The outside of the pressure-bearing part is provided with an annular protuberance to form a barb-shaped flexible or elastic extension, the included angle formed by the flexible or elastic extension and the axial direction of the pressure-bearing part is more than 0 degrees and less than 90 degrees, and the pressure in the pipeline can be pushed forward to appear, and the pressure-bearing part is pushed backward under the action of the pressure. The barbs extending from the bearing part are opposite to the pipe wall, so that the bearing performance is enhanced. The pressure-bearing part is formed by assembling a plurality of annular fittings. The hollow part in the pressure-bearing part is in a truncated cone-shaped structure and is provided with an anti-rotation groove. The circular truncated cone-shaped hollow of the pressure-bearing part is smaller than the circular truncated cone-shaped matching part of the plugging part, so that the diameter of the pressure-bearing part can be expanded and more tightly attached to the pipe wall when the pressure-bearing part is tensioned.
The plugging part is formed by matching the pressure-bearing part with the pressure-bearing part, and the connecting rod of the plugging part penetrates through the pressure-bearing part to screw up the fastening part. By tightening the nut on the connecting rod, the conical surface of the plugging part supports the pressure-bearing part after the tightening and stressing, the diameter of the pressure-bearing part is stressed to extend outwards and stressed with the inner wall of the pipeline, and the adhesive tape is tightly adhered to the inner wall of the pipeline. The pressure bearing purpose is achieved.
The extension of the plugging part contacted with the inner wall of the pipeline is provided with a plurality of flexible extensions which can shrink and deform. The round table body-shaped structure of the plugging part is provided with an anti-rotation protrusion which is matched with an anti-rotation groove in the pressure bearing part, so that the purpose of preventing rotation is achieved. The shutoff portion is equipped with the connecting rod, is equipped with the screw thread above the connecting rod.
The sealing glue is filled between the plugging part and the pressure-bearing part, the sealing glue is extruded through the screw thread on the connecting rod, and the sealing glue fills the tiny gaps of the extension of the pressure-bearing part and the pipe wall and the gaps of the two vertebral bodies after being stressed, so that the purpose of complete sealing is achieved. After the sealing part is thoroughly tensioned, a certain distance is reserved between the sealing part and the pressure bearing part, so that the sealant is ensured to leave a sufficient allowance space.
The connecting part of the plugging part is in a shape of a truncated cone, a connecting rod is arranged in front of the surface of the truncated cone, and threads are arranged on the connecting rod.
The extension of pressure-bearing portion and pipeline inner wall contact has a plurality of flexible extensions, can shrink deformation. The round table body-shaped structure of the plugging part is provided with an anti-rotation protrusion which is matched with the groove in the pressure bearing part, so that the purpose of preventing rotation is achieved.
The plugging part passes through the pressure-bearing part through the connecting rod, is connected with the rear fastening part, and is screwed up to fasten the fastening part, so that the three accessories are tightly matched and connected into a whole. And extruding the sealant to fill the fine gaps with the sealant.
The lateral extension of the pressure bearing part is a spacing annular flexible barb extension. An anti-rotation groove is formed in the pressure-bearing portion.
The rear fastening part is cylindrical, and threads are arranged in the middle of the rear fastening part. The fastening part is provided with a tightening hole matched with the pushing device.
The sealant is preformed in a shape approximating a cylinder.
The installation tool is a locking pushing device consisting of two cake-shaped body locking pushing device heads and a handle. The front locking pushing device head is provided with a protruding matching part connected with the fastening part. The locking pushing device head at the rear side plays a role in stabilizing in a pipeline, the tightening handle and the middle connecting rod are of telescopic design and are not influenced by the installation distance, the product installation distance is far away from the pipeline mouth to pull the handle outwards, and otherwise, the installation distance is close to the pipeline mouth to push inwards.
Further improvements may be: the shape of the locking rubber sealing ring is equivalent to the combination of two circular columns with the same inner diameter and different outer diameters, the top end or the lower end of the cross section taking the axle center as the boundary is in a step shape, and the side surface contacted with the pipe wall is provided with an adhesive tape which can be adhered on the inner wall of the pipeline.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 14-17, the water-soluble pipeline plugging device of the glue locking sealing ring comprises a pressure-bearing part made of water-soluble materials, and further comprises the glue locking sealing ring, sealing glue and a cylindrical pressure-bearing part made of water-soluble materials, wherein one end of the pressure-bearing part far away from the opening part of the pipeline is sealed.
The glue locking sealing ring is used for preventing the sealant from flowing.
The outside of the pressure-bearing part is provided with a barb-shaped flexible edge with the extending direction opposite to the direction of entering the pipeline, so that the pressure in the pipeline can be pushed in, and when the pressure-bearing part is pushed backwards, the edge of the pressure-bearing part is opposite to the pipeline wall, so that the friction force is increased. The pressure bearing performance is improved. The pressure-bearing part is formed by assembling a plurality of annular fittings. The pressure-bearing part is internally of a honeycomb structure, so that the dissolution time can be accelerated.
And the sealing glue is filled in the sealing ring and the middle groove of the pressure-bearing part, and the sealing glue fills the small gaps between the edge of the pressure-bearing part and the pipe wall, so that the sealing purpose is achieved.
The shape of the locking rubber sealing ring is equal to the combination of two circular columns with the same center, the same inner diameter and different outer diameters at the bottom, the top end or the lower end of the cross section taking the axle center as the boundary is in a step shape, and the side surface contacted with the pipe wall is provided with an adhesive tape which can be adhered on the inner wall of the pipeline.
The edge of the pressure-bearing part is flexible or elastic extension of a multi-ring-shaped bulge structure, an included angle formed by the flexible or elastic extension and the axial direction of the pressure-bearing part is more than 0 and less than 90 degrees, the outer wall of the pressure-bearing part is flexible or elastic and is provided with a plurality of layers of slope-shaped barbs with different heights, the slope-shaped barbs are forward when pushed into a pipeline, and the pressure in the pipeline is reverse when pushing the pressure-bearing part. The interior of the pressure-bearing part is honeycomb-shaped. The pressure-bearing portion is composed of a plurality of annular segments.
Further improved, the pressure bearing part is composed of a plurality of annular distributed outer edge part sections.
Example 5
As shown in the figure, in order to install the water-soluble plugging device in the petroleum pipeline to be repaired, the water-soluble plugging device needs to be installed and positioned, and the righting device is used for correcting the positions of the sealant, the pressure bearing part and the blocking part when the water-soluble plugging device is installed in the petroleum pipeline to be repaired so that the water-soluble plugging device can be positioned in a direction parallel to the pipeline in the pipeline.
As shown in fig. 18 to 25, the pusher for a water-soluble pipeline plugging device according to the present invention includes a main body portion, wherein both end sides of the main body portion are provided with detachable guide portions, and one end of the main body portion is further provided with a detachable contact portion. The body part is a cylinder with a hollow inside. The guide part is connected with the side surface of the main body part through threads. The side of the guiding part is also embedded with a ball. The contact portion is screwed with the main body portion or the guide portion. The device also comprises a pushing device for pushing the plugging device for the water-soluble pipeline into the water-soluble pipeline. The main body part, the guide part and the contact part are all made of metal. The device also comprises a pushing device for taking out the pushing device for the water-soluble pipeline plugging device by utilizing the magnetic force device. The guide part is a circular column with smooth side surfaces. The contact part is a flat cake-shaped body.
The guide part can be provided with different sizes and matched with different pipeline calibers.
The contact portion is sized to mate with the guide portion, and typically has protruding threads on the bottom surface of the contact portion and female threads on the corresponding location of the guide portion for connection.
In order to make the righting device smoother when entering the pipeline, the side surface of the guiding part can be embedded with the ball or the roller in advance, and the ball or the roller slightly exceeds the side surface. The centering device can be directly arranged on the pushing rod of the pushing device, and the centering device is directly driven to move by the telescopic pushing rod, so that the centering device is detachably arranged on the pushing device for the convenience of site construction.
The magnetic force device is usually arranged on a pushing-out part of the pushing device, and a magnetic force ring is preset on the pushing-out part. The pushing part is also matched with different pipe diameters with adjustable size, is detachable, and the bottom surface is provided with a protruding threaded rod which is matched with the internal thread of the pushing rod of the pushing device. The pushing rod is telescopic, stretches out during installation, and drives the pushing part at the end part to move into the pipeline by the pushing rod and then pushes the righting device to move.
In another mode, the centering device can be directly arranged on the pushing rod of the pushing device, the telescopic pushing rod directly drives the centering device to move, and the centering device is detachably arranged on the pushing device for convenience of site construction.
The pushing device further comprises an introducer which is clamped on the pipeline, the diameter of the introducer is slightly larger than that of the circular column of the pipeline, one end of the introducer axially extends out along the bottom end to form a plurality of clamping parts, the clamping parts are uniformly arranged around the circumferential direction, the front ends of the clamping parts are provided with shaft holes with internal threads, the front ends of the clamping parts can be connected with bolts through threads, and the introducer can be firmly clamped on the pipeline by tightening the bolts. The introducer stretches out one end of joint portion, along the inner wall of introducer encircle to joint portion stretching out the direction and stretch out inner wall extension portion, forms annular groove with adjacent joint portion, and the extension length of inner wall extension portion is less than the extension length of joint portion.
The introducer extends from the outer wall of the introducer along the extending direction of the outer wall surrounding to the clamping part, the extending length of the outer wall extending part is smaller than that of the inner wall extending part, and an annular groove is formed at the adjacent part of the outer wall extending part and the inner wall extending part.
The pushing device further comprises a pushing device matched with the introducer, the pushing device comprises clamping parts uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the side face of the pushing rod, and one end, facing the introducer, of each clamping part is provided with a connecting hook at a position corresponding to the annular groove. The connecting hook is movably arranged on the clamping part, a fixed support which radially extends out along the pushing rod is arranged on one side of the clamping part, which faces the pushing device, a sliding groove which can be used for accommodating the sliding of the connecting hook is arranged on the fixed support, the connecting hook can slide along the sliding groove, the position of the connecting hook is fixed through a fixing device on the other side of the sliding groove, the connecting hook extends outwards along the extending direction of the clamping part, a hook body is formed at the top end, the front end of the hook body can just extend into an annular groove formed at the adjacent part of the extending part of the outer wall and the extending part of the inner wall, and a telescopic hemispherical clamping body can be further arranged at the front end of the hook body, so that the connecting hook body and the inner wall can be clamped tightly. The fixing device can be characterized in that the connecting hook is provided with threads through the bottom of the groove and is matched and fixed with the bolt. The fixed support is also provided with a stabilizing part to strengthen the strength of the support.
The push rod is connected with a driving device for driving the push rod to extend and retract, and the push rod can be realized by a hydraulic jack.
The front end of the pushing rod, usually the bottom surface of the pushing part, is provided with a position sensor for detecting the distance of the pushing part extending into the pipeline; and a temperature sensor is also arranged to detect the temperature in the pipeline, so that the operation safety is improved.
The hydraulic jack, the temperature sensor and the position sensor can be integrally controlled by a control device, and the control device can control the movement of the hydraulic jack and can display the extending distance and the temperature in the pipeline at any time.

Claims (9)

1. The plugging method of the pipeline water-soluble device comprises the following specific steps in sequence:
1) Determining the installation position of the water-soluble sealant, wherein the installation temperature of the water-soluble sealant is preset, and the water-soluble sealant can be taken as the installation position of the water-soluble sealant from a specific position to a direction far away from a welding position according to whether the temperature of a pipeline is lower than the preset installation temperature when the temperature is conducted to the specific position during pipeline welding or not;
2) The water-soluble sealant is cylindrical fluid, the water-soluble sealant is fixed in a pipeline, and the water-soluble sealant is righted through a righting device of a pusher so as to be kept parallel or nearly parallel to the pipeline;
3) A blocking part righting step, wherein whether righting is needed is determined according to the form of the blocking part entering the pipeline, and if the form of the blocking part entering the pipeline is kept parallel or nearly parallel to the pipeline, the blocking part is not needed to be righted; if the axis of the plugging part entering the pipeline has a larger deflection angle with the axis of the pipeline to be maintained, the plugging part is righted by the righting device;
4) A plugging part mounting step, wherein the plugging part is a cylinder, and the plugging part is pushed to the water-soluble sealant position through a pipeline opening part by the pushing device and a certain pressure is applied to the plugging part;
5) A pressure-bearing part mounting step, namely pushing the pressure-bearing part to a position adjacent to the plugging part, and applying a certain pressure to the pressure-bearing part to enable the pressure-bearing part to be tightly connected with the plugging part;
the pipeline water-soluble device comprises water-soluble sealant, a plugging part and a pressure-bearing part, wherein the bottom of one side of the plugging part, which is far away from an opening part of a pipeline to be maintained, is sealed, one side of the plugging part, which is close to the opening part of the pipeline to be maintained, is also connected with the pressure-bearing part, one side of the plugging part, which is far away from the opening part of the pipeline to be maintained, is also provided with a sealant locking sealing ring, the water-soluble sealant is arranged at the adjacent part of the sealant locking sealing ring and the pressure-bearing part, the water-soluble sealant is cylindrical fluid, the plugging part is cylindrical, the pusher comprises a pushing device and a righting device, the righting device comprises a main body part, both end side surfaces of the main body part are respectively provided with a detachable guide part, one end of the main body part is also provided with a detachable contact part, the main body part is a cylinder with hollow inside, the guide part is connected with the side surface of the main body part through threads, and the righting device is arranged on a pushing rod of the pusher, and the righting device is driven by a telescopic pushing rod.
2. The method of plugging a water-soluble device in a pipeline according to claim 1, wherein in step 4) a pressure is applied to the plugging portion, said pressure being such that the water-soluble sealant enters the side of the plugging portion adjacent to the inner wall of the pipeline.
3. The water-soluble pipeline plugging device using the plugging method according to claim 1, comprising water-soluble sealant, a plugging part and a pressure-bearing part, wherein the bottom of one side of the plugging part far away from the opening of the pipeline to be repaired is sealed, the side surface of the plugging part or the pressure-bearing part is provided with a flexible or elastic edge, the flexible or elastic edge is formed by combining a plurality of bulges with different heights, the heights of the bulges are sequentially increased from one side far away from the opening of the pipeline to be repaired to the other side, the side of the plugging part near the opening of the pipeline to be repaired is also connected with the pressure-bearing part, the water-soluble sealant is cylindrical fluid, and the plugging part is cylindrical.
4. A water-soluble pipe plugging device according to claim 3, wherein the side face of said plugging portion is further provided with a groove-like sealant accommodating portion for retaining said water-soluble sealant extruded thereto in the groove-like sealant accommodating portion.
5. The water-soluble pipe plugging device according to claim 4, wherein the pressure-bearing portion is also provided with a sealant accommodating portion which is circumferentially provided around a side face of the plugging portion.
6. The water-soluble pipe plugging device of claim 4, wherein the sealant receiving portion is annularly disposed.
7. The water-soluble pipeline plugging device according to claim 3, wherein a glue locking sealing ring is further arranged on one side of the plugging part, which is far away from the opening of the pipeline to be maintained, and is arranged at the adjacent part of the glue locking sealing ring and the pressure-bearing part, the glue sealing ring is in a shape which is close to a circular cylinder and is arranged along the inner wall of the pipeline in a surrounding manner, the glue locking sealing ring is composed of two circular cylinders with the same inner diameter and different outer diameters and concentric bottom centers, the radius of one side, which is close to the pressure-bearing part, is smaller than the radius of one side, which is far away from the pressure-bearing part, and the glue locking sealing ring is soluble in water.
8. The water-soluble pipe plugging device according to claim 3, wherein the plugging portion and the pressure-bearing portion are provided separately, the plugging portion is further provided with an anti-rotation protrusion, and the pressure-bearing portion is further provided with an anti-rotation groove.

A pusher using the plugging method according to claim 1, comprising a pusher and a righting device, wherein the pusher comprises an introducer which can be sleeved on a pipeline to be repaired, a telescopic pushing device connected with the introducer, the introducer further comprises a fixing device, the fixing device comprises a clamping part and a bolt, the clamping part extends outwards along the bottom of the introducer, the front end of the clamping part is provided with an axial hole capable of being matched with the bolt, the clamping part and the bolt can be connected through threads, the inner wall of the introducer extends along the extending direction of the clamping part in a surrounding manner, an inner wall extending part is formed, the outer wall of the introducer extends towards the extending direction of the clamping part, an annular groove is formed at the adjacent part of the inner wall extending part and the outer wall extending part, the pushing device further comprises a pushing device matched with the introducer, the pushing device comprises a connecting hook which is arranged at a position corresponding to the annular groove towards one end of the introducer, the pushing device further comprises a clamping hook which is connected with the clamping hook, the clamping hook is arranged on the sliding support is connected with the sliding support, and the sliding support is arranged on one side of the sliding support.
