Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of bridges and buildings, in particular to a bridge rapid replacement support and a bridge rapid replacement method of the bridge support.
Background
The bridge support is a key structural component for connecting a beam body and a pier in bridge construction, and has the functions of supporting a structure and adapting to the movement of the structure caused by expansion and contraction, load, vibration and the like through the deformation or movement of the component of the support, and the load of the beam body is transmitted to the pier in a homeopathic and safe way, so that the actual stress condition of the bridge is consistent with a calculated theoretical drawing. But the support is used as a connecting body for supporting the bridge and is used for supporting the load transmitted by the beam body for a long time, so that accidents such as cracking, local concrete damage and the like are very easy to occur, and meanwhile, the support is damaged due to the occurrence of disastrous accidents such as earthquake and the like, so that the normal use of the bridge is maintained, the driving safety is ensured, and the damaged support is required to be replaced. But the construction difficulty is big when current support structure is changed, wastes time and energy.
The existing bridge supports generally adopt the following two structures. One of the problems is a sleeve and anchor bolt structure, such as the fact that the sleeve and anchor bolt are connected with the structure, the bolt is easy to rust and cannot be taken out after a long time, and the problem that the hole position of the bolt is difficult to center after the support is replaced due to space limitation exists; the other is that the structure of the anchor rod and the anchor bolt is adopted, the form of the anchor rod and the anchor bolt has the defects that the jacking travel requirement is large when the support is replaced, the structure is easy to generate secondary internal force damage, and the support cannot be in place after being replaced.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a bridge rapid replacement support, which solves the problem that the existing support is not easy to replace; meanwhile, a quick replacement method of the bridge support is provided.
The invention solves the problems by adopting the following technical scheme:

In the prior art, the bridge supports are anchored and limited in the vertical direction, as described in the background art, if the mode of connecting the sleeve and the anchor bolt with the structure is adopted, the bolts are easy to rust and cannot be taken out after a long time, and the defects of difficult centering of bolt hole sites after the support is replaced due to space limitation exist; if the structure of the anchor rod and the anchor bolt is adopted, the lifting stroke requirement is high when the support is replaced in the form of the anchor rod and the anchor bolt, because the anchor rod is arranged in the vertical direction, the distance required to be lifted is the length distance of the anchor rod in the vertical direction, the secondary internal force damage to the structure is easy to occur due to the distance required to lift, and the support cannot be in place after being replaced is insufficient.
By adopting the scheme of the invention, the limiting piece is changed from the vertical direction to the horizontal direction, when the support is replaced, after the limiting piece arranged in the horizontal direction is taken out, the support body is not stressed any more, the support body can be pulled out along the horizontal direction only by lifting a small distance, and meanwhile, a new support body is replaced, compared with the length distance required to be lifted in the prior art, the lifting distance is obviously reduced, the construction is more convenient and easy, and meanwhile, the influence or damage to the bridge structure is obviously reduced.
The limiting piece is arranged in a plurality of horizontal directions, and further, the mounting modes of the limiting piece and the fixing piece are limited, fixing piece assembly holes are formed in the upper guide plate and/or the lower guide plate, one end of the fixing piece penetrates through the fixing piece assembly holes, and a first limiting hole or an opening in the horizontal direction is formed in one end of the fixing piece penetrating through the fixing piece assembly holes; the upper guide plate or the lower guide plate is provided with a second limiting hole or an opening matched with the first limiting hole or the opening along the horizontal direction; the limiting piece penetrates through the first limiting hole or opening and the second limiting hole or opening in the horizontal direction to fixedly connect the upper guide plate and/or the lower guide plate with the support body.
Further, the limiting piece and the fixing piece can be matched with the support body, the support body comprises an upper support plate and a lower support plate, fixing piece assembly holes are formed in the upper support plate and/or the lower support plate, one end of the fixing piece penetrates through the fixing piece assembly holes, and a first limiting hole or an opening in the horizontal direction is formed in one end of the fixing piece penetrating through the fixing piece assembly holes; the upper support plate or the lower support plate is provided with a second limiting hole or an opening matched with the first limiting hole or the opening along the horizontal direction; the limiting piece penetrates through the first limiting hole or opening and the second limiting hole or opening in the horizontal direction to fixedly connect the upper guide plate and/or the lower guide plate with the support body.
The shape of the fixing piece assembly holes is different, and further, the fixing piece assembly holes are U-shaped holes. It should be noted that, the mounting hole of the fixing element may be made into a suitable shape according to the bridge or the design requirement.
Further, when the U-shaped holes are adopted in the fixing piece assembly holes arranged on the guide plates, the directions of the U-shaped holes on the upper guide plates and the lower guide plates are the same; when the U-shaped holes are adopted in the fixing piece assembly holes arranged on the support plate, the directions of the U-shaped holes on the upper support plate and the lower support plate are the same.
According to the difference of bridge structure, the mounting is also different, and further, when the pre-buried anchor sleeve's of bridge floor or pier condition, the mounting adopts the anchor sleeve, and the anchor sleeve end is equipped with first spacing hole or the opening along the horizontal direction, and the anchor sleeve end passes the mounting pilot hole that sets up on deflector and/or the saddle board, is equipped with the spacing hole of second on deflector or the limiting plate, and the locating part passes first spacing hole and the spacing hole of second and is fixed deflector and saddle body coupling. When the bridge deck or the bridge pier does not have the condition of the embedded anchor sleeve, the fixing piece adopts an independent fixing stop block, a first limiting hole or an opening along the horizontal direction is formed in the fixing stop block, the fixing stop block penetrates through the fixing piece assembly hole formed in the guide plate and/or the support plate, a second limiting hole is formed in the guide plate or the limiting plate, and the limiting piece penetrates through the first limiting hole and the second limiting hole to fixedly connect the guide plate with the support body.
Further, the limiting piece can be a non-threaded limiting piece. The prior art adopts bolts, studs and the like as limiting parts, the outer surfaces of the bolts and the studs are provided with thread structures, the problems of rust corrosion of the thread structures are faced when the bolts and the studs are used for a long time, the bolts and the studs are difficult to replace, the threaded limiting parts are adopted in the scheme, the problem of rust corrosion of threads does not exist, and the replacement is more convenient. The thread-free limiting piece comprises a limiting pin shaft, a limiting plate and the like.
Further, the limiting piece can also adopt a limiting bolt and the like. Of course, the limiting piece can be made into other shapes according to the requirements of the bridge or the design.
Further, the direction along the horizontal direction is parallel or nearly parallel to the upper guide plate or the lower guide plate, so that when the support is replaced, the limiting piece is taken out along the direction approaching to the guide plate, and the jacking distance can be effectively reduced.
As a preferable aspect of the above-described aspect, four corners of the upper and/or lower support plates and/or upper and/or lower guide plates may be provided with fastener fitting holes.
Preferably, the support body is a spherical support or a basin-type support. The support body adopts current support can, can be the same with current ordinary support.
As a preferable mode of the scheme, the fixing piece assembly holes can be arranged on the upper support plate and/or the lower support plate and/or the upper guide plate and/or the lower guide plate body, or arranged on a baffle plate fixedly connected with or welded or fixed with the upper support plate and/or the lower support plate and/or the upper guide plate and/or the lower guide plate. The principle of the scheme is that the vertical setting constructed by principle limiting is modified into horizontal setting, so that the horizontal setting mode has various types, various openings and mounting holes of the vertical setting can be formed on the support plate and/or the guide plate body, and the vertical setting can also be formed on a baffle plate or a connecting piece which is welded, fixedly connected or fixedly integrated with the support plate and/or the guide plate body, so long as the thought of the scheme of the invention can be realized.
The quick replacement method of the bridge support comprises the following steps:
1) Installing a counterforce device at the position where the support needs to be replaced;
2) Taking out a limiting piece of the bridge support along the horizontal direction and a top beam along the horizontal direction;
3) Pulling out the support needing to be replaced;
4) Placing a new support and jacking into position;
5) And (5) falling the beam and installing a limiting piece.
Compared with the existing method, the lifting distance of the top beam is more convenient and easier in construction, and the influence or damage to the bridge structure is smaller.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) According to the scheme, the limit structure is changed from the vertical direction to the horizontal direction, when the support is replaced, the lifting distance is limited by the thickness distance of the limit structure, compared with the lifting length distance in the prior art, the lifting distance is obviously reduced, the construction is more convenient and easy, and meanwhile, the influence or damage to the bridge structure is obviously reduced.
(2) The limiting part comprises a non-threaded limiting part (limiting part), bolts, studs and the like adopted in the prior art are used as the limiting part, the outer surfaces of the limiting part are provided with the threaded structures, the problem of corrosion of the threaded structures is faced in long-term use, and the problem of corrosion of the threads is solved, the non-threaded limiting part is adopted in the scheme, the problem of corrosion of the threads is solved, the replacement is more convenient, the difficulty in taking out the traditional anchor bolts due to long-time corrosion and the difficulty in centering holes after the support is replaced are avoided, the jacking stroke in the support replacement process is greatly reduced, and the adverse effect on the structure is avoided.
(3) Compared with the existing method of lifting the construction length distance of limited purchase, the method has the advantages that the lifting distance is obviously reduced, the construction is more convenient and easy, and meanwhile, the influence or damage to the bridge structure is obviously reduced.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples and drawings, but embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
Example 1:
as shown in fig. 1, the bridge quick-change support of this embodiment includes an upper guide plate 1, a lower guide plate 2, a support body 3, a fixing member 4, a limiting member 5, an upper support plate 6, and a lower support plate 7. The upper support plate 6 and the lower support plate 7 are horizontally provided with fixing piece assembly holes, in this embodiment, the fixing piece assembly holes adopt U-shaped holes, the fixing piece 4 adopts anchor bolts embedded in bridge decks and piers, one end of each anchor bolt of each bridge deck is embedded in bridge deck concrete, the other end of each anchor bolt is provided with a first limiting hole or an opening along the horizontal direction, and one end of each anchor bolt provided with each first limiting hole or opening vertically penetrates through the U-shaped hole after penetrating through the upper guide plate 1; the locating piece of this embodiment adopts the locating pin, is equipped with second spacing hole or opening on upper bracket board 6 and the lower bracket board 7, and after the anchor bolt passed the U-shaped hole, the locating pin was along the horizontal direction to pass first spacing hole and opening, second spacing hole or opening along the direction perpendicular with the U-shaped groove central line, be connected fixed with upper deflector 1 and upper bracket board 6, and be connected fixedly with lower deflector 2 and lower bracket board 7.
The principle of this embodiment is: when the support needs to be replaced, the fixing piece 4 is kept still, and the original support body 3 can be pulled out along the horizontal direction and in the direction opposite to the opening direction of the U-shaped hole only by taking out the limiting piece 5 along the horizontal direction; when a new support is installed, the fixing piece 4 still keeps still, the new support body 3 is pushed in along the horizontal direction, the fixing piece 4 enters from the opening of the U-shaped hole and is inserted into the U-shaped hole, and then the limiting piece 5 is inserted along the horizontal direction to be fixed. The whole replacement process is that the fixing piece 4 and the limiting piece 5 do not need to vertically move, so that the jacking distance only needs to meet the requirement that a slight gap exists between the support, the bridge deck and the bridge pier, the support, the bridge deck and the bridge pier are prevented from being close together, the support is prevented from being dragged in and out due to overlarge friction, and the jacking distance is minimum.
The preferred embodiment of this embodiment is that 4U-shaped holes are formed in 4 corners of the upper support plate 6, 4U-shaped holes are formed in 4 corners of the lower support plate 7, and the directions of the holes of the 8U-shaped holes are the same, so that the connection firmness and stability between the guide plate and the support plate can be further enhanced.
The embodiment adopts the form of an anchoring sleeve and a limiting pin, and the U-shaped holes are formed in the upper support plate and the lower support plate, and the limiting pin is inserted into the open anchoring sleeve through the U-shaped holes, so that the anchoring of the support is realized. Therefore, the difficulty that the traditional anchor bolt is difficult to take out due to long-time corrosion and the difficulty that the hole site is difficult to center after the support is replaced is avoided, the jacking stroke in the support replacing process can be greatly reduced, and adverse effects on the structure are avoided.
Example 2:
as shown in fig. 2, this embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that the fixing member fitting holes are provided on the upper guide plate 1 and the lower guide plate 2, and the fixing member 4 adopts an independent positioning stopper.
In the same way as in the embodiment 1, when a new support needs to be replaced, the original support body 3 can be pulled out along the horizontal direction only by taking out the limiting piece 5 along the horizontal direction and then taking out the fixing piece 4 along the horizontal direction; when a new support is installed, after the new support body 3 is pushed in along the horizontal direction, the fixing piece 4 is put in along the horizontal direction, and then the limiting piece 5 is inserted in the horizontal direction for fixing. The whole replacement process is that the fixing piece 4 and the limiting piece 5 do not need to vertically move, so that the jacking distance only needs to meet the requirement that a slight gap exists between the support, the bridge deck and the bridge pier, the support, the bridge deck and the bridge pier are prevented from being close together, the support is prevented from being dragged in and out due to overlarge friction, and the jacking distance is minimum.
Embodiment 3 As shown in fig. 3, the difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that the fixing member 4 adopts an independent stopper, and the limiting member 5 adopts a limiting bolt.
In the same way as in the embodiment 1, when a new support needs to be replaced, the original support body 3 can be pulled out along the horizontal direction only by taking out the limiting piece 5 along the horizontal direction and then taking out the fixing piece 4 along the horizontal direction; when a new support is installed, after the new support body 3 is pushed in along the horizontal direction, the fixing piece 4 is put in along the horizontal direction, and then the limiting piece 5 is inserted in the horizontal direction for fixing. The whole replacement process is that the fixing piece 4 and the limiting piece 5 do not need to vertically move, so that the jacking distance only needs to meet the requirement that a slight gap exists between the support, the bridge deck and the bridge pier, the support, the bridge deck and the bridge pier are prevented from being close together, the support is prevented from being dragged in and out due to overlarge friction, and the jacking distance is minimum.
In the above 3 embodiments, various openings and mounting holes may be provided on the support plate and/or the guide plate body, or may be provided on a baffle plate or a connector integrally welded, fixedly connected, or fastened to the support plate and/or the guide plate body, so long as the concept of the present invention can be implemented.
It should be noted that, in the above 3 embodiments, the limiting member in this embodiment may be disposed in the same direction as the direction of the bridge pavement, or may be disposed in a direction perpendicular to the direction of the bridge pavement, or may be disposed in other directions according to the actual situation of the bridge, so long as it is convenient to take out and penetrate into the mounting support when replacing the support.
Example 4:
the quick replacement method of the bridge support comprises the following steps:
1) Installing a counterforce device at the position where the support needs to be replaced;
2) Taking out a limiting piece of the bridge support along the horizontal direction and a top beam along the horizontal direction;
3) Pulling out the support needing to be replaced;
4) Placing a new support and jacking into position;
5) And (5) falling the beam and installing a limiting piece.
Compared with the lifting limit purchase construction length distance of the existing method, the lifting distance is obviously reduced, the lifting distance is more convenient and easier in construction, and meanwhile, the influence or damage to the bridge structure is obviously reduced.
