技术领域
本发明涉及收折式拉杆收纳箱,特别是涉及收折式拉杆收纳箱的弹性自锁卡紧机构。
背景技术
收纳箱用于方便人们收纳和整理物件,传统的收纳箱一般是整体式,不能折叠,所以体积大,在仓储、运输时,占用空间大,提高仓储、运输成本,因此人们发明了收折式的收纳箱,而收纳箱在收折后,其前箱板和后箱板之间需要通过卡扣进行卡紧,防止其自动打开,便于携带,已有收折式收纳箱通常包括卡扣板,卡扣板的前侧内壁制有倒钩,卡扣板的上下两侧制有转轴,转轴外设有扭簧,卡扣板通过转轴插到后箱板的插孔中,在前箱板制有凸筋,通过扭簧的弹力使卡扣板的倒钩与前箱板的凸筋卡紧配合,防止其自动打开,该结构采用扭簧和卡扣板两个部件,结构复杂,装配麻烦,制造成本高,且扭簧长期使用后弹力变弱,导致卡扣板卡紧不可靠,使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术存在的缺点,提供一种在卡扣板上制有一体的弹片,使卡扣板自身具有弹力,能在收纳箱收折后自锁卡紧,结构简单,制造、装配方便,降低制造成本,使用寿命长的收折式拉杆收纳箱的弹性自锁卡紧机构。
本发明收折式拉杆收纳箱的弹性自锁卡紧机构的技术方案是:包括前箱板、后箱板、两侧箱板和底板,在前箱板下制有底脚,后箱板中制有拉杆孔,拉杆孔中设置拉杆,后箱板下设置脚轮,所述两侧箱板分为前侧板和后侧板,前侧板的前侧与前箱板经销子旋转连接,前侧板的后侧与后侧板经销子旋转连接,后侧板的后侧与后箱板经销子旋转连接,所述底脚与前箱板经销子旋转连接,其特征在于:所述后箱板的两侧制有凹槽,凹槽中制有上下两个插孔,插孔连接弹性自锁卡扣,所述的弹性自锁卡扣包括塑料材料制成的卡扣板,卡扣板的上下两侧制有凸片,凸片上制有转轴,转轴与插孔插接配合,在卡扣板的前侧内壁制有倒钩,卡扣板的后侧制有圆弧板,圆弧板后侧制有弹片,弹片与圆弧板之间制有间隙槽,弹片与后箱板的后侧壁面相接触,在前箱板上制有凸筋,凸筋与倒钩相配合。
本发明公开了一种收折式拉杆收纳箱的弹性自锁卡紧机构,主要特征是在卡扣板的后侧制有圆弧板,圆弧板的后侧制有弹片,弹片与圆弧板之间制有间隙槽,使弹片能够独立的凸出于圆弧板,装配时,将弹性自锁卡扣经上下转轴与后箱板的插孔插接配合,卡扣板与后箱板的侧壁面接触,弹片与后箱板的后壁面相接触,当将收纳箱进行收折时,底板经销子向上旋转贴在前箱板内壁,前侧板和后侧板经销子向内对折,然后将前箱板和后箱板相互贴合在一起,此时人们可用手将卡扣板稍微向外扳动,使凸筋能够卡入倒钩内,而弹性自锁卡扣后侧的弹片则与后箱板的后侧壁面接触,产生轻微的弹性变形,当人们松开手后,弹片在回复力的作用下带动卡扣板旋转复位,使倒钩能卡住凸筋,从而对前、后箱板起到限位作用,防止前、后箱板自动打开;而当要将收纳箱展开时,只要用手稍用力将卡扣板向外扳动,使倒钩脱出凸筋,便能将前、后箱板伸展开。本方案收折式拉杆收纳箱的弹性自锁卡紧机构,通过将弹片、圆弧板和卡扣板一体制造成型,利用弹片的弹力,使卡扣板能够自动复位,结构简单,制造方便,降低生产成本,保证使用寿命,收纳箱收折后卡紧可靠。
本发明收折式拉杆收纳箱的弹性自锁卡紧机构,所述的弹片为1—4片。所述圆弧板的内壁制有加强片。有了加强片,提高圆弧板内壁的结构强度。所述卡扣板的前侧制有倾斜向外的斜片,斜片与卡扣板、倒钩之间形成手指槽。有了手指槽,更有利于手指可伸入手指槽中打开卡扣板。

本发明涉及一种收折式拉杆收纳箱的弹性自锁卡紧机构,如图1—图7所示,包括前箱板1、后箱板2、两侧箱板和底板,在前箱板1下制有底脚4,后箱板中制有拉杆孔5,拉杆孔中设置拉杆,后箱板下设置脚轮,所述两侧箱板分为前侧板7和后侧板8,前侧板的前侧与前箱板经销子旋转连接,前侧板的后侧与后侧板经销子旋转连接,后侧板的后侧与后箱板2经销子旋转连接,所述底脚3与前箱板1经销子旋转连接,其特征在于:所述后箱板2的两侧制有凹槽9,凹槽中制有上下两个插孔10,插孔连接弹性自锁卡扣11,所述的弹性自锁卡扣包括塑料材料制成的卡扣板12,卡扣板的上下两侧制有凸片13,凸片上制有转轴14,转轴与插孔10插接配合,在卡扣板的前侧内壁制有倒钩15,卡扣板的后侧制有圆弧板16,圆弧板后侧制有弹片17,弹片与圆弧板之间制有间隙槽22,弹片与后箱板2的后侧壁面相接触,在前箱板1上制有凸筋18,凸筋与倒钩15相配合。主要特征是在卡扣板12的后侧制有圆弧板16,圆弧板的后侧制有弹片17,弹片与圆弧板之间制有间隙槽22,使弹片17能够独立的凸出于圆弧板16,装配时,将弹性自锁卡扣11经上下转轴14与后箱板2的插孔10插接配合,卡扣板12与后箱板2的侧壁面接触,弹片17与后箱板的后壁面相接触,当将收纳箱进行收折时,底板经销子向上旋转贴在前箱板1内壁,前侧板7和后侧板8经销子向内对折,然后将前箱板1和后箱板2相互贴合在一起,此时人们可用手将卡扣板12稍微向外扳动,使凸筋18能够卡入倒钩15内,而弹性自锁卡扣11后侧的弹片17则与后箱板2的后侧壁面接触,产生轻微的弹性变形,当人们松开手后,弹片在回复力的作用下带动卡扣板12旋转复位,使倒钩15能卡住凸筋18,从而对前、后箱板1、2起到限位作用,防止前、后箱板自动打开;而当要将收纳箱展开时,只要用手稍用力将卡扣板12向外扳动,使倒钩15脱出凸筋18,便能将前、后箱板伸展开。本方案收折式拉杆收纳箱的弹性自锁卡紧机构,通过将弹片17、圆弧板16和卡扣板12一体制造成型,利用弹片的弹力,使卡扣板能够自动复位,结构简单,制造方便,降低生产成本,保证使用寿命,收纳箱收折后卡紧可靠。所述的弹片17为1—4片。所述圆弧板16的内壁制有加强片19。有了加强片19,提高圆弧板16内壁的结构强度。所述卡扣板12的前侧制有倾斜向外的斜片20,斜片与卡扣板12、倒钩15之间形成手指槽21。有了手指槽21,更有利于手指可伸入手指槽21中打开卡扣板12。

1.收折式拉杆收纳箱的弹性自锁卡紧机构,包括前箱板(1)、后箱板(2)、两侧箱板和底板,在前箱板(1)下制有底脚(4),后箱板中制有拉杆孔(5),拉杆孔中设置拉杆,后箱板下设置脚轮,所述两侧箱板分为前侧板(7)和后侧板(8),前侧板的前侧与前箱板经销子旋转连接,前侧板的后侧与后侧板经销子旋转连接,后侧板的后侧与后箱板(2)经销子旋转连接,所述底脚(3)与前箱板(1)经销子旋转连接,其特征在于:所述后箱板(2)的两侧制有凹槽(9),凹槽中制有上下两个插孔(10),插孔连接弹性自锁卡扣(11),所述的弹性自锁卡扣包括塑料材料制成的卡扣板(12),卡扣板的上下两侧制有凸片(13),凸片上制有转轴(14),转轴与插孔(10)插接配合,在卡扣板的前侧内壁制有倒钩(15),卡扣板的后侧制有圆弧板(16),圆弧板后侧制有弹片(17),弹片与圆弧板之间制有间隙槽(22),弹片与后箱板(2)的后侧壁面相接触,在前箱板(1)上制有凸筋(18),凸筋与倒钩(15)相配合。
