A wheel frame 36 is fixed on the slide bar, and a plurality of rollers 361 are rotatably mounted on the wheel frame. When the inner diameter of the shot blasting pipeline is smaller, the sliding rod can be driven to move inwards until the roller contacts with the inner wall of the shot blasting pipeline.
The inner side of the separation pipeline is provided with a horn-shaped high-pressure air outer cylinder 4, and a shot blasting channel is formed between the high-pressure air outer cylinder and the separation pipeline. The high-pressure air inner cylinder 41 is arranged on the inner side of the high-pressure air outer cylinder, air holes are arranged on the high-pressure air outer cylinder, and a high-pressure air channel is formed between the high-pressure air outer cylinder and the high-pressure air inner cylinder.
In use, as shown in fig. 8, the whole shot blasting device is placed in the shot blasting pipeline 5, and the hydraulic cylinder is driven to act so that the roller is in close contact with the inner wall of the shot blasting pipeline. Then adding the shots into the conveying pipeline, blowing high-pressure air into the high-pressure air pipe, conveying the high-pressure air along the high-pressure air pipe, enabling the high-pressure air to enter the shot blasting channel through the spray head, blowing out the shots entering the shot blasting channel by the high-pressure air entering the shot blasting channel, moving the shots along all directions when the shots are blown out, and enabling the scattered shots to contact with the inner wall of the shot blasting pipeline so as to realize shot blasting operation. The redundant high-pressure air enters the high-pressure air channel through the air hole on the high-pressure air outer cylinder and flows out. In the process of peening the inner wall of the peening pipe, the peening apparatus may be moved along the peening pipe axis, thereby peening the inner wall of the entire peening pipe.
