The coal reserves in China are quite rich, the coal reserves are mainly concentrated in regions such as Shanxi, shanxi and inner Mongolia, the key indexes such as water content, ash content, sulfur content and heat value of the coal in each region are greatly different, and the purchase prices of the coal are also greatly different. For mixing, at present, two modes are mainly adopted in a port, namely, 2 bucket-wheel reclaimers are adopted to respectively take bulk cargoes (coal or iron ore) of different varieties, and the bulk cargoes are collected to a lower belt conveyor to realize mixing; in the second mode, the silos are adopted, bulk cargos of different varieties are taken by a storage yard bucket-wheel reclaimer, transported into the silos by a belt conveyor, the bulk cargos of different varieties are stored in the different silos, and then discharged from the silos to a lower belt conveyor for aggregation, so that mixing is realized.
For the first mode, the mixing function is simple, the overall manufacturing cost is low, but because the fluctuation of the weight of each bucket of the bucket-wheel reclaimer is very large in the reclaiming process, the fluctuation reaches about 5-10%, the mixing precision of bulk cargos of different varieties is low, only coarse mixing can be achieved, and the quality control requirements of a power plant and a steel mill after mixing are difficult to meet.
For the second mode, the silo is used for discharging, so that the discharge flow is controllable, the mixing precision is high, the quality control requirement of a power plant and a steel mill after mixing can be met by about 0.5-1%, but because the silo is independently built, and facilities such as electric control, water supply and drainage, fire control and dust removal are also needed, the overall cost is high, and the popularization and the use of the mode in the industry are also influenced.

referring to fig. 1 to 4, during blending operation, 2 bucket wheel reclaimers 301 and 302 positioned on the same group of tracks 16 are respectively positioned at different types of bulk cargos 201 and 202 piled up on the ground 1, each bucket wheel reclaimer 301 and 302 is used for digging up the bulk cargos 2 through a bucket wheel 3, unloading the bulk cargos 2 into a cantilever belt conveyor 4, transferring the bulk cargos to a first head hopper 6 through the cantilever belt conveyor 4, unloading the bulk cargos into an upper buffer hopper 7 and a lower buffer hopper 8, realizing temporary storage of the bulk cargos 2 through the buffer hoppers, adjusting the discharging size of the bulk cargos 2 in the lower buffer hopper 8 through the opening size of an electric gate 9, then uniformly unloading the bulk cargos 2 from the original bucket wheels 3 into a weighing feeder 11 below through the vibrating feeder 10, accurately weighing the bulk cargos 2 through the weighing feeder 11, and if the weighing exceeds the standard, adjusting the electric gate 9, and reducing the frequency of the vibrating feeder 10 so that the flow of the bulk cargos 2 passing through is reduced; if the weighing is insufficient, the electric gate 9 is adjusted to be large, and the frequency of the vibration feeder 10 is adjusted to be high, so that the flow rate passing through the bulk 2 is increased; after accurate weighing of the bulk cargo 2 is realized through a closed-loop flow regulation system formed by the electric gate 9, the vibration feeder 10 and the weighing feeder 11, the bulk cargo 2 is transferred to the second head hopper 12 and then is transferred into the guide chute 13 below through the second head hopper 12, and is sent to the storage belt conveyor 14 of the same path for summarizing; because the closed-loop flow regulating systems formed by the electric gate 9, the vibration feeder 10 and the weighing feeder 11 are arranged in the 2 bucket-wheel reclaimers 301 and 302, parameters such as the size of the electric gate 9 and the frequency of the vibration feeder 10 are set according to the proportioning requirements for 2 different varieties of bulk cargos 201 and 202, so that the 2 different varieties of bulk cargos 201 and 202 are accurately fed according to the proportioning requirements, the accurate and controllable flow is ensured, and finally the bulk cargos are summarized to the storage yard belt conveyor 14 on the same path, and the high-precision mixing is realized.
