背景技术
传统的糕点使用手工切割，不仅速度慢、效率低、劳动强度大，在现有技术中，如申请号为201520768148.X的发明专利，包括传送机构、切割机构和分装机构，所述传送机构包括传送带和传送轴，传送轴转动带动传送带做周转运动，所述切割机构包括刀座、切刀、卡槽，所述卡槽固接于刀座下面且与切刀卡接，所述卡槽为多组平行设置，所述分装机构包括承接糕点切片的承接管道、输送带，所述承接管道位于传送带下方承接糕点切片，所述输送带在承接管道出口下方，与现有技术相比，该发明虽然结构简单，使用方便，但是效率低，不能调节糕点的长度，不能满足用户的使用需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种糕点快速切割装置，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种糕点快速切割装置，包括机身，所述机身的底端四角均焊接有支腿，所述支腿之间焊接有横梁，所述横梁的上表面中心处固定安装有减速电机，所述减速电机的轴端固定安装有第一皮带轮，所述机身的顶端前后两侧中心处均固定安装有轴座，所述轴座的顶端设有轴瓦，所述轴瓦的左端通过合页与轴座铰接，所述轴座的右侧顶端贯穿安装有螺栓，所述螺栓的顶端贯穿轴瓦的右端，所述螺栓的顶端螺纹安装有蝶型螺母，所述轴座和轴瓦的内侧夹持有轴承，所述轴承的内部贯穿安装有主轴，所述主轴的前端固定安装有第二皮带轮，所述第二皮带轮通过第一皮带与第一皮带轮滚动连接，所述主轴的外壁套接有若干圆切刀，所述圆切刀之间设有隔套，所述圆切刀的左侧设有挡板，所述挡板与主轴固定连接，所述圆切刀的右侧设有螺母，所述螺母与主轴螺纹连接，所述主轴的左侧设有副轴，所述副轴的外壁固定安装有横切刀，所述副轴的前端固定安装有第三皮带轮，所述第三皮带轮通过第二皮带与第一皮带轮滚动连接，所述机身的上表面放置有托板，所述主轴和副轴的上方设有防护罩。

与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：该糕点快速切割装置，通过圆切刀、横切刀和隔套的配合，盛放未切割的糕点的托板放在机身的上表面，向左推动托板，主轴带动圆切刀转动对糕点进行纵向切割，副轴带动横切刀对糕点进行横向切割，把整块的糕点切割成小块，隔套有长短若干套，通过更换不同长短的隔套，可以调整圆切刀的间距，可以对糕点进行不同长度的切割，效率高，能调节糕点的长度，能满足用户的使用需求。

请参阅图1-5，本发明提供一种技术方案：一种糕点快速切割装置，包括机身1，机身1的底端四角均焊接有支腿2，支腿2之间焊接有横梁3，横梁3的上表面中心处固定安装有减速电机5，减速电机5的型号为H3SH12/H3SH13，减速电机5的外接电源为380V交流电，接通电源减速电机5开始工作，断开电源减速电机5停止工作，减速电机5的轴端固定安装有第一皮带轮6，减速电机5带动第一皮带轮6转动，机身1的顶端前后两侧中心处均固定安装有轴座21，轴座21的顶端设有轴瓦22，轴瓦22的左端通过合页23与轴座21铰接，轴座21的右侧顶端贯穿安装有螺栓24，螺栓24的顶端贯穿轴瓦22的右端，螺栓24的顶端螺纹安装有蝶型螺母25，轴座21和轴瓦22的内侧夹持有轴承18，轴承18为滚珠轴承，松开蝶型螺母25，开启轴瓦22，可以拆下轴承18，轴承18的内部贯穿安装有主轴9，主轴9的前端固定安装有第二皮带轮8，第二皮带轮8通过第一皮带7与第一皮带轮6滚动连接，第一皮带轮6通过第一皮带7带动第二皮带轮8转动，第二皮带轮8带动主轴9转动，主轴9的外壁套接有若干圆切刀20，主轴9带动圆切刀20转动对糕点进行纵向切割，圆切刀20之间设有隔套15，隔套15有长短若干套，通过更换不同长短的隔套15，可以调整圆切刀20的间距，可以对糕点进行不同长度的切割，圆切刀20的左侧设有挡板19，挡板19与主轴9固定连接，圆切刀20的右侧设有螺母17，螺母17与主轴9螺纹连接，螺母17与圆切刀20之间设有平垫16，主轴9的左侧设有副轴14，主轴9与副轴14平行设置，副轴14与主轴9的前后两端均设有轴承18，主轴9和副轴14同向旋转，副轴14的外壁固定安装有横切刀26，副轴14的前端固定安装有第三皮带轮12，第三皮带轮12通过第二皮带13与第一皮带轮6滚动连接，第一皮带轮6通过第二皮带13带动第三皮带轮12转动，第三皮带轮12带动副轴14转动，副轴14带动横切刀26对糕点进行横向切割，机身1的上表面放置有托板4，托板4用于盛放未切割的糕点，主轴9和副轴14的上方设有防护罩10，防护罩10可以防止圆切刀20和横切刀26对操作人员造成伤害，机身1的上表面前后两侧均固定安装有侧护板11，侧护板11用于防止糕点从机身1的侧面掉落。
盛放未切割的糕点的托板4放在机身1的上表面，接通减速电机5的外接电源，减速电机5开始工作，向左推动托板4，减速电机5带动第一皮带轮6转动，第一皮带轮6通过第一皮带7带动第二皮带轮8转动，第二皮带轮8带动主轴9转动，主轴9带动圆切刀20转动对糕点进行纵向切割，第一皮带轮6通过第二皮带13带动第三皮带轮12转动，第三皮带轮12带动副轴14转动，副轴14带动横切刀26对糕点进行横向切割，隔套15有长短若干套，通过更换不同长短的隔套15，可以调整圆切刀20的间距，可以对糕点进行不同长度的切割。
