Abstract
The invention discloses an engine cover touch switch device which comprises a limiting block baffle fixed on an engine cover, a fixed support assembly fixed on a vehicle body, a touch switch arranged in a vertical mounting hole of the fixed support assembly, and a movable buffering limiting block penetrating through a horizontal mounting hole of the fixed support assembly, wherein a spring is sleeved on a screw rod between a buffering block of the buffering limiting block and the fixed support assembly, the end part of the screw rod is fixedly provided with a switch baffle, when the engine cover is closed, the spring is in a compressed state, the switch baffle is separated from the touch switch, a turnover circuit is in an off state, and when the engine cover is opened, the buffering limiting block drives the touch switch to be in contact with the switch baffle under the thrust of the spring, and the turnover circuit is in an on state. The engine cover touch switch device effectively solves the problems that the engine cover is damaged due to the fact that the engine cover is turned over to turn over the cab under the closing state of the engine cover. Technical Field

Background
Most existing heavy truck models adopt a flat-head cab, and the cab needs to be turned over during engine overhaul.
