Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems of large floor area and inconvenience in carrying of a washing machine in the prior art, and provides a portable washing machine.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a portable washing machine comprises a machine body and a barrel body, wherein a plurality of mounting seats are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the lower surface of the machine body, each mounting seat is rotatably connected with a fixed seat, a first cavity is formed in each fixed seat, a plurality of first sliding grooves are symmetrically formed in the inner side wall of each first cavity, a movable plate is jointly and slidably connected in the first sliding grooves, a plurality of connecting springs are evenly and fixedly connected between the side wall of each connecting plate and the inner wall of the corresponding first cavity, a connecting rod is fixedly connected to each movable plate, one end, far away from the corresponding movable plate, of each connecting rod is fixedly connected with an L-shaped fixed arm, the side wall of each L-shaped fixed arm abuts against the side wall of each fixed seat, a motor cavity and a gear cavity are formed in the machine body, a motor is arranged in each motor cavity, an output shaft of the motor extends into the gear cavity and is sleeved, the straight-tooth cylindrical gear is meshed with the incomplete gear, grooves are formed in the lower surface of the machine body, a connecting seat is rotatably connected to the inner wall of each groove, a second cavity and a plurality of limiting grooves are formed in the connecting seat and communicated with the second cavity, a plurality of second sliding grooves are symmetrically formed in the inner wall of each limiting groove, sliding blocks are fixedly connected to the second sliding grooves, clamping blocks are fixedly connected to the sliding blocks in the same limiting grooves, an inclined plane and a plane are formed at one end, close to the second cavity, of each clamping block, the lower end of the rotating shaft extends into the second cavity and is sleeved with a rotating seat, a plurality of inclined grooves and a plurality of shallow grooves are symmetrically formed in the rotating seat, an arc-shaped connecting frame is fixedly connected to the upper end of the barrel body, a mounting groove is formed in the upper surface of the arc-shaped connecting frame, and the connecting seat is clamped in, a plurality of clamping grooves are symmetrically formed in the inner wall of the mounting groove, and each clamping block penetrates through the limiting groove and is clamped in the clamping groove.

According to the invention, the device is fixed on the household water bucket through the elasticity of the connecting spring and the L-shaped fixing arm, and the friction force between the L-shaped fixing arm and the household water bucket is increased and the fixing stability is enhanced due to the arrangement of the rubber anti-slip mat and the anti-slip grains on the rubber anti-slip mat; the straight-tooth cylindrical gear is driven to rotate by a certain angle through the meshing of the incomplete gear and the straight-tooth cylindrical gear, so that the clamping block is driven to be clamped in the clamping groove or the clamping block is separated from the clamping groove, the machine body and the barrel body are assembled and disassembled, and the carrying and the storage are convenient.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1-6, a portable washing machine comprises a machine body 1 and a barrel body 7, wherein a plurality of first through holes and second through holes are uniformly formed in the barrel body 7, a plurality of triangular clamping plates are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the lower end of the barrel body 7 and are convenient to place inside a household bucket, a handle is arranged on the machine body 1 and is convenient to carry, a display screen is arranged on the machine body 1 and is used for displaying washing time, and a plurality of control buttons are arranged on the machine body 1 and are used for controlling washing modes.
According to the embodiment of the invention, a plurality of mounting seats 13 are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the lower surface of the machine body 1, each mounting seat 13 is rotatably connected with a fixed seat 9, a first cavity is formed in each fixed seat 9, a plurality of first sliding grooves 20 are symmetrically formed in the inner side wall of each first cavity, a moving plate 19 is jointly and slidably connected in each first sliding groove 20, a plurality of connecting springs 18 are uniformly and fixedly connected between the side wall of each connecting plate 19 and the inner wall of each first cavity, a connecting rod 21 is fixedly connected to each moving plate 19, an L-shaped fixed arm 6 is fixedly connected to one end, far away from each moving plate 19, of each connecting rod 21, the side wall of the L-shaped fixing arm 6 is abutted against the side wall of the fixing seat 9, the side wall of each L-shaped fixing arm 6 is fixedly connected with a rubber anti-skid pad, and the rubber anti-slip pad is provided with anti-slip lines, so that the friction force between the L-shaped fixing arm 6 and the household bucket is increased, and the fixing stability is enhanced.
According to the embodiment of the invention, a motor cavity and a gear cavity 3 are formed in a machine body 1, a motor 12 is arranged in the motor cavity, an output shaft of the motor 12 extends into the gear cavity 3 and is sleeved with an incomplete gear 11, the gear teeth on the incomplete gear 11 are distributed at an angle of 30 degrees, a straight-tooth cylindrical gear 2 is installed in the gear cavity 3 through a rotating shaft 17, the straight-tooth cylindrical gear 2 is meshed with the incomplete gear 11, and the upper end of the rotating shaft 17 is connected with the inner wall of the gear cavity 3 through a deep groove ball bearing.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the lower surface of the machine body 1 is provided with the groove 10, the inner wall of the groove 10 is rotatably connected with the connecting seat 4, the connecting seat 4 is internally provided with the second cavity 5 and a plurality of limiting grooves, the limiting grooves are communicated with the second cavity 5, the inner wall of each limiting groove is symmetrically provided with a plurality of second sliding grooves 23, each second sliding groove 23 is fixedly connected with a sliding block 22, the sliding blocks 22 in the same limiting groove are fixedly connected with six clamping blocks 14, and one end of each clamping block 14 close to the second cavity 5 is provided with an inclined plane and a plane.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the fixed seat 9 and the L-shaped fixed arm 6 are rotated to rotate to the state shown in fig. 1, then the connecting seat 4 is placed in the mounting groove on the arc-shaped connecting frame 8, then the motor 12 is turned on, the output shaft of the motor 12 drives the incomplete gear 11 to rotate, the incomplete gear 11 drives the straight-tooth cylindrical gear 2 meshed with the incomplete gear to rotate by 30 degrees, in the rotating process, the inclined surface of the fixture block 14 extrudes the inclined surface of the inclined groove 25 to drive the sliding block 22 on the fixture block 14 to slide upwards in the second sliding groove 23, after the straight-tooth cylindrical gear 2 rotates by 30 degrees, the plane of the fixture block 14 is clamped in the shallow groove 24 on the rotating seat 15, and one end of the fixture block 14, which is far away from the shallow groove 24, is clamped; then, the barrel body 7 is placed in a household bucket, the L-shaped fixed arm 6 is pulled in the direction far away from the machine body 1, the L-shaped fixed arm 6 drives the moving plate 19 to slide in the first sliding groove 20 through the connecting rod 21, the connecting spring 18 extends, the side wall of the L-shaped fixed arm 6 is fixed on the outer wall of the household bucket, and the device is fixed on the household bucket through the elasticity of the connecting spring 18; the specific structure and communication principle related to the motor 12 are well-established in the art and will not be described herein.
