本发明属于医疗卫生用品技术领域,涉及一种新型创可贴,液体吸收能力强,使用后可以生物降解。主要提供一种透气性良好,同时液体吸收能力强,使用后完全生物降解的新型医用敷料材料,可用于制备创可贴等产品。本发明采用的完全生物降解材料是一种聚碳酸亚丙酯和聚羟基丁酸‑戊酸酯的共混物,聚碳酸亚丙酯的玻璃化温度与人体体温接近,使用过程更加舒适,聚羟基丁酸‑戊酸酯利用其结晶度高的特点,增加薄膜的强度,做为新型创可贴的外层。内层为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮材料,具有解毒、止血、提高溶解浓度、防止粘连等作用。

一种新型创可贴
技术领域
本发明属于医疗卫生用品技术领域,涉及一种新型创可贴,液体吸收能力强,使用后可以生物降解。
背景技术
传统的创可贴主要用于急性小伤口的止血、消炎,尤其适用于切口整齐、清洁、浅表的,无需进行缝合的割伤、划伤或刺伤等伤口。由于携带方便,使用便利,自发明以来一直受到广大消费者的青睐,是医院、诊所、家庭急救必备的卫生材料。目前,创可贴的种类众多,功能也各有侧重点。本发明是与传统创可贴对比,采用新材料和新工艺发明的一种新型创可贴,选用生物降解材料,材料本身具有完全的生物相容性,通过静电纺丝技术获得的纳米级多孔膜,透气性优良,同时拥有更佳的吸收液体的能力。产品在使用废弃后在2-3月内,可完全生物降解。近几年静电纺丝的工业化技术在快速发展,如通过设计多针头静电纺和无针头静电纺装置,在静电纺丝的产率方面都有了很大的提高,相信随着静电纺丝的工业化,产品的价格会大幅降低。
发明内容
本发明主要提供一种透气性良好,同时液体吸收能力强,使用后完全生物降解的新型医用敷料材料,可用于制备创可贴等产品。本发明采用的完全生物降解材料是一种聚碳酸亚丙酯和聚羟基丁酸-戊酸酯的共混物,聚碳酸亚丙酯的玻璃化温度与人体体温接近,使用过程更加舒适,聚羟基丁酸-戊酸酯利用其结晶度高的特点,增加薄膜的强度,其中聚碳酸亚丙酯占重量份的60—90%,聚羟基丁酸-戊酸酯占重量份的10—40%,通过改变共混物的配比,调整产品的强度和降解时间,采用静电纺丝技术制备纳米级多孔膜,做为新型创可贴的外层。内层为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮材料,选用的分子量为3-6万,优选聚维酮K30,具有解毒、止血、提高溶解浓度、防止粘连等作用。利用其水溶性和生物相容性,提高创可贴的液体吸收能力。在外层的边缘靠近皮肤侧涂覆传统粘接材料采用医用纯天然马来胶、无毒丙烯酸涂层、医用无毒水乳胶、医用无毒溶剂胶等,用于与皮肤结合,本部分不在发明保护范围。
具体实施方式:
实施例1
选取6g的医用级聚碳酸亚丙酯和4g的医用级聚羟基丁酸-戊酸酯,用乙酸乙酯进行溶解,通过搅拌形成20%浓度的溶液。在室温状态下,通过静电纺丝设备,形成0.3mm的薄膜,孔隙率达到85%。将该薄膜与聚维酮K30的水溶液,使用涂覆设备复合在一起,涂层厚度为0.05mm。将此做为基材制备新型创可贴。
实施例2
选取5g的医用级聚碳酸亚丙酯和5g的医用级聚羟基丁酸-戊酸酯,用乙酸乙酯进行溶解,通过搅拌形成15%浓度的溶液。在室温状态下,通过静电纺丝设备,形成0.3mm的薄膜,孔隙率达到80%。将该薄膜与聚维酮K30的水溶液,使用涂覆设备复合在一起,涂层厚度为0.05mm。将此做为基材制备新型创可贴。

Claims (4)

1.一种新型的采用双层结构的创可贴其特征在于,所述创可贴外层为由聚碳酸亚丙酯和聚羟基丁酸-戊酸酯共混成薄膜构成,其中聚碳酸亚丙酯占重量份的60—90%,聚羟基丁酸-戊酸酯占重量份的10—40%,内层为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮材料制成的薄膜。
2.按照权利要求1所述的创可贴,其特征在于:所述的共混物通过静电纺丝的方式制备成薄膜。
3.按照权利要求1所述的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮材料的分子量3-6万之间。
4.按照权利要求2所述的由共混物制备出的薄膜,其特征在于:薄膜的孔隙率达到70%以上。
