The heating pipe 12 is installed in the central hole 111, and the heating pipe 12 is supported at the central axis of the central hole 111; the two ends of the hot pressing roller body 11 are respectively provided with the sealing covers 13, so as to seal the central hole 111 of the hot pressing roller body 11, and the central hole 111 of the hot pressing roller body 11 is filled with heat conduction oil, so that the two sealing covers 13 seal the heat conduction oil in the central hole 111 of the hot pressing roller body 11, and because the central hole 111 is internally provided with the heating pipe 12, and the heating pipe 12 is arranged at the central shaft of the central hole 111, the heating pipe 12 is prevented from directly heating the pressing roller 11, the heat conduction oil is heated through the heating pipe 12, and the heat conduction oil can flow in the central hole 111 due to temperature difference, so that the temperatures of all parts of the heat conduction oil can be more uniform, and further when the heat conduction oil conducts heat to the hot pressing roller body 11, all parts of the side. The heating pipe 12 is fixedly connected with a sealing cover 13 to support the heating pipe 12 through the sealing cover 13.

An annular support plate 141 is provided to support the support pipe 14 at the central axis of the central hole 111 of the hot press roller body 11, and further to support the heating pipe 12 at the central axis of the central hole 111 of the hot press roller body 11; and the structure also facilitates the sealing connection of the two sealing covers 13 with the two ends of the supporting pipe 14. In addition, the supporting plates 141 are arranged at the two ends of the supporting tube 14, so that the supporting plates 141 can be prevented from directly heating the side surface of the press roll 11, and the side surface of the hot-pressing roll body 11 is heated by heat-conducting oil, so that the side surface of the hot-pressing roll body 11 is heated more uniformly.
Further, referring to fig. 6 to 9, as an embodiment of the circuit board rolling film device provided by the present invention, the supporting plate 141 and the supporting tube 14 are integrally formed to ensure good connection strength between the supporting plate 141 and the supporting tube 14, and the supporting plate 141 and the supporting tube 14 are connected in a sealing manner.
Further, referring to fig. 6 to 9, as an embodiment of the circuit board film rolling and laminating apparatus provided by the present invention, the hot pressing roller 11 is made of aluminum, that is, the hot pressing roller 11 is an aluminum hot pressing roller 11. Due to the good heat conducting property of the aluminum material, the heat conducting oil can heat the press roller 11 better. Specifically, the hot-pressing roller 11 may be made of AL7075 material.
