技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化设备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种空气净化器。
背景技术
空气净化器又称空气清洁器、空气清新机、净化器,是指能够吸附、分解或转化各种空气污染物(一般包括PM2.5、粉尘、花粉、异味、甲醛之类的装修污染、细菌、过敏原等),有效提高空气清洁度的产品,在居家、医疗、工业领域均有应用。由于相对封闭的空间中空气污染物的释放有持久性和不确定性的特点,因此使用空气净化器净化室内空气是国际公认的改善室内空气质量的方法之一。
近年空气净化器在我国已有良好发展,但现有空气净化器依旧存在较大的局限具体表现为净化效果差,杀菌效果不彻底。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种空气净化器,以解决现有空气净化设备净化效果差的技术问题。本发明提供的诸多技术方案中的优选技术方案所能产生的诸多技术效果详见下文阐述。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了以下技术方案:
本发明提供的空气净化器,包括:机壳、臭氧发生机构、催化板、紫外线发生机构、鼓风机、增压层、臭氧检测机构和控制机构;所述臭氧发生机构、催化板、紫外线发生机构和鼓风机设置在所述机壳内部;所述催化板表面附着有二氧化钛涂层;所述紫外线发生机构产生的紫外线对所述催化板进行照射;所述机壳开设有出风口和入风口,所述增压层与所述出风口密封连接;所述臭氧检测机构用于检测所述机壳外部的臭氧浓度;所述臭氧发生机构和所述臭氧检测机构与所述控制机构电连接。
优选地,所述臭氧发生机构为波长为185nm的紫外光灯管;所述紫外线发生机构为波长为254nm的紫外光灯管。
优选地,所述催化板为表面烧结有二氧化钛涂层的蜂窝陶瓷板。
优选地,所述入风口设置在所述机壳的底部,所述出风口设置在所述机壳的顶部;所述鼓风机、臭氧发生机构、催化板、紫外线发生机构在所述机壳内部由下至上依次设置。
优选地,所述催化板和紫外线发生机构至少有两组叠层设置在所述机壳内部。
优选地,所述增压层为海绵。
优选地,所述出风口处还设置有臭氧清除机构。

本发明提供的空气净化器,具备臭氧发生机构、附着有二氧化钛涂层的催化板、紫外线发生机构、臭氧检测机构和控制机构;能够通过智能调控臭氧、光催化两种手段使得空气净化效果更佳;此外还设置有鼓风机和增压层,能够增强机壳内部污染物的体积浓度,进一步强化净化效果。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明的技术方案进行详细的描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所得到的所有其它实施方式,都属于本发明所保护的范围。
如图1-3所示,本发明提供了一种空气净化器,包括:机壳1、臭氧发生机构2、催化板3、紫外线发生机构4、鼓风机5、增压层6、臭氧检测机构7和控制机构;臭氧发生机构2、催化板3、紫外线发生机构4和鼓风机5设置在机壳1内部;催化板3表面附着有二氧化钛涂层;紫外线发生机构4产生的紫外线对催化板3进行照射;机壳1开设有出风口和入风口,增压层6与出风口密封连接;臭氧检测机构7设置在机壳1内部,机壳与臭氧检测机构7的连接处开设有通孔,臭氧检测机构7用于检测机壳1外部的臭氧浓度;臭氧发生机构2和臭氧检测机构7与控制机构电连接。
作为本发明一种可选地实施方式,臭氧发生机构2为波长为185nm的紫外光灯管;紫外线发生机构4为波长为254nm的紫外光灯管;波长为185nm的紫外光灯管仅有一根,其余均为波长为254nm的紫外光灯管。
作为本发明一种可选地实施方式,催化板3为表面烧结有二氧化钛涂层的蜂窝陶瓷板,蜂窝陶瓷板具有繁多的孔洞,把二氧化钛烧结在蜂窝陶瓷板能够增大二氧化钛与空气的接触面积增强二氧化钛对空气中污染物的氧化分解效果。
作为本发明一种可选地实施方式,入风口设置在机壳1的底部,出风口设置在机壳1的顶部;鼓风机5、臭氧发生机构2、催化板3、紫外线发生机构4在机壳1内部由下至上依次设置。相较于由机壳1内部向外抽气的方式,把鼓风机5设置在机壳1的进风口向机壳1内部吹风的动力更足,提升壳体内部空气压力的效果更佳。鼓风机5将臭氧发生机构2产生的臭氧和不清洁的空气一同吹向被紫外线照射的催化版,在此过程中有三种氧化分解反应发生:一、臭氧自身具备氧化性,对空气中污染物进行氧化分解;二、紫外线照射具备二氧化钛涂层的催化板3,形成对污染物的光催化;三、二氧化钛能够把臭氧分解成氧原子和氧分子,其中氧原子能够对空气中的污染物进行氧化分解;三种氧化形式能够对空气中甲醛、VOC、细菌、病毒等污染物起到良好的净化作用,其中以第二种紫外线光照射二氧化钛的催化反应为主要清洁手段。
作为本发明一种可选地实施方式,催化板3和紫外线发生机构4至少有两组叠层设置在机壳1内部;可选用六组进行生产,通过各组逐级氧化能够对空气中污染物净化得更加彻底。催化板3采用边长为250mm,厚度为10-12mm的正方形板材,紫外线发生机构4的长度为250mm与催化板3表面的距离为25mm。
作为本发明一种可选地实施方式,增压层6可采用密度为40ppi、厚度为10-12mm的可防柴外光的海棉,同时催化板3可采用密度为20ppi、厚度为10-12mm的蜂窝陶瓷板,蜂窝陶瓷板周边与壳体密封连接增强机壳1内空气流通的阻力,进而增大机壳1内的压强;通过增大机壳1内空压强能够增大污染物的体积浓度提高空气净化器的氧化效率,采用这种增压的手段较常压状态下能够提升空气净化器10%的净化效率。
作为本发明一种可选地实施方式,催化板3与机壳1之间通过连接装置实现可拆卸连接。连接装置包括四根树立在机壳1四边的带有螺纹的立柱和螺母,催化板3的四角开设有与立柱相匹配的通孔,螺母设置在催化板3上下两侧用于限制催化板3与立柱的相对位置关系,通过螺母的限位催化板3的垂直高度可调。
作为本发明一种可选地实施方式,催化板3与机壳1之间通过连接装置实现可拆卸连接。连接装置包括水平设置在机壳1内部的多条滑槽和设置在催化板3边沿的滑块,催化板3能够通过插接的方式固定在机壳1内部,且催化板3的垂直位置可调。机壳1采用铝材或不锈钢制造,能够有效防止紫外线溢出,在机壳1的外部还设置有塑料材质的外包壳用于提升本发明的外观效果和防磕碰性能。
作为本发明一种可选地实施方式,出风口处还设置有臭氧清除机构9,能够有效减少臭氧发生机构2产生的臭氧溢出对空气造成污染。
作为本发明一种可选地实施方式,臭氧清除机构9通过活性炭粉和二氧化锰粉的混合物清除臭氧,活性炭粉与二氧化锰粉的质量比为3:2。
作为本发明一种可选地实施方式,空气净化器处还设置有与控制机构电连接的污染物检测机构8,污染物检测机构8用于检测机壳1外部的空气状态,污染物检测机构8为甲醛探测传感器;当检测到空气中的甲醛含量达到0.15mg/m3时,控制机构发出指令使臭氧发生机构2开始工作。臭氧发生机构2产生臭氧能够增强装置自身的氧化性能,当空气中污染物减少,臭氧发生器产生的臭氧过剩时,臭氧检测机构7会检测到空气中臭氧含量达到0.1ppm,此时控制机构发出指令使臭氧发生机构2停止工作。当污染物检测机构8检测到空气中各污染物达到标准后,控制机构发出指令使紫外线发生机构4、臭氧发生机构2和鼓风机5停止工作。
作为本发明一种可选地实施方式,机壳1内部表面光滑,能够反射紫外线发生机构4产生的紫外线,增强壳体内部的紫外线光照强度,利于二氧化钛光催化的进行。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (10)
1.一种空气净化器,其特征在于,包括:机壳(1)、臭氧发生机构(2)、催化板(3)、紫外线发生机构(4)、鼓风机(5)、增压层(6)、臭氧检测机构(7)和控制机构;
所述臭氧发生机构(2)、催化板(3)、紫外线发生机构(4)和鼓风机(5)设置在所述机壳(1)内部;
所述催化板(3)表面附着有二氧化钛涂层;所述紫外线发生机构(4)产生的紫外线对所述催化板(3)进行照射;
所述机壳(1)开设有出风口和入风口,所述增压层(6)与所述出风口密封连接;
所述臭氧检测机构(7)用于检测所述机壳(1)外部的臭氧浓度;所述臭氧发生机构(2)和所述臭氧检测机构(7)与所述控制机构电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述臭氧发生机构(2)为波长为185nm的紫外光灯管;所述紫外线发生机构(4)为波长为254nm的紫外光灯管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述催化板(3)为表面烧结有二氧化钛涂层的蜂窝陶瓷板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述入风口设置在所述机壳(1)的底部,所述出风口设置在所述机壳(1)的顶部;所述鼓风机(5)、臭氧发生机构(2)、催化板(3)、紫外线发生机构(4)在所述机壳(1)内部由下至上依次设置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述催化板(3)和紫外线发生机构(4)至少有两组叠层设置在所述机壳(1)内部。
6.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述增压层(6)为海绵。
7.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述出风口处还设置有臭氧清除机构(9)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述臭氧清除机构(9)通过活性炭粉和二氧化锰粉的混合物清除臭氧。
9.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述空气净化器还设置有与所述控制机构电连接的污染物检测机构(8)。
10.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述机壳(1)内部表面光滑,能够反射所述紫外线发生机构(4)产生的紫外线。
