When the articles are packaged and transported, in order to avoid damage of the articles caused by collision, a buffer material is arranged in a packaging box, and a bubble bag made of plastic films is a common buffer material.
In the existing bubble machine, according to different heat sealing modes, two layers of separated plastic films are adopted to manufacture bubble bags through heat fusion; and some adopt prefabricated double-layer plastic films as raw materials. Whether two separate plastic films or a prefabricated double plastic film are used, the air bubble bag can be formed by heating and sealing after inflation.
In the existing bubble machine, a heating conveyor belt is mostly adopted to realize the conveying and heat sealing of plastic films, namely, the plastic films are clamped between two moving annular conveyor belts and conveyed forward, and meanwhile, a heating device heats the conveyor belts to heat the plastic films to be sealed in a hot melting mode. The disadvantages of this approach are: 1. the conveyor belt made of flexible materials is stressed and heated during working, is easy to damage and has short service life; 2. the heating device heats the plastic film sheet through the conveyor belt, the heat transfer efficiency is low, and the heating speed is low, so that the conveying speed of the plastic film sheet cannot be too high, and the production efficiency is affected.
There are also few bubble machines that heat the plastic film by direct contact with a heating plate that is heated by a heating element. At present, the bubble machine adopting the heating mode has the advantages that the heating elements are in contact heat transfer with the heating plates through the heat transfer plates, the structure is complex, the heat loss is large in the process of heat transfer, the heat efficiency is low, and the defects of uneven heating exist.

Preferably, in order to adjust the tensioning degree of the bag film during the conveying process, a tensioning shaft 60 can be further installed on the frame 10, and the axis of the tensioning shaft 60 is parallel to the axes of the two material pulling rubber wheels 51 of the material pulling device 50 and is rotatably installed on the frame 10.

The heat sealing device 40 of the bubble machine of this embodiment includes a heat-pressing wheel 1 and an electromagnetic heater, wherein the heat-pressing wheel 1 is fixedly arranged on the first transmission shaft 2 and rotates along with the first transmission shaft 2, and the electromagnetic heater is arranged at intervals with the heat-pressing wheel 1 and heats the heat-pressing wheel 1.
The heat sealing device 40 of the bubble machine of the embodiment adopts the electromagnetic heater to heat the ironing wheel 1, the electromagnetic heater can heat the ironing wheel 1 without directly or contacting the ironing wheel 1 through the heat transfer plate, thereby saving the intermediate transfer link of heat, avoiding heat loss, greatly improving the heat efficiency and having the advantages of high heating speed and uniform heating. In addition, as the electromagnetic heater and the ironing wheel 1 are mutually spaced and are not contacted, the structure and the working state of the ironing wheel 1 are not influenced, so that the design of the ironing wheel 1 is simpler and more convenient, and the structure is simplified.
The ironing wheel 1 in the embodiment is made of a metal material, and can be quickly heated up under the action of an electromagnetic heater to reach the required working temperature in a short time.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, friction rings 6 are provided on the outer circumferential surfaces of both ends of the ironing wheel 1, so that the outer circumferential surface of the ironing wheel 1 includes a metal circumferential surface 11 located in the middle and friction circumferential surfaces 12 located at both sides of the metal circumferential surface 11, and the diameters of the metal circumferential surface 11 and the friction circumferential surfaces 12 are equal. The friction ring 6 is preferably made of silica gel.
The size of the diameter D of the ironing wheel 1 is not limited. In this embodiment, preferably, the diameter D of the ironing wheel 1 satisfies: 50mm < D < 100mm. For example, the diameter D of the ironing wheel 1 may be set to 51mm.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, the electromagnetic heater includes a coil panel 3, and the coil panel 3 is disposed at a distance from the ironing wheel 1. In the present embodiment, the coil panel 3 is disposed coaxially with the ironing wheel 1. Of course, the relative positions of the coil panel 3 and the ironing wheel 1 are not limited to the present embodiment. In the electromagnetic heating mode, the coil panel is one of important devices for completing LC oscillation, is a device for storing and releasing electric energy, and is a key device for completing conversion of electric field energy into magnetic field energy. The heating mode can reduce the intermediate links of heat transfer, thereby greatly improving the heat efficiency and realizing uniform heating. In actual operation, the control circuit in the electromagnetic heater can convert the direct current voltage rectified by the commercial power into high-frequency voltage with the frequency of about 30kHz, and then the coil panel 3 generates a high-frequency alternating magnetic field, so that eddy currents are generated in the adjacent metal ironing wheels 1, the metal ironing wheels 1 are heated rapidly, and the required working temperature is reached in a short time.
To achieve the installation of the electromagnetic heater, preferably, the heat sealing device 40 of the present embodiment further includes a mounting bracket 4 for mounting the electromagnetic heater, the mounting bracket 4 is mounted on the frame 10, and the mounting bracket 4 is located above the ironing wheel 1. Preferably, the mounting bracket 4 in this embodiment is in a semicircle shape, the size of which matches the size of the coil panel 3, the top and two ends of the semicircle mounting bracket 4 are respectively provided with a support bar 41, and the semicircle mounting bracket 4 is mounted on the frame 10 through the support bar 41. In this embodiment, the support bar 41 is integral with the semicircular mounting bracket 4. The upper half part of the coil panel 3 is fixedly connected with the mounting bracket 4. In this embodiment, the coil panel 3 is coaxial with the ironing wheel 1 after being mounted on the mounting bracket 4, that is, the coil panel 3 is parallel to the ironing wheel 1, and a space is provided between the coil panel 3 and the ironing wheel 1 along the axial direction of the coil panel 3 and the ironing wheel 1.
The size of the space between the coil panel 3 and the ironing wheel 1 is not limited. In the present embodiment, preferably, the distance L between the coil disk 3 and the ironing wheel 1 satisfies: l is more than 4mm and less than 8mm, so as to meet the electromagnetic heating requirement. For example, the distance L between the coil disk 3 and the ironing wheel 1 may be set to 5mm.
Further, in order to control the temperature of the ironing wheel 1, it is preferable that the heat sealing device 40 of the present embodiment further includes a temperature detector 5 for measuring the temperature of the ironing wheel 1. The temperature of the ironing wheel 1 is measured in real time through the temperature measuring device 5, and the electromagnetic heater is adjusted according to the measurement result, so that the temperature of the ironing wheel 1 can be effectively controlled, and the influence on heat sealing quality due to overhigh temperature of the ironing wheel 1 is avoided. The temperature detector 5 in this embodiment is mounted on the frame and is close to the first drive shaft 2. The temperature detector 5 is connected with the frame through a screw 9. The temperature detector 5 may be a temperature sensor.
Further, in order to provide support for the ironing wheel 1 at the time of sealing, it is preferable that the heat sealing device 40 of the present embodiment further includes a second transmission shaft 7 parallel to the first transmission shaft 2 and a pressing wheel 8 fixed to the second transmission shaft 7 and rotated together with the second transmission shaft 7, and the rim of the pressing wheel 8 is in rolling contact with the rim of the ironing wheel 1. In this embodiment, the pressing wheel 8 contacts with the metal circumferential surface 11 of the ironing wheel 1, so as to provide a proper heat sealing pressure for the plastic bag film pressed between them, and ensure the quality of heat sealing. The contact between the pinch roller 8 and the friction circumferential surface 12 of the ironing wheel 1 can provide a proper pulling force for the plastic bag film pressed between them to play a role of pulling materials, so that in order to better generate the pulling friction force, the pinch roller 8 is preferably a rubber wheel.
Because the contact of the pressing wheel 8 and the friction circumferential surface 12 of the ironing wheel 1 can play a role of pulling materials, the heat sealing device 40 of the bubble machine of the embodiment can also be used as a pulling device at the same time, thereby omitting the setting of the pulling device 50 and further simplifying the overall structure of the bubble machine. Of course, the material pulling device 50 and the heat sealing device 40 of the present embodiment may be provided at the same time, and the heat sealing device 40 of the present embodiment plays a role of assisting in pulling material.
In summary, the heat sealing device 40 of the air bubble machine of the embodiment adopts the electromagnetic heater to heat the ironing wheel 1, so that the intermediate transfer link of heat is omitted, the heat loss is avoided, the heat efficiency is greatly improved, and the air bubble machine has the advantages of high heating speed and uniform heating.
