Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electronic equipment, in particular to a filter protection device which can enable a filter to work at a constant temperature and has good sealing performance.
Background
The filter is a filter circuit consisting of a capacitor, an inductor and a resistor; the filter can effectively filter the frequency point of the specific frequency in the circuit or the frequencies except the frequency point to obtain a power supply signal of the specific frequency or eliminate the power supply signal of the specific frequency.
Because the filter generates certain heat in the running process, if the temperature is not lowered and the heat is dissipated in time, the sensitivity of the filter is interfered, and the service lives of the shell and the internal components of the filter are shortened; in addition, the filter can work continuously in a short time under the condition of large temperature difference, and the sensitivity of the filter is also interfered, so that the working requirement can not be met. Therefore, it is imperative to design a filter protection device that can make the filter work at a constant temperature and has good sealing performance to meet the needs of users.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a filter protection device which can enable a filter to work at a constant temperature and has good sealing property, and aims to overcome the problems that the service life of internal components is influenced due to poor heat dissipation and poor sealing property of a traditional filter shell in the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a filter protection device comprises a shell, an upper cover, a plurality of first supporting rods and a plurality of second supporting rods, fixing pieces, a heat conduction pipe and a cold air pipe, a temperature detector and a flow adjusting device, wherein the first supporting rods and the second supporting rods are arranged in the shell; casing both sides bottom all is equipped with a plurality of louvre, covers on and is equipped with two inserted blocks, all is equipped with on each fixed plate with inserted sheet matched with jack, thermodetector and flow regulation device connect, thermodetector is fixed in on the heat pipe extends to the outer tip of casing.
In the invention, the first support rod and the second support rod play a role in supporting internal electronic components, and the temperature detector and the flow regulating device are used for regulating the working environment temperature of the electronic components in the filter and ensuring that the sensitivity of the filter is not interfered. The invention has the characteristics of enabling the filter to work at constant temperature and having good sealing performance.
Preferably, the temperature detector comprises a temperature sensing copper ring and an elliptical elastic ball, the temperature sensing copper ring comprises an upper semicircular copper sheet and a lower semicircular copper sheet connected with the elliptical elastic ball, a plurality of spiral temperature sensing copper wires capable of stretching up and down are arranged in the elliptical elastic ball, the lower portion of the elliptical elastic ball is connected with one end of the lever, and the upper semicircular copper sheet and the lower semicircular copper sheet are fixedly wrapped on the heat conduction pipe through pins.
Preferably, the flow regulating device comprises a tightener, a fixed cross rod arranged at the upper end of the tightener, a hollow control box arranged at the lower end of the tightener, an opening at the upper end of the control box, and a control rod arranged at the lower end of the tightener and capable of moving up and down along the upper end of the control box; the control box is provided with an elliptical control sheet connected with the control rod inside, the control box is positioned on the cold air pipe, the control sheet can be inserted into the cold air pipe, and the fixed cross rod is connected with the other end of the lever.
Preferably, the tightener comprises an upper connecting rod, a lower connecting rod and a connecting sleeve, wherein the connecting sleeve is respectively in threaded connection with the upper connecting rod and the lower connecting rod.
Preferably, each first supporting rod and each second supporting rod are distributed in a grid shape in a crossed mode. First branch and second branch have constituted a latticed support for support inside electronic components and keep apart inside electronic components and the effect of casing bottom surface direct contact, strengthen the radiating effect.
As preferred, all be equipped with the card hole on every inserted block, all be equipped with on the casing one side surface that each stationary blade was located with calorie hole matched with buckle. The buckle and the clamping hole are mutually matched, so that the sealing property between the upper cover and the shell is enhanced.
Preferably, each fixing sheet is provided with a first fixing hole, and edges of two sides of the upper cover are provided with second fixing holes with the same aperture as the first fixing holes. The first fixing hole and the second fixing hole are used for enabling the shell and the upper cover to be fixedly connected through bolts.
Preferably, the bottom of the shell is provided with a sucker which is fixedly connected with the shell. The sucking disc is used for strengthening the fixed between wave filter and the ground, avoids wave filter and ground direct contact simultaneously, avoids the wave filter to wet.
Therefore, the invention has the following beneficial effects: (1) the electronic components in the filter can work in a constant temperature environment for a long time, and the sensitivity of the filter is not interfered; (2) the sealing performance of the filter protection shell is improved, and the protection effect on electronic components in the filter is enhanced.

as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the filter protection device includes a housing 1, an upper cover 2, a plurality of first support rods 3 and a plurality of second support rods 4 disposed in the housing, fixing pieces 5 respectively disposed on edges of two sides of the top of the housing, a heat pipe 14 and a cold air pipe 13 disposed in the housing and extending to the outside of the housing, a temperature detector 12 and a flow regulator disposed on the outer side of the housing; casing both sides bottom all is equipped with a plurality of louvre 6, covers on and is equipped with two inserted blocks 7, all is equipped with on each fixed plate with inserted sheet matched with jack 8, thermodetector and flow regulation device connect, thermodetector is fixed in on the heat pipe extends to the outer tip of casing. The cross section of the shell is rectangular.

As shown in fig. 3, the temperature detector comprises a temperature sensing copper ring 15 and an elliptical elastic ball 16, the temperature sensing copper ring comprises an upper semicircular copper sheet and a lower semicircular copper sheet connected with the elliptical elastic ball, a plurality of spiral temperature sensing copper wires 17 capable of stretching up and down are arranged in the elliptical elastic ball, the lower portion of the elliptical elastic ball is connected with one end of a lever 18, and the upper semicircular copper sheet and the lower semicircular copper sheet are fixedly wrapped on the heat conduction pipe through pins.
The flow regulating device comprises a tightener 19, a fixed cross rod 20 arranged at the upper end of the tightener, a hollow control box 21 arranged at the lower end of the tightener, an opening at the upper end of the control box, and a control rod 22 arranged at the lower end of the tightener and capable of moving up and down along the upper end of the control box; an oval control sheet 23 connected with the control rod is arranged in the control box, the control box is positioned on the cold air pipe 13, the control sheet can be inserted into the cold air pipe, and the fixed cross rod is connected with the other end of the lever. The tightener comprises an upper connecting rod 24, a lower connecting rod 25 and a connecting sleeve 26, which is respectively in threaded connection with the upper connecting rod and the lower connecting rod.
The heat conduction pipe extends into the filter protection device for heat transfer, the temperature detector is used for detecting the temperature of the heat conduction pipe, so that the temperature in the filter protection device is indirectly detected, when electronic components of the filter start to work and generate heat, and the temperature in the filter protection device rises, the heat conduction pipe is heated to transfer the heat to the temperature sensing copper ring, the temperature sensing copper ring transfers the heat to the elliptical elastic ball, the temperature sensing copper wire expands and extends, so that the elliptical elastic ball extends, one end of the lever moves downwards, the other end of the blocking rod is driven to move upwards, the control sheet is driven to move upwards, the flow of cold air passing through the cold air pipe is increased, the amount of cold air flowing out is increased, and the temperature in the closed chamber is automatically kept stable;
when the temperature in the filter protection device is reduced, the temperature sensing copper wire is gradually shortened, so that the elliptical elastic ball is shortened, one end of the lever moves upwards, the other end of the blocking rod is driven to move downwards, the control sheet is driven to move downwards, the flow of cold air passing through the cold air pipe is reduced, the amount of cold air flowing out is reduced, and the temperature in the filter protection device is automatically kept stable.
The use mode of the invention is as follows:
place the electronic components of wave filter on first branch and second branch constitution net support frame, cover the upper cover, make two inserted blocks of covering, insert respectively in the jack on two stationary blades of casing both sides, make each stationary blade and upper cover surface laminating simultaneously, with the buckle on the casing one side surface that each stationary blade was located, stretch into the jack on the inserted block and carry out the lock, through using the bolt at last, through first fixed orifices and second fixed orifices, carry out fixed connection with casing and upper cover. The input and the output of the filter are connected in and out through the lead wires through the heat dissipation holes.
