The vulcanized rubber layer 201 may be composed of the following materials in parts by weight: 14 to 18 parts of butadiene rubber, 8 to 12 parts of solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber, 3 to 5 parts of isoprene rubber, 5 to 7 parts of natural rubber, 1 to 3 parts of hard rubber, 19 to 21 parts of silicon dioxide, 2 to 4 parts of white oil, 0.3 to 0.7 part of diethylene glycol, 2 to 4 parts of titanium dioxide, 1.5 to 1.9 parts of zinc oxide, 1 to 1.4 parts of active agent, 0.1 to 0.3 part of stearic acid, 0.3 to 0.7 part of BHT antioxidant (namely 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol), 0.3 to 0.7 part of antioxidant 1076[ namely antioxidant beta- (3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionic acid n-octadecanol ester ], 0.12 to 0.18 part of white wax, 0.5 to 0.7 part of styrenated phenol and 0.6 to 0.8 part of resin. In this example, 16 parts of butadiene rubber, 10 parts of solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber, 4 parts of isoprene rubber, 6 parts of natural rubber, 2 parts of hard rubber, 20 parts of silica, 3 parts of white oil, 0.5 part of diethylene glycol, 3 parts of titanium white, 1.7 parts of zinc oxide, 1.2 parts of an active agent, 0.2 part of stearic acid, 0.5 part of a BHT antioxidant, 0.5 part of an antioxidant 1076, 0.15 part of white wax, 0.6 part of styrenated phenol and 0.7 part of a resin are preferable. Among them, PEG (i.e., polyethylene glycol) -400 may be selected as the active agent. In actual use, the base 2 may be made of metal material, such as cast iron, cast steel, or concrete.
When the invention is used, the base 2 can be fixedly arranged on a wellhead, so that people are difficult to remove because the cover plate 1 and the base 2 are connected through the chain, the anti-theft performance of the cover plate 1 is improved, the filter plate 3 can filter out a part of garbage, waste and other objects brought from water flow, reduce collision damage of the objects to the cover plate 1, prolong the service life of the cover plate 1, and prevent pedestrians from falling into a deep well in case of the real loss of the cover plate 1.
The filter plate 3 is fixed to the base 2 by screws, so that the filter plate 3 has a certain bearing capacity, and can bear the impact of sand, garbage and other sundries falling from the upper side, and meanwhile, the filter plate 3 is connected with the base 2 by copper wires or chains, so that even if water from the bottom of a well is flushed out, the filter plate 3 cannot be flushed away from the base 2 at will.
The intelligent monitoring device 4 can also be connected with terminals such as a mobile phone and a server in a wireless manner through the wireless communication module 44, when the intelligent monitoring device 4 works, the power supply 45 supplies power to the positioning device 41, the inclination sensor 42, the water immersion sensor 43 and the wireless communication module 44 respectively, the positioning device 41 can be a GPS positioning device, a Beidou positioning device and the like, the positioning device 41 can position the geographic position of the cover plate 1, the inclination sensor 42 can sense the fixed position of the cover plate 1, and the water immersion sensor 43 can sense the height of water flow under the intelligent monitoring device. The signals obtained by the above-mentioned locator and sensor can be transmitted to the terminal through the wireless communication module 44 to monitor the present invention. Therefore, when the cover plate 1 is stolen, the position of the cover plate is moved or the water flow height in the cover plate is too high, namely, the signal received by the terminal is changed, the alarm can be timely given out to remind a user of processing.
When the user needs to open the cover plate 1, the first stop block 13 can be removed first, so that the end part of the opening screw 5 is exposed, and the handle with the nut is used for connecting the handle with the end part of the opening screw 5 through the nut, at this time, the user can lift the cover plate 1 through the handle to open the cover plate 1. In addition, if the opening screw 5 is damaged to be unusable, the user can also open the cover plate 1 by removing the second stopper 15 and using the connection post 12.
