In this example, the commodity (article) shelving business scene when a new store is opened can be realized by using the article display auxiliary management system provided in the embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 2, the process for implementing this scenario is as follows:
the first step is as follows: the shelf identifier (shelf number) is obtained through the PDA, the shelf identifier may be scanned, or the shelf identifier may be manually input on a display interface of the PDA, and then the PDA sends the shelf identifier to the background server 2.
The second step is that: after receiving the shelf identifier, the background server 2 searches for the article display information corresponding to the shelf identifier according to the shelf identifier, and sends the article display information to the PDA.
The third step: through the article display information displayed on the PDA (displayed in the form of a grid diagram), a user can determine the number of layers required to be arranged on the shelf and the number of electronic tags to be arranged on each layer, and then the corresponding electronic tags are arranged on the shelf. The electronic tag can be fixedly arranged on the goods shelf and can move left and right on each layer of goods shelf.
The fourth step: the PDA scans or manually inputs electronic tag identifications (electronic tag bar codes) one by one according to a preset sequence, wherein the preset sequence can be various, for example, the PDA can scan according to layers, each layer is scanned from left to right, the PDA can vibrate to remind a user after the scanning of each layer is finished, and the PDA can prompt the user with sound after the last electronic tag of the last layer of the shelf is scanned. It is also possible to scan by layers, each layer from right to left.
The fifth step: after all the electronic tags are scanned, the user submits and confirms on the PDA, and then all the electronic tag identifications are sent to the background server 2. Or the electronic tag can be submitted without scanning all the electronic tags.
And a sixth step: the background server 2 receives the electronic tag identification, determines the article information corresponding to the electronic tag 3 according to a preset sequence, and sends the corresponding article information to the electronic tag 3. The background server can also add the electronic tag identification to the article display information according to the receiving sequence of the electronic tag identification.
The seventh step: and the electronic tag automatically refreshes and displays correct article information according to the grid diagram. Wherein the item information may include an item name, a cargo number, a country bar, and the like.
And finally, the user places corresponding articles on the shelf according to the article display information, and moves the electronic tag to a proper position left and right according to the arrangement width of the articles.
And repeating the steps to finish the arrangement of the articles on all the shelves.
In this example, the background server 2 may also determine the location information of the electronic tag according to the receiving sequence of the electronic tag identifier, and send the location information of the electronic tag to the electronic tag 3; the electronic tag 3 is also used for: and displaying the position information. The background server 2 can also determine the display information of the corresponding articles according to the receiving sequence of the electronic tag identification, and send the display information of the corresponding articles to the electronic tag 3; the electronic tag 3 is used for: display information of the corresponding item is displayed. The display information of the corresponding article may be the number of horizontal planes, vertical planes, depth planes, full shelf display amount, etc. of the article in table 1. In addition, the background server 2 can also send the layer height (hole position) of each layer of the shelf and the shelf number to the electronic tag for displaying.
In summary, the article display auxiliary management system provided in the embodiment of the present invention is used to realize a commodity (article) shelving business scene when a new store is opened, and has the following beneficial effects: a user can finish the quick installation of the laminate and the electronic tag only by depending on the display information displayed by the PDA, and pushes the corresponding article information to the electronic tag, so that the articles are put on the shelf for work; through the PDA associated display shed chart, the paperless operation in the whole process is realized, the shelf display which is right from the beginning is realized, the operation is simple, the training is reduced, the most basic staff can quickly start, the on-site operation efficiency of the staff is improved, and the operation cost is reduced.
In this example, a planogram update business scenario may also be implemented using the article display assistance management system proposed in the embodiment of the present invention. The specific process is as follows:
the first step is as follows: the background server 2 checks for the presence of an update of the item display information (planogram) within a preset time, which may be, for example, daily or weekly for the user to actively query at a specified time. When the external device updates the article display information, the background server 2 starts a "drawing update" function, receives updated article display information (an updated layout grid diagram) sent by the external device, and the updated layout is still in an inactive state at this time. The external device also sends a display change notification to the backend server 2, wherein the display change notification data includes: shelf number, commodity classification number, store number, issue time, and the like, as shown in table 2:
TABLE 2
Department of department Goods shelf number Date of issue Execution state Date of status

The second step is that: the background server 2 firstly generates a prompt signal according to the updated article display information and sends the prompt signal to the electronic tag 3; the electronic tag 3 sends out a prompt signal. Wherein, the prompting signal can be a sound prompting signal and/or a light signal. When the electronic tag comprises a display screen and a voice broadcasting device, the prompting signal refers to a voice prompting signal, and a user (store staff) hears the voice prompting signal to inform that the display of the goods on the shelf corresponding to the electronic tag needs to be updated. When the electronic tag comprises an indicator light in addition to the display screen, the prompt signal refers to a light-on signal, and when a user sees that the indicator light is on or flickers, the user knows that the article display on the shelf corresponding to the electronic tag needs to be updated. When the electronic tag comprises a display screen, a sound broadcasting device and an indicator lamp, the prompt signal comprises a sound prompt signal and a light signal, so that when a user cannot see the light of the indicator lamp in time, the user can know that the goods shelf displayed by the goods is to be changed through sound.
The electronic tag may be an electronic tag that displays information on an article or an electronic tag that is fixed to a shelf and displays a shelf mark.
The third step: a user uses the PDA to obtain a shelf identifier corresponding to the electronic tag 3 which sends a prompt signal in a scanning or manual input mode, the shelf identifier is sent to the background server 2, the background server 2 receives the shelf identifier, updated article display information and article display change information are searched according to the shelf identifier, the updated article display information and article display change information are sent to the PDA, and display adjustment conditions are displayed on the PDA. The article display change information is determined by the backend server 2 comparing the updated article display information with the original stored article display information. The article display variation information may include the number of electronic tags increased or decreased, the number of article replacements or article quantity increases or decreases, and the like.
The fourth step: the PDA receives the updated article display information and the article display change information, and the user performs an article display change operation on the PDA based on the updated article display information and the article display change information, and after the operation is completed, the PDA transmits an article display change operation result (an updated article display information grid map or grid table in which the article display change operation is completed) to the backend server 2.
Specifically, the PDA suggests an operation mode of display change according to the number of changed items, and the item display change forms include various forms, which can be shown in table 3:
TABLE 3
Figure BDA0001214019510000081
The fourth step: the background server 2 receives the product display change operation result, and transmits the modified corresponding product information, the position information of the electronic price tag, and the display information of the corresponding product to the electronic tag 3 according to the product display change operation result. And simultaneously generating a control signal, wherein the control signal is used for controlling the electronic tag to stop prompting. At this time, the updated article display information (updated layout) stored in the backend server 2 is activated.
The on-site display adjustment action and the price tag refreshing action are controlled by a shop and can be carried out in the off-duty time, so that the influence on normal business is avoided;
the above-described article display changing operation is illustrated by way of example.
For example, the original article B of the second article on the first layer of the shelf is changed into the article E, the user presses a grid corresponding to the article B on the PDA touch screen for a long time, or the PDA scans an electronic tag corresponding to the article B, the electronic tag identifier is sent to the background server, and the background server sends the information of the article E to the electronic tag for display.
For example, the fourth item D on the first layer of the shelf is taken off the shelf, the user presses the display position corresponding to item D on the PDA touch screen for a long time, or scans the electronic tag corresponding to item D, sends the electronic tag identifier to the background server, the background server unbinds the binding relationship between the electronic tag and item D, and then may send advertisement information or other information to the electronic tag, or send nothing.
For example, an article is added at the last of the first layer, a user presses the last square of the first layer on the PDA touch screen for a long time, a new position is added to the tail of the line by selecting 'adding backwards', then the PDA is used for scanning the newly added blank electronic tag, the blank electronic tag identification is sent to the background server, the background server adds the new display position, the newly added display position and the newly added electronic price tag are bound, and the information of the newly added article is sent to the newly added electronic tag.
When the number of the electronic tags is increased or decreased too much, such as increasing the number of the shelf layers, decreasing the number of the shelf layers, and increasing and decreasing the number of the shelf layers, the PDA can intelligently prompt the user to use the display binding to re-bind the group of the shelf.
In this example, the article display auxiliary management system provided in the embodiment of the present invention may also be used to implement a scene of adjusting the field display on the basis of the execution headquarter drawing. The specific process is as follows:
the first step is as follows: when a user needs to adjust the on-site article display such as increase/decrease/change, blank electronic tags can be additionally installed according to article change conditions.
The second step is that: and the PDA scans the shelf marks of the goods to be adjusted to be displayed on site, and obtains and displays a goods display information trellis diagram corresponding to the shelf marks of the goods to be adjusted to be displayed.
The third step: and performing article adding, article subtracting and shelf unloading operations on the grid diagram displayed on the PDA interface to finish the binding work of the corresponding electronic tag and the article and obtain the modified article display information.
The fourth step: the PDA submits the operation result (the modified article display information), and the background server sends the article information to the electronic tag according to the operation result, so that the electronic tag displays the correct article information.
And the four steps are repeated to complete the adjustment of the goods shelf of the whole store.
The above-described on-site article display changing operation is illustrated by way of example.
For example, as shown in FIG. 3, moving the item display position moves the item from level 1, item 3 (1-3) to level 5, item 4 (5-4): the PDA scans shelf identifiers to obtain article display information, the article display information is displayed on the PDA in a display grid diagram, after a user moves articles, a modification window is popped up by pressing a layer 5 and a layer 4 of the article display grid diagram displayed on the PDA for a long time, article information represented in the grid is modified into layer 1 and layer 3 article information in the modification window, identifiers of a layer 5 and a layer 4 electronic tag are scanned, the modified article information and the electronic tag identifiers are sent to a background server, and the background server changes a corresponding article display grid table stored in the background server according to the modified article information and the electronic tag identifiers.
For example, as shown in FIG. 4, adding an item, add Cola between 2-3 and 2-4: the PDA scans shelf marks to obtain article display information, the information is displayed on the PDA in a display grid diagram, a blank electronic tag is added between 2-3 and 2-4 by a user, a modification window is popped up according to 2-3 or 2-4, a new electronic tag mark and a cola bar code are selected to be added in the modification window by the user, the PDA scans the new electronic tag mark and the cola bar code, the new electronic tag mark and the cola bar code are sent to a background server, and the background server sends the position information of the electronic tag and the information of the article of the cola to the new electronic tag for display. And the background server changes the corresponding article display shelf table according to the newly added electronic tag identification and the cola bar code.
For example, the commodity is put on shelf, and 3-3 articles are put on shelf: the PDA scans shelf marks to obtain article display information, the information is displayed on the PDA in a display shed chart, a modification window is popped up by pressing 3-3 for a long time to select deletion, the PDA scans the electronic tag marks corresponding to 3-3 and sends the electronic tag marks to the background server, and the background server unbinds the electronic tag from the 3-3 articles and records the position of the shelf where the electronic tag is located. And the background server changes the corresponding article display grid table. After the articles are put off the shelf, the peripheral articles can be expanded, and the original price tags can be detached and reserved.
Specifically, the background server 2 is further configured to compare originally stored (standard) article display information with modified article display information, determine article display difference information, and generate "display difference reports" of different dimensions according to different business users, so that the headquarters can see field changes at any time. The backend server may also replace the (standard) item display information with the modified item display information.
In the common practice situation, the display management of headquarter drawings should not allow store adjustment, and the field adjustment scene is a special case of a store field. However, this case has the following requirements: the method comprises the steps that basic binding is limited for a user through user permission, namely only commodities and price tags are bound, and position information of electronic tags does not exist; the user is restricted from using the basic binding for the classification of the exhibition management implementation through the user authority, but the sales promotion items are not restricted.
In this case, the article display auxiliary management system provided in the embodiment of the present invention may also be used to implement an auxiliary inspection scene for field display, for example, an employee may not use the PDA to bind an article with a price according to the flow, violently detach an electronic tag of the bound article, move the bound article with the article to an unspecified display position, and the like.
The specific process is as follows:
the first step is as follows: entering a PDA 'on-site checking' menu, displaying a 'checking list', wherein the form of the 'checking list' is consistent with the 'standard display list' format, the data in the initial state of the 'checking list' is empty, and the PDA can empty the 'checking list' according to the shelf number when needing to provide the function of emptying the 'checking list'.
The second step is that: scanning to obtain shelf marks to be checked, and then scanning the articles according to a preset sequence to obtain the article marks. If the goods on the shelf are out of stock (no stock is on the shelf), the goods number or state bar on the electronic label should be scanned or recorded.
The third step: after the scanning is finished, a button for finishing checking is pressed, the summarized data (article identification) scanned this time is displayed on the PDA, and the article identification is sent to the background server.
The fourth step: the background server compares the article identification on the shelf with the article identification in the article display information according to a preset sequence to determine article display difference information, and can also generate a difference report. The background server generates a prompt signal according to the article display difference information, sends the prompt signal to the electronic tag with the display difference, and sends the prompt signal (such as lighting).
And the differing locations in the "checklist" on the PDA may be indicated by red blocks, the price tag lights. After the display is corrected, the corresponding electronic tag is turned off.
After the scanning is finished, the background server also sends the difference report to the PDA, and the PDA can also check the difference details of each group of shelves by scanning the checked shelf numbers.
The scene can be used as a supplementary service flow to implement on-site rapid scanning and checking. The using objects are store managers, routing inspection and the like. The display difference report is provided in the form of a report, and can be used as KPI (Key Performance Indicators) for assessment.
In this case, the display booth table can be collected and formed by quickly taking the current display status in the field as the initial display standard. The collected shelf forms are checked and confirmed to be included as initial 'standard displays' in the push display management.
In this example, as shown in fig. 5, the article display support management system further includes: an access point AP 4;
the AP is used for: receiving a shelf identifier and an electronic tag identifier provided by a handheld intelligent terminal, and sending the shelf identifier and the electronic tag identifier to a background server; receiving article display information provided by a background server, and sending the article display information to a handheld intelligent terminal; and receiving the position information of the electronic tag and the corresponding article information provided by the background server, and sending the position information of the electronic tag and the corresponding article information to the electronic tag. The AP and the electronic tag are interacted by adopting a 2.4G wireless communication protocol; the AP and the handheld intelligent terminal are interacted by adopting a 2.4G wireless communication protocol; the AP and the background server are interacted by adopting a 2.4G wireless communication protocol; and the handheld intelligent terminal and the electronic tag are interacted by adopting a 2.4G wireless communication protocol.
By taking 10000 commercial products in a fast consumer goods supermarket which sells 30 ten thousand yuan per day as an example, the auxiliary management system for goods display provided by the embodiment of the invention is used for goods display, and the following effects can be achieved: the management cost and the personnel cost are reduced: 3.6 ten thousand yuan/year; about 190 ten thousand yuan/year of potential sales loss is recovered by keeping good merchandise displayed at a good position; due to technical control and solidification display, loss caused by gray trading of supermarket personnel is reduced by about 12 ten thousand yuan/year.
The prior art of displaying articles by means of paper display drawings has the following disadvantages: 1. the execution is difficult: even if the first three steps are perfectly planned, the execution link completely depends on store personnel (article display personnel), and the store personnel cannot execute the planning according to a planned display chart for various reasons. Such as: work errors, private delivery, supplier customs, etc. 2. The verification is difficult: whether the store is executed according to the planned planogram or not can not be verified. The store verifies the information by himself, and due to various relations, the result which is consistent with the actual situation can not be obtained basically. A large number of inspection personnel must be sent to the store for on-site inspection, which results in uncontrollable enterprise costs. 3. The maintenance is difficult: because of the difficulty in verification, the headquarters of the enterprise cannot actually send personnel to check at any time. Store personnel often adjust the display at will. 4. The inspection is difficult: even if people check, the store can still restore the scene to the display consistent with the display chart during the check, and the display is adjusted after the person to be checked leaves the store. 5. The bidirectional communication is difficult: the store finds reasonable adjustment requirements on site, and can not communicate with headquarters effectively in time.
The conditions of planning, poor execution and difficult management and control seriously affect the commodity strategy, cash flow, sales and profit of the chain retail enterprises. Meanwhile, the phenomenon that the store staff exchange interests with bad suppliers by using the display positions is greatly multiplied, and the interests of retail enterprises and the interests of consumers are lost.
The auxiliary management system for article display provided by the embodiment of the invention is used for article display, and the following beneficial effects can be realized by combining the supervision of a consumer:
the whole process is paperless operation: the latest version of the trellis diagram/table is ensured, the management efficiency is improved, and the operation cost is reduced;
automatically pushing the shed grids: the difference of field display in a grid diagram caused by human factors is reduced;
fixing the position of the price tag: the price tag is limited to move by the installation mode, so that the occurrence of abnormal display adjustment is reduced;
and (3) limiting the binding authority: uploading the on-site display to a headquarter system for monitoring or supplier sharing;
efficient manual checking: and rapidly scanning and checking the site, and providing a PDA/background server report.
The auxiliary management system for article display provided by the embodiment Of the invention is used for article display, under the coordination Of the electronic tag, the PDA and related software, position information report and article change control are carried out on the placing position condition Of the article on the goods shelf through IoT (Internet Of Things) equipment Of the electronic tag class, a supermarket headquarter can master the change Of the single article display position Of a store through a computer and mobile equipment at any time, on-site tools and processes which are convenient to check are provided, display change KPI reports are provided, and the functions Of remote monitoring and efficient check are realized. The maintenance and execution of the traditional article display management link are changed from difficult management to easy management, so that the display management and control are efficient, technical and detailed. The link of commodity display execution directly hits the bottom, really assists chain enterprises, and finishes a series of management such as solidification, automatic monitoring and the like of display positions in stores with high efficiency and low consumption.
