Abstract
本发明提供一种三维打印装置,包括机架、控制模块、喷头模块以及馈送模块。喷头模块可移动地设置于机架内且电性连接控制模块。控制模块驱动喷头模块在机架内移动并定义出打印空间,其中喷头模块受控于控制模块而在打印空间打印三维物件。馈送模块可拆卸地组装于机架且电性连接控制模块,其中控制模块驱动馈送模块传送介质至打印空间,以驱动喷头模块在介质上打印二维图案。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种三维打印装置。
背景技术
随着科技的日益发展,许多利用逐层建构模型等加成式制造技术(additivemanufacturing technology)来建造物理三维(three-dimensional,3-D)模型的不同方法已纷纷被提出。一般而言,加成式制造技术是将利用电脑辅助设计(computer-aideddesign,CAD)等软体建构的3-D模型的设计数据转换为连续堆叠的多个薄(准二维)横截面层。目前已发展出许多可以形成多个薄横截面层的方式。
传统二维打印与上述的三维打印相较之下,除了所使用的材料不同外,传统二维打印需通过特定介质作为载体,让二维图案能被打印至载体上,而在喷头模块的驱动方式上并无太大不同,即两者的差别仅在喷头模块是否进行三维或二维的驱动模式而已。
据此,如何以有限资源及结构来达到让三维打印与二维打印能并行于同一装置内而产生相得益彰的打印效果,便成了相关技术人员所需思考并解决的课题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种维打印装置,通过将馈送模块可拆卸地组装于机架,而让复合式喷头模块针对馈送模块的存在与否而产生对应的二维打印动作或三维打印动作,而提高三维打印装置的适用范围。
本发明的实施例提供三维打印模块,包括机架、控制模块、喷头模块以及馈送模块。喷头模块可移动地设置于机架内且电性连接控制模块,其中控制模块驱动喷头模块在机架内移动并定义出打印空间,喷头模块受控于控制模块而在打印空间打印三维物件。馈送模块可拆卸地组装于机架且电性连接控制模块,其中控制模块适于驱动馈送模块传送介质至打印空间,以驱动喷头模块在介质上打印二维图案。
基于上述,三维打印装置通过喷头模块具备复合式打印能力,而在将馈送模块组装于机架并电性连接至控制模块后,即能驱动馈送模块将介质传送至打印空间后,驱动喷头模块在介质上打印二维图案,而当馈送模块自机架拆卸后,即能恢复喷头模块在所述打印空间打印三维物件的能力。据此,三维打印装置兼具三维及二维打印能力,而得以有效地提高其适用范围。
为让本发明的上述特征和优点能更明显易懂,下文特举实施例,并配合附图作详细说明如下。

具体实施方式
图1是依据本发明一实施例的一种三维打印装置的示意图。图2是图1的三维打印装置于另一使用状态的示意图。图3是本发明的三维打印装置的构件电性连接示意图。需先说明的是,图1与图2部分非相关结构会予以省略,以利于显示且辨识出所需的构件部位。同时,图中提供直角座标X-Y-Z以利于进行描述。
请同时参考图1至图3,在本实施例中,三维打印装置100包括机架110、控制模块120、喷头模块130、成型平台160以及驱动模块140。在此,三维打印装置100例如是熔融沉积成型(Fused Deposition Modeling,FDM)打印装置,其通过控制模块120依据3D模型的设计数据,而驱动喷头模块130在成型平台160上逐层涂布成型材并将其固化为截面层,并得以逐层建构且堆叠出立体物件。如图1所示的架构,即是三维打印装置100用以产生三维物件的使用状态示意。
如前述,为了提高三维打印装置的适用范围,本实施例的三维打印装置100还包括馈送模块150,其通过组装支架112而设置于机架110内,并得以搭配喷头模块130进行二维打印动作。如图2所示,即是三维打印装置100在进行二维打印动作的构件状态。
详细而言,本实施例的喷头模块130是通过驱动模块140而可移动地设置于机架110内且电性连接控制模块120。在此,驱动模块140例如是由驱动马达、齿轮、皮带以及轨道等多个驱动构件所组成,以提供在机架110内移动喷头模块130的效果。在此不限定各个构件的型式及其组成,亦即能电性连接至控制模块120后用以传动喷头模块130者,均可适用于本实施例。如图1所示,喷头模块130包括三维打印组件A1与喷墨组件A2,且同时配置在同一个驱动构件上而达到能同步(驱动)移动的效果。也就是说,本实施例的喷头模块130是复合式喷头模块,控制模块120能驱动三维打印组件A1而在成型平台160上打印三维物件,还能驱动喷墨组件A2打印二维图案,且更重要的是,本实施例还能据以让喷墨组件A2对三维物件提供喷墨上色的动作。
图5显示三维打印装置的使用模式示意图,在此仅以简单示意图显示而有利于说明。请同时参考图1与图5,在本实施例中,喷头模块130受控于控制模块120而得以在机架110内移动,同时也因此定义出打印空间SP,如前所述,此时是作为三维打印使用,因此控制模块120得以驱动喷头模块130于打印空间SP中移动,同时搭配驱动成型平台160沿Z轴移动,因此能顺利地驱动三维打印组件A1在成型平台160上逐层堆叠出三维物件200。同时,也能驱动喷墨组件A2对三维物件200进行上色。
图4A是图2的馈送模块的局部剖视图。图4B是图4A的馈送模块的简单示意图。图6显示三维打印装置的使用模式示意图,以对应图2及图4的状态。请参考图2、图4A、图4B及图6,当欲进行二维打印时,先行将成型平台160移离打印空间SP,而改以将馈送模块150通过组装架112组装至机架110,并据以电性连接馈送模块150与控制模块120。在本实施例中,成型平台160受控制模块120驱动而远离打印空间SP且移至机架110内部空间的底部,以让出空间作为组装馈送模块150之用。
如图4A所示,馈送模块150包括传送轮R1~R5以及馈入部151、打印部152、反馈部154与馈出部153,其中传送轮R1设置于馈入部151,传送轮R5设置于反馈部,传送轮R4设置于馈出部153,传送轮R3设置于打印部152,以及传送轮R2设置于打印部152、反馈部154与馈入部151之间。需先提及的是,本实施例仅提供其中一种传送轮的配置方式且不以此为限,在其他未显示的实施例中,传送轮的数量及配置可随着介质的型式或传输方向而有对应地适性改变。
在本实施例中,上述传送轮R1~R5的设置在馈送模块150内形成第一传送路径P1与第二传送路径P2,如图4B所示。在第一传送路径P1中,介质PA会依序行经馈入部151、打印部152与馈出部153,以让介质PA在打印部152处接受喷墨组件A2打印二维图案,其中喷墨组件A2的喷墨头A2a便能对打印部152处的介质PA进行喷墨打印动作。如图6所示,在此喷墨头A2a可为压电式喷头或热泡式喷头,其已能由现有喷墨技术得知,在此便不再赘述。在此,图6所示馈送模块150与图2、图4所示馈送模块150相同,仅为利于辨识而以外型轮廓显示而已。此外,在另一未显示的实施例中,三维打印装置还包括扫描模块,可拆卸地装设于馈送模块的馈出部,以对行经的介质进行扫描动作。。
此外尚值一提的是,当介质PA沿第二传送路径P2行进时,介质PA依序行经馈入部151、打印部152、反馈部154、打印部152以及馈出部153。换句话说,介质PA将通过反馈部154的回转路径设计而翻面,亦即介质会以其相反的两表面行经打印部152,故而藉此完成双面二维图案的打印动作。
另需提及的是,本实施例所述介质PA是二维物件,例如纸张,但不以此为限。举凡能受馈送模块150驱动而被传送至打印空间SP者都可适用于本实施例。据此,喷墨组件A2便能顺利地在介质PA上打印出二维图案。
此外,在图6所示的打印过程中,介质PA持续地受传送轮R1~R5驱动而分别以第一传送路径P1或第二传送路径P2被传送。在此模式下,喷墨组件A2实质上是固定地位于打印空间SP中足以对应至打印部152的位置,且与打印部152保持预设高度Z1,以利进行喷墨上色的动作。也就是说,此时喷墨组件A2受控于控制模块120而在打印空间SP中是处于静止不动,而介质PA则是持续地被传送轮驱动而行经打印部152,即如图6所示,介质PA持续地朝正X轴方向行进,直至移出馈送模块150。因此,在本模式中,介质PA可全部都位于打印空间SP中,也可仅让介质PA行经打印部152的部分位于打印空间SP中,即馈送模块150仅需让打印部152位于打印空间SP。
图7显示三维打印装置在另一模式的示意图。请参考图7,与前述模式不同的是,介质PA无论经由第一传送路径P1或第二传送路径P2,其经传送至打印空间SP后均被固定于预设位置,且此时介质PA是完全位于打印空间SP中。因此在此模式下,控制模块120驱动喷墨组件A2在打印空间SP中移动而进行打印,且喷墨组件A2实质上是在一平面上作动以进行二维打印动作,所述平面平行于打印部152,亦即平行于X-Y平面,且所述平面相对于打印部152也保持预设高度Z1。当打印完毕后,方再将介质PA从打印部152被传送至馈出部153。
图8显示三维打印装置在另一模式的示意图。请参考图8,与前述实施例不同的是,本实施例的打印空间SP与馈送模块150的打印部152之间保持预设高度Z1,亦即介质PA无须进入打印空间SP,但所述预设高度是喷墨组件A2的有效喷墨距离,以确保喷墨组件A2能顺利地在介质PA上打印二维图案。换句话说,无论是上述实施例或本实施例,馈送模块150实质上是设置在打印空间SP的底部,且依据不同实施例而与打印空间SP接触或保持预设高度Z1。
图9显示本发明另一实施例的三维打印装置的模式示意图。与前述实施例不同的是,本实施例的馈送模块150是组装于成型平台160旁且使两者共平面,亦即成型平台160无须远离打印空间SP。据此,介质PA通过馈送模块150而被传送至成型平台160上,进而使控制模块120直接控制喷墨组件A2对成型平台160上的介质PA直接进行二维打印,而将二维图案打印在位于成型平台160上的介质PA。
综上所述,在本发明的上述实施例中,三维打印装置通过馈送模块装设于机架与否,而能对应地控制喷头模块进行所需的三维物件或二维图案的打印动作,在其中一状态时,喷头模块受控于控制模块而在机架内移动并定义出打印空间,且在成型平台移至打印空间时,喷头模块的三维打印组件据以在成型平台上打印三维物件。可选择地,控制模块也能驱动喷墨组件对三维物件在打印过程中或打印完毕后进行喷墨上色的动作。而在另一状态时,成型平台受驱动而远离打印空间,并改以将馈送模块装设于机架,以让介质受馈送模块的驱动而被传送至打印空间或行经打印空间,进而得以驱动喷墨组件对介质进行二维打印,而将二维图案打印于介质上。
再者,于又一状态时,成型平台仍维持紧邻打印空间的状态,而将馈送模块装设于成型平台旁,以使两者共平面,因此介质受馈送模块的驱动而被传送至成型平台,以驱动喷墨组件对成型平台上的介质进行二维打印动作。

虽然本发明已以实施例揭示如上,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何所属技术领域中技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作些许的更改与润饰,故本发明的保护范围当视后附的申请专利范围所界定的为准。
Claims (13)
1.一种三维打印装置,其特征在于,包括:
机架;
控制模块;
喷头模块,可移动地设置于所述机架内且电性连接所述控制模块,其中所述控制模块驱动所述喷头模块在所述机架内移动并定义出打印空间,其中所述喷头模块受控于所述控制模块而在所述打印空间打印三维物件;以及
馈送模块,可拆卸地组装于所述机架且电性连接所述控制模块,其中所述控制模块适于驱动所述馈送模块并传送所述介质至所述打印空间或行经所述打印空间旁,以驱动所述喷头模块在所述介质上打印二维图案,其中所述馈送模块包括一馈入部、一打印部、一馈出部、一反馈部以及多个传送轮,所述些传送轮分别设置在所述馈入部、所述馈出部与所述反馈部并形成一第一传送路径与一第二传送路径,所述介质沿所述第一传送路径依序行经所述馈入部、所述打印部与所述馈出部,所述介质沿所述第二传送路径依序行经所述馈入部、所述打印部、所述反馈部、所述打印部与所述馈出部,在打印所述二维图案的过程中,所述介质被所述些传送轮驱动而沿所述第一传送路径或沿所述第二传送路径被传送。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三维打印装置,其特征在于,所述喷头模块包括三维打印组件与喷墨组件,所述控制模块驱动所述三维打印组件打印所述三维物件,且所述控制模块驱动所述喷墨组件在所述介质上打印所述二维图案。
3.根据权利要求2所述的三维打印装置,其特征在于,所述控制模块还驱动所述喷墨组件喷墨上色于所述三维物件。
4.根据权利要求2所述的三维打印装置,其特征在于,还包括成型平台,设置于所述机架内且电性连接所述控制模块,所述成型平台移至所述打印空间,以使所述三维打印组件受控于所述控制模块而在所述成型平台上打印所述三维物件。
5.根据权利要求4所述的三维打印装置,其特征在于,所述成型平台移出所述打印空间,以使所述喷墨组件受控于所述控制模块而在所述介质上打印所述二维图案。
6.根据权利要求4所述的三维打印装置,其特征在于,所述成型平台移至所述打印空间,且所述馈送模块设置于所述成型平台旁,以使所述介质从所述馈送模块被传送至所述成型平台上,而让所述喷墨组件受控于所述控制模块而在所述介质上打印所述二维图案。
7.根据权利要求2所述的三维打印装置,其特征在于,所述喷墨组件固定地位于所述打印部的上方且与所述打印部保持预设高度。
8.根据权利要求2所述的三维打印装置,其特征在于,所述介质被固定于所述打印部而受所述喷墨组件打印。
9.根据权利要求2所述的三维打印装置,其特征在于,所述介质持续地行经所述打印部而受所述喷墨组件打印。
10.根据权利要求2所述的三维打印装置,其特征在于,所述喷墨组件受控于所述控制模块而在一平面上作动并打印所述二维图案于所述介质,所述平面平行所述打印部且与所述打印部保持预设高度。
11.根据权利要求1所述的三维打印装置,其特征在于,在所述二维图案的打印过程中,所述打印空间相对于所述打印部保持预设高度。
12.根据权利要求1所述的三维打印装置,其特征在于,所述馈送模块设置于所述打印空间的底部。
13.根据权利要求1所述的三维打印装置,其特征在于,还包括一扫描模块,可拆卸地组装于所述馈出部。
