的空气能够更加安全,第二过滤腔11右侧连接出风口13。
底座1下方安装有防震脚垫14,用于减少空气净化设备工作时产生的震动,达到减少噪音的效果。
负离子净化腔8顶端安装有紫外线照射器15,在净化空气中的污染物的同时对空气中的病毒细菌进行初步杀灭。
出风口13内安装有空气质量检测装置16,用于检测净化后的空气质量,同时可以提醒更换过滤芯
本发明的积极进步效果在于:本发明一种负离子空气净化设备在保证对空气进行彻底净化的前提下,通过吸风机将受污染的空气快速吸入负离子空气净化设备中,通过活性炭过滤网进行第一层过滤,之后空气通过负离子净化腔内的负离子发生器和紫外线照射器将空气中的PM2.5和有害病毒细菌净化,保证空气质量的安全,同时安装在底座的防震脚垫能有效减少负离子空气净化设备工作时产生的噪音。

1.一种负离子空气净化设备,其特征在于,其包括:底座、伺服电机、净化器外壳、入风口、吸风机、第一过滤腔、活性炭过滤网、负离子净化腔、负离子发生器、污染物附着装置、第二过滤腔、HEPA过滤器、出风口、防震脚垫、紫外线照射器和空气质量检测装置,所述底座内安装有伺服电机,所述底座上安装有净化器外壳,所述净化器外壳一侧安装有入风口,所述入风口右侧安装有吸风机,所述吸风机与安装在底座内的伺服电机连接,所述吸风机右侧连接第一过滤腔,所述第一过滤腔内安装有活性炭过滤网,所述第一过滤腔右侧连接负离子净化腔,所述负离子净化腔内安装有负离子发生器,所述负离子发生器与伺服电机连接,所述负离子发生器上部安装有污染物附着装置,所述负离子净化腔右侧连接第二过滤腔,所述第二过滤腔内安装有HEPA过滤器,所述第二过滤腔右侧连接出风口。
