Abstract

本发明提出了一种石墨烯涂料及其所应用的电路基板(1)制备石墨烯浆料:①称取双层石墨烯、氧化石墨烯、丙烯酸树脂、1,3‑二异丙基碳二亚胺、硝酸溶液和乙醇溶液;②将上述各组分在35‑40℃的温度下混合搅拌均匀得到石墨烯浆料;(2)制备石墨烯涂料:①称取石墨烯浆料、环氧树脂、聚偏二氟乙烯树脂、纤维素、二氧化硅、二丙酮醇、硅酸乙酯和水;②将上述各组分在120‑160℃的温度下混合均匀后得到石墨烯涂料,本发明提高了强度,稳定性好,散热性能好,提高了使用寿命和安全性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种石墨烯涂料,具体涉及一种石墨烯涂料及其所应用的电路基板。
背景技术
导热电路基板被广泛应用于电脑、LED照明、通信、医疗、工业设备及航天等领域,导热电路基板分三层,底层是散热层,中间是介电绝缘层,上层是导电层,传统导热电路基板的散热层一般采用铝板、铝合金板、铜板等金属材料制成,金属散热层由于材料和工艺的限制,存在很多缺陷,金属材料密度过大,对于高功率的设备,需要解决重量和散热性能的矛盾,因为金属材料自身导热散热性能的局限,需要占用较大的空间,不利于电子产品小型化的要求,另外,金属材料的耐腐蚀性不好,限制了它在化工和环保等领域的应用,现在电子产品和元器件发展很快,尤其是微型电子元器件中的导热控制和导热设计日益严格,对导热电路基板的要求越来越高,甚至到了苛刻的程度,因此,为了提高电子元器件及其系统的性能和稳定性,延长使用寿命,开发新型高效的导热电路基板迫在眉睫。
石墨烯是一种由碳原子按照六边形进行排布并相互连接而成的碳分子,其结构非常稳定,目前是世上最薄却也是最坚硬的纳米材料,它几乎是完全透明的,只吸收2.3%的光;导热系数高达5000W/m·K,高于碳纳米管和金刚石,常温下其电子迁移率超过15000cm2/V·s,比纳米碳管或硅晶体高,电阻率约10-6Ω·cm,比铜或银更低,因为石墨烯具有高导电性、高导热性、高韧度、高强度、超大比表面积等特点,可以在电子、航天军工、新能源、新材料等领域得到广泛应用。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题提出了一种一种石墨烯涂料及其所应用的电路基板,提高了强度,稳定性好,散热性能好,提高了使用寿命和安全性能。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种石墨烯涂料,其制备方法如下:
(1)制备石墨烯浆料:
①按质量百分比计称取双层石墨烯0.3-4%、氧化石墨烯0.45-6%、丙烯酸树脂0.05-0.5%、1,3-二异丙基碳二亚胺0.5-0.8%、硝酸溶液35-48%和乙醇溶液余量;
②将上述各组分在35-40℃的温度下混合搅拌均匀得到石墨烯浆料;
(2)制备石墨烯涂料:
①按质量百分比计称取石墨烯浆料5-22%、环氧树脂3-18%、聚偏二氟乙烯树脂12-35%、纤维素0.5-3.2%、二氧化硅1-3%、二丙酮醇0.03-0.8%、硅酸乙酯2-2.8%和水余量;
②将上述各组分在120-160℃的温度下混合均匀后得到石墨烯涂料。
上述一种石墨烯涂料,其中,双层石墨烯和氧化石墨烯的质量比为1:1.5。
上述一种石墨烯涂料,其中,硝酸溶液的质量浓度为12-25%,乙醇溶液的质量浓度为32-38%。
应用上述石墨烯涂料的电路基板,自上而下依次包括导电层、绝缘层和石墨烯导热层,石墨烯导热层由多层片状氧化石墨烯叠合压制而成;
所述绝缘层的截面形状为长方形结构,绝缘层的下表面设有下固定槽,下固定槽的顶部均匀设有若干第一凸条,第一凸条的截面形状为直角三角形结构,石墨烯导热层固定在下固定槽中;
绝缘层的上表面上对称的设有两个倒角,导电层上设有与绝缘层的倒角相对应的第二凸条,第二凸条上垂直的设有插接条,插接条包括固定部和插接部,长条形结构的固定部固定在第二凸条上,截面为圆弧形结构的插接部固定在固定部上,插接条插入式的设置在倒角的插接槽中;
所述绝缘层以环氧树脂为材料浇注而成,石墨烯涂料涂覆在绝缘层的外表面上,涂覆厚度为0.3-2mm;
所述绝缘层的上表面上设有支撑块,支撑块的截面形状为长方形结构,支撑块的底部向内凹陷形成支承槽,支承槽的截面形状为钝角三角形结构,支承槽的顶角a为160°;
所述第一凸条的高度为h1,下固定槽的深度为h2,h2=2*h1。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明提高了强度,稳定性好,散热性能好,提高了使用寿命和安全性能。

实施例一
一种石墨烯涂料,其制备方法如下:
(1)制备石墨烯浆料:
①按质量百分比计称取双层石墨烯1.5%、氧化石墨烯2.25%、丙烯酸树脂0.3%、1,3-二异丙基碳二亚胺0.65%、硝酸溶液38%和乙醇溶液余量;双层石墨烯和氧化石墨烯的质量比为1:1.5,硝酸溶液的质量浓度为22%,乙醇溶液的质量浓度为35%;
②将上述各组分在35℃的温度下混合搅拌均匀得到石墨烯浆料;
(2)制备石墨烯涂料:
①按质量百分比计称取石墨烯浆料18%、环氧树脂10%、聚偏二氟乙烯树脂23%、纤维素1.6%、二氧化硅2%、二丙酮醇0.3%、硅酸乙酯2.5%和水余量;
②将上述各组分在140℃的温度下混合均匀后得到石墨烯涂料。
实施例二
一种石墨烯涂料,其制备方法如下:
(1)制备石墨烯浆料:
①按质量百分比计称取双层石墨烯0.6%、氧化石墨烯0.9%、丙烯酸树脂0.18%、1,3-二异丙基碳二亚胺0.5%、硝酸溶液42%和乙醇溶液余量;双层石墨烯和氧化石墨烯的质量比为1:1.5,硝酸溶液的质量浓度为15%,乙醇溶液的质量浓度为36%;
②将上述各组分在35℃的温度下混合搅拌均匀得到石墨烯浆料;
(2)制备石墨烯涂料:
①按质量百分比计称取石墨烯浆料9%、环氧树脂12%、聚偏二氟乙烯树脂28%、纤维素2.6%、二氧化硅1.5%、二丙酮醇0.4%、硅酸乙酯2.2%和水余量;
②将上述各组分在150℃的温度下混合均匀后得到石墨烯涂料。
实施例三
一种石墨烯涂料,其制备方法如下:
(1)制备石墨烯浆料:
①按质量百分比计称取双层石墨烯3.2%、氧化石墨烯4.8%、丙烯酸树脂0.2%、1,3-二异丙基碳二亚胺0.55%、硝酸溶液45%和乙醇溶液余量;双层石墨烯和氧化石墨烯的质量比为1:1.5,硝酸溶液的质量浓度为20%,乙醇溶液的质量浓度为32%;
②将上述各组分在40℃的温度下混合搅拌均匀得到石墨烯浆料;
(2)制备石墨烯涂料:
①按质量百分比计称取石墨烯浆料20%、环氧树脂15%、聚偏二氟乙烯树脂15%、纤维素3%、二氧化硅1.2%、二丙酮醇0.45%、硅酸乙酯2.8%和水余量;
②将上述各组分在150℃的温度下混合均匀后得到石墨烯涂料。
如图所示应用上述石墨烯涂料的电路基板,自上而下依次包括导电层1、绝缘层2和石墨烯导热层3,石墨烯导热层由多层片状氧化石墨烯叠合压制而成;
所述绝缘层的截面形状为长方形结构,绝缘层的下表面设有下固定槽,下固定槽的顶部均匀设有若干第一凸条4,第一凸条的截面形状为直角三角形结构,石墨烯导热层固定在下固定槽中;

Claims (4)

1.一种石墨烯涂料,其特征为,其制备方法如下:
(1)制备石墨烯浆料:
①按质量百分比计称取双层石墨烯0.3-4%、氧化石墨烯0.45-6%、丙烯酸树脂0.05-0.5%、1,3-二异丙基碳二亚胺0.5-0.8%、硝酸溶液35-48%和乙醇溶液余量;
②将上述各组分在35-40℃的温度下混合搅拌均匀得到石墨烯浆料;
(2)制备石墨烯涂料:
①按质量百分比计称取石墨烯浆料5-22%、环氧树脂3-18%、聚偏二氟乙烯树脂12-35%、纤维素0.5-3.2%、二氧化硅1-3%、二丙酮醇0.03-0.8%、硅酸乙酯2-2.8%和水余量;
②将上述各组分在120-160℃的温度下混合均匀后得到石墨烯涂料。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯涂料,其特征为,双层石墨烯和氧化石墨烯的质量比为1:1.5。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯涂料,其特征为,硝酸溶液的质量浓度为12-25%,乙醇溶液的质量浓度为32-38%。
4.应用上述石墨烯涂料的电路基板,其特征为,自上而下依次包括导电层、绝缘层和石墨烯导热层,石墨烯导热层由多层片状氧化石墨烯叠合压制而成;
所述绝缘层的截面形状为长方形结构,绝缘层的下表面设有下固定槽,下固定槽的顶部均匀设有若干第一凸条,第一凸条的截面形状为直角三角形结构,石墨烯导热层固定在下固定槽中;
绝缘层的上表面上对称的设有两个倒角,导电层上设有与绝缘层的倒角相对应的第二凸条,第二凸条上垂直的设有插接条,插接条包括固定部和插接部,长条形结构的固定部固定在第二凸条上,截面为圆弧形结构的插接部固定在固定部上,插接条插入式的设置在倒角的插接槽中;
