Background

Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a multifunctional medical tool cleaning device, which overcomes the defects in the prior art, improves the cleaning, sterilizing, disinfecting and drying efficiency of medical tools, has thorough cleaning, sterilizing and disinfecting processes and saves resources.

a multifunctional medical tool cleaning device comprises a casing with a cuboid structure, an opening arranged in the middle of the top of the casing and a T-shaped top cover used for sealing the opening, wherein a cleaning and sterilizing cavity is arranged at the middle upper part in the casing, a sterilizing device used for killing bacteria on medical instruments, a tool groove used for bearing the medical instruments and two tool groove adjusting mechanisms symmetrically arranged at two sides of the tool groove are arranged in the cleaning and sterilizing cavity, through holes are uniformly formed in the surface of the tool groove, impurities cleaned from the medical instruments in the cleaning process of the medical instruments are discharged from the through holes, each tool groove adjusting mechanism comprises a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod, a mechanical clamp and a first hydraulic cylinder, wherein the first connecting rod is fixed at the top of the casing, the second connecting rod is hinged with the tail end of the first connecting rod, the mechanical clamp is arranged at the tail end of the second connecting rod, the first hydraulic cylinder is fixed on the side wall of the casing, and the piston rod of the first hydraulic cylinder is fixed with the hinged ends of the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod, the first connecting rod is a telescopic rod and is convenient to extend and retract under the driving of the first hydraulic cylinder so as to be matched with the second connecting rod to adjust the position of the tool groove, the lower part of the cleaning and sterilizing cavity is symmetrically provided with two clapboards which divide the middle lower part of the shell into two cleaning solution containing cavities which are symmetrical left and right and a washing and drying cavity which is positioned between the two cleaning solution containing cavities, the bottom of the cleaning liquid containing cavity is provided with a second hydraulic cylinder, the bottom of the washing and drying cavity is provided with a third hydraulic cylinder, rubber pistons are fixed at the tops of the second hydraulic cylinder and the third hydraulic cylinder, the cleaning liquid containing cavity is used for driving the pistons to synchronously or asynchronously move up and down through the second hydraulic cylinder in the process of cleaning the medical tool so as to enable the cleaning liquid to generate up-down and left-right fluctuation, in addition, the cleaning liquid containing cavity is used for containing the cleaning liquid for preliminary cleaning in the process of final flushing after the preliminary cleaning of the medical tool is finished; in addition, a third hydraulic cylinder of the washing and drying cavity drives a piston to move up and down and is matched with a tool groove adjusting mechanism to enable a tool groove to move in the top of the shell and the washing and drying cavity; the casing of washing stoving chamber front end and rear end all is embedded to have the hot plate, and the medical instrument after washing the completion is dried through the hot plate heating.
Furthermore, the sterilization device comprises two triangular blocks fixed on two sides of the opening at the top of the shell and ultraviolet sterilization lamps respectively arranged on the two triangular blocks, wherein the light emitting surface of each ultraviolet sterilization lamp forms an included angle of 120-150 degrees with the opening at the top of the shell, each ultraviolet sterilization lamp is used for performing final sterilization treatment on the dried medical tool, and the light emitting surface and the opening at the top of the shell are favorable for increasing the irradiation area of the tool groove, so that the sterilization process is thorough and effective.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: compared with the prior art, the multifunctional medical tool cleaning device has the following beneficial effects: (1) meanwhile, the device has the processing functions of primary cleaning, disinfection and sterilization, further flushing, heating, drying, further sterilization and the like of the medical tools, so that the medical tools can be quickly and efficiently cleaned in the device through one-stop processing, the cleaning efficiency of the medical tools is improved, and the processing effect of the medical tools is ensured; (2) through the structural arrangement of the tool groove adjusting mechanism, the third hydraulic cylinder in the washing and drying cavity is matched to drive the piston to move up and down, so that the tool groove can move alternately from the top of the washing and sterilizing cavity to the washing and drying cavity; (3) in the process of primary cleaning of the medical tool, the cleaning liquid containing cavity drives the rubber piston to synchronously move up and down or asynchronously move up and down in the cleaning liquid containing cavity through the second hydraulic cylinder, so that the liquid level of the cleaning liquid in the cleaning and sterilizing cavity is enabled to fluctuate up and down or fluctuate left and right, the cleaning liquid is further enabled to impact the medical tool up and down, left and right, and the medical tool is enabled to be preliminarily cleaned in all directions; (4) after the medical tool is primarily cleaned, the second hydraulic cylinder drives the rubber piston on the second hydraulic cylinder to move downwards to enable cleaning liquid to enter the cleaning liquid containing cavity, then the third hydraulic cylinder drives the rubber piston to move downwards to enable the rubber piston to move to the lower end of the water outlet, at the moment, the tool groove adjusting mechanism drives the tool groove to enter the washing and drying cavity, the medical tool is further washed through the nozzle, and after washing is finished, the heating plate is opened and heated and dried; (5) after the medical tool is dried, the tool groove moves to the lower end of the opening under the matching action of the third hydraulic cylinder, the rubber piston on the third hydraulic cylinder and the tool groove adjusting mechanism, and the medical tool is taken out from the opening after being sterilized by the sterilizing device; (6) the cleaning liquid of the device is prepared from clear water, disinfectant and bactericide and is used for primary cleaning, the cleaning liquid can be repeatedly used when the medical tools slightly polluted for a plurality of times are continuously cleaned, resources are saved, and the cleaning liquid is matched with a water spray nozzle for further washing, heating, drying and ultraviolet sterilization, so that the property cleaning and sterilizing effect can be still ensured.

In the embodiment shown in fig. 1-4, the multifunctional medical tool cleaning device comprises a housing 1 in a cuboid structure, a middle opening 2 arranged at the top of the housing 1 and a T-shaped top cover 3 for sealing the opening 2; a cleaning and sterilizing cavity 4 is arranged at the middle upper part in the shell 1, and a sterilizing device, a tool groove 5 and two tool groove regulators symmetrically arranged at two sides of the tool groove 5 are arranged in the cleaning and sterilizing cavity 4; through holes 6 are uniformly formed in the surface of the tool groove 5; the tool groove adjusting mechanism comprises a first connecting rod 7, a second connecting rod 8, a mechanical clamp 9 and a first hydraulic cylinder 10, wherein the starting end of the first connecting rod 7 is fixed at the top of the shell 1, the second connecting rod 8 is hinged with the tail end of the first connecting rod 7, the mechanical clamp 9 is arranged at the tail end of the second connecting rod 8, the first hydraulic cylinder 10 is fixed on the side wall of the shell 1, a piston rod of the first hydraulic cylinder is fixed with the hinged ends of the first connecting rod 7 and the second connecting rod 8, and the first connecting rod 7 is a telescopic rod; the lower part of the cleaning and sterilizing cavity 4 is symmetrically provided with two clapboards 11, the middle lower part of the shell 1 is divided into two cleaning liquid containing cavities 12 which are bilaterally symmetrical and a washing and drying cavity 13 which is positioned between the two cleaning liquid containing cavities 12 by the clapboards 11; a second hydraulic cylinder 14 is arranged at the bottom of the cleaning liquid accommodating cavity 12, a third hydraulic cylinder 15 is arranged at the bottom of the washing and drying cavity 13, rubber pistons 16 are fixed at the tops of the second hydraulic cylinder 14 and the third hydraulic cylinder 15, the outer diameter of the rubber piston 16 fixed at the top of the third hydraulic cylinder 15 is equal to the inner diameter of the washing and drying cavity 13, and the outer diameter of the rubber piston 16 fixed at the top of the second hydraulic cylinder 14 is equal to the inner diameter of the cleaning liquid accommodating cavity 12; a water spray nozzle 17 is arranged on one side of the inner part of the clapboard 11 close to the washing and drying cavity 13; heating plates 18 are embedded in the shell 1 at the front end and the rear end of the washing and drying cavity 13; a cleaning liquid injection port 21 is formed in the shell 1 of the cleaning and sterilizing cavity 4, a cleaning liquid discharge port 22 is formed in the shell 1 of the cleaning liquid accommodating cavity 12, and a water outlet 23 is formed in the shell 1 at the rear end of the washing and drying cavity 13; the bottom of the shell 1 is provided with universal wheels 24.
In this embodiment, the sterilization device includes two triangular blocks 19 fixed on two sides of the opening 2 on the top of the housing 1 and ultraviolet sterilization lamps 20 respectively arranged on the two triangular blocks 19, and an included angle of 120-150 degrees is formed between a light-emitting surface of the ultraviolet sterilization lamp 20 and the opening 2 on the top of the housing 1.
In this embodiment, 5 upper portions and lower part in instrument groove all are the cuboid structure, and 5 middle parts in instrument groove are the halfpace structure, and the cuboid structure bottom surface area on 5 upper portions in instrument groove equals middle part halfpace structure upper surface area, and the cuboid structure top surface area of 5 lower parts in instrument groove equals middle part halfpace structure lower surface area. The cross-sectional area of the washing and drying chamber 13 is larger than that of the rectangular parallelepiped structure of the lower part of the tool bath 5.

Embodiment 2a multifunctional medical tool belt cleaning device
Compared with the cleaning device of the embodiment 1, the multifunctional cleaning device of the medical tool has basically the same structure and working principle, and the difference is that: as shown in fig. 5, the lower end of the T-shaped top cover of the present embodiment is provided with a blower 25.
