Description

Traditional Chinese painting pigment and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a traditional Chinese painting pigment, and further relates to a preparation method for producing the traditional Chinese painting pigment by fermenting pomegranate leaves with lactic acid bacteria, belonging to the field of preparation of traditional Chinese painting pigments.
Background
Traditional Chinese painting pigments are mainly divided into three major classes, namely mineral pigments, plant pigments and chemical fusion pigments. The mineral raw materials mainly comprise cinnabar, stone yellow, stone green and the like, and have strong covering capability, good stability, no color change, poor infiltration performance and poor water resistance; the chemical fusion pigment is eosin, dark red, scarlet, chrome yellow, sky blue and the like, contains organic pigment, has good tinting strength, is easy to disperse, process and grind, has good tolerance and convenient use, and can fade. The chemical fusion pigment is eosin, dark red, scarlet, chrome yellow, sky blue and the like, contains organic pigment, has good tinting strength, is easy to disperse, process and grind, has good tolerance and convenient use, and can fade.
The main colors of the plant pigment comprise dark blue, carmine, gamboge and the like, and the plant pigment has the advantages of no toxicity, no harm, no allergy or carcinogenicity to skin, good biodegradability and environmental compatibility, but has the defects of low yield, poor dyeing reproducibility, low firmness, poor light resistance and the like; this greatly limits the use of vegetable pigments and leaves room for improvement.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to overcome the defects of low yield, poor dyeing reproducibility, low firmness, poor light resistance and the like of the traditional Chinese painting pigment taking plants as main components, and provides the plant traditional Chinese painting pigment with high yield, good dyeing reproducibility, high firmness and light resistance.
The above object of the present invention is achieved by the following technical solutions:
a traditional Chinese painting pigment comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
850-900 parts of fresh pomegranate leaves, 94-140 parts of lactic acid bacteria (lactobacillus) agent, 3-5 parts of salt, 0.5-2 parts of monosodium glutamate, 1-5 parts of expanded starch and 1-5 parts of sodium carboxymethylcellulose;
preferably, the weight parts of the raw materials are as follows: 880 parts of fresh pomegranate leaves, 120 parts of a lactic acid bacteria agent, 4 parts of salt, 1 part of monosodium glutamate, 2 parts of expanded starch and 2 parts of sodium carboxymethylcellulose.
Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB) are a generic term for a group of spore-free, gram-positive bacteria that ferment sugars with lactic acid as the main product, and are a group of bacteria that can produce large amounts of lactic acid using fermentable carbohydrates. The bacteria are widely distributed in nature and have abundant species diversity. The organic acid, special enzyme system, acidomycin and other substances generated by the fermentation of the lactobacillus have special physiological functions, can stimulate the development of tissues, and have effects on the nutritional state, physiological function, immune response, stress response and the like of organisms.
The puffed starch used in the invention can be puffed corn flour, puffed potato flour, puffed sweet potato flour and the like, and the puffed corn flour can be a puffed corn flour as a specific embodiment of the invention, and the corn is extruded and puffed at high temperature and high pressure and then processed into a powdery product; the expanded starch used in the invention can be purchased through market approaches, or can be prepared from corn, potato, sweet potato and the like according to the processing method of the expanded starch, which are conventional preparation methods in the field, and the prepared expanded starch can be suitable for the invention.
The invention further provides a method for preparing the traditional Chinese painting pigment, which comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials according to the dosage;
(2) mixing the raw materials uniformly, adding a proper amount of water, and fermenting at 28-32 ℃;
(3) after the fermentation is finished, drying the fermentation product and grinding the dried fermentation product into fine powder or ultrafine powder to obtain the finished product.
Wherein, the amount of the water added in the step (2) can be adjusted according to the situation, and the water amount is a little more or less, so that the effect of the fermentation is not greatly influenced.
The fermentation time in the step (2) may vary depending on the conditions such as fermentation temperature and humidity, and usually, the fermentation time is required to be 3 to 15 days, preferably 7 to 10 days.
The drying temperature in the step (3) can be 40-70 ℃.
The grinding in step (3) may be carried out by using a ball mill, for example, the dried fermentation product is ground to 2-6 μm by using a ball mill.
The use method of the traditional Chinese painting pigment prepared by the invention comprises the following steps: blending the traditional Chinese painting pigment with appropriate water.
The color of the traditional Chinese painting pigment prepared by the invention is black, and the pigment has bright color quality, and is fine and uniform;
the pigment is smeared on canvas or rice paper, and still maintains good color effect after being contacted with air at normal temperature and being placed for 2 years, and the color does not change, which shows that the pigment has good durable effect.
The Chinese painting pigment is coated on the painting paper and the painting paper is dried, after the painting paper is dried completely, the painting paper is continuously dried for 24 hours and then placed in the environment of direct sunlight for insolation, the color difference is checked after 5 weeks, the average color difference of the detection result is only 0.12, and the prepared Chinese painting pigment has good light resistance and strong stability.
The invention mainly takes pomegranate leaves as a fermentation raw material and takes lactobacillus as a fermentation microbial inoculum to ferment and prepare the traditional Chinese painting pigment with black color, and the color quality is bright, fine and uniform; the light resistance is good, and the stability is high; the method has low preparation cost, safety and environmental protection.
