Abstract
一种金属—陶瓷复合板材,其特征是:在两层陶瓷基板(2)之间,或在陶瓷基板(2)的一侧烧结复合有金属板材(1),从而构成金属—陶瓷复合板材。金属板材(1)为带有光边孔洞(1a)的孔板,或带有冲刺孔洞的孔板,在冲刺孔洞的一侧或两侧带有冲出的金属毛刺(1b),或没有孔洞的金属原板,或经过打毛处理的金属板。陶瓷基板(2)为整张或被预留膨胀缝(2b)分割许多独立的小块。在上述陶瓷基板(2)上开有V形凹槽(2c),以便于金属—陶瓷复合板材沿着V形凹槽(2c)折弯成型。

技术领域
陶瓷制品,特别是陶瓷板材复合材料。
背景技术
迄今为止,陶瓷板材如:瓷砖或陶瓷大板,主要是由单质陶瓷材料制成。其缺点是抗冲击强度底,不安全。还有一种陶瓷复合板材是用瓷砖或陶瓷大板,与纤维布或塑胶膜片胶结复合。其缺点是使用寿命地且不防火。另外,目前所知的陶瓷板材只能作为平面材料使用,无法折弯成型材使用。它们需要被固定在框架或墙体或地面上使用,且抗弯强度很低,使用成本较高。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种金属—陶瓷复合板材,其特征是:在两层陶瓷基板2之间,或在陶瓷基板2的一侧烧结复合有金属板材1,从而构成金属—陶瓷复合板材。
上述金属板材1为带有光边孔洞1a的孔板,或带有冲刺孔洞的孔板,在冲刺孔洞的一侧或两侧带有冲出的金属毛刺1b,或没有孔洞的金属原板,或经过打毛处理的金属板。
上述金属板材1的材质为碳钢板或不锈钢板或铁板。
上述金属板材1的厚度为0.2至6毫米。
上述陶瓷基板2的厚度为2至30毫米。
上述陶瓷基板2为整张或被预留膨胀缝2b分割许多独立的小块。
上述陶瓷基板2上的预留膨胀缝2b的预留宽度为0.1至5毫米。
在上述陶瓷基板2上开有V形凹槽2c,以便于金属—陶瓷复合板材沿着V形凹槽2c折弯成型。
上述留膨胀缝2b和V形凹槽2c,应在陶瓷基板2烧结之前的坯料制作阶段制作形成。也可在陶瓷基板2烧结后通过切磨制作形成。
当上述金属板材1为没有孔洞的金属原板,或经过打毛处理的金属板时,在金属板材1与陶瓷基板2之间涂有一层陶瓷釉料(图中为画出),以便于金属板材1与陶瓷基板2之间牢固烧结。
当上述金属板材1为为带有光边孔洞1a的孔板,或带有冲刺孔洞的孔板,且金属板材1位于两层陶瓷基板2之间时,在两层陶瓷基板2相接触的各个孔洞部位之间涂有一层陶瓷釉料(图中为画出)以便于金属板材1两侧的陶瓷板基2之间牢固烧结。
本发明的有益之处在于,可极大提高陶瓷板的抗弯强度和安全性能。并可折弯成型材使用,不仅可以扩大其使用领域,并且可提高其使用强度和降低使用成本。

图5是本发明实施例之五的外观立体图。在上述陶瓷基板2上开有留膨胀缝2b和V形凹槽2c,以便于金属—陶瓷复合板材沿着V形凹槽2c折弯成型。
图6是本发明实施例之六的外观立体图。金属—陶瓷复合板材沿着V形凹槽2c折弯成型。

具体实施方式
在制作陶瓷基板2的坯料时,将金属板材1复合在陶瓷基板2之间或一侧,成然后烧结制品。
上述留膨胀缝2b和V形凹槽2c,应在陶瓷基板2烧结之前的坯料制作阶段制作形成。或在陶瓷基板2烧结后通过切磨制作形成。
Claims (10)
1.一种金属—陶瓷复合板材,其特征是:在两层陶瓷基板(2)之间,或在陶瓷基板(2)的一侧烧结复合有金属板材(1),从而构成金属—陶瓷复合板材。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属—陶瓷复合板材,其特征是:上述金属板材(1)为带有光边孔洞(1a)的孔板,或带有冲刺孔洞的孔板,在冲刺孔洞的一侧或两侧带有冲出的金属毛刺(1b),或没有孔洞的金属原板,或经过打毛处理的金属板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属—陶瓷复合板材,其特征是:上述金属板材(1)的材质为碳钢板或不锈钢板或铁板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属—陶瓷复合板材,其特征是:上述金属板材(1)的厚度为0.2至6毫米。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属—陶瓷复合板材,其特征是:上述陶瓷基板(2)的厚度为2至30毫米。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属—陶瓷复合板材,其特征是:上述陶瓷基板(2)为整张或被预留膨胀缝(2b)分割许多独立的小块。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属—陶瓷复合板材,其特征是:上述陶瓷基板(2)上的预留膨胀缝(2b)的预留宽度为0.1至5毫米。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属—陶瓷复合板材,其特征是:在上述陶瓷基板(2)上开有V形凹槽(2c),以便于金属—陶瓷复合板材沿着V形凹槽(2c)折弯成型。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属—陶瓷复合板材,其特征是:当上述金属板材(1)为没有孔洞的金属原板,或经过打毛处理的金属板时,在金属板材(1)与陶瓷基板(2)之间涂有一层陶瓷釉料,以便于金属板材(1)与陶瓷基板(2)之间牢固烧结。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属—陶瓷复合板材,其特征是:当上述金属板材(1)为为带有光边孔洞(1a)的孔板,或带有冲刺孔洞的孔板,且金属板材(1)位于两层陶瓷基板(2)之间时,在两层陶瓷基板(2)相接触的各个孔洞部位之间涂有一层陶瓷釉料,以便于金属板材(1)两侧的陶瓷板基(2)之间牢固烧结。
