Abstract
本发明公开了一种多功能饲料搅拌装置,包括搅拌壳体,所述搅拌壳体顶部靠近两侧的位置开有两个进料口,且两个进料口的内壁上均焊接有进料漏斗,所述搅拌壳体靠近顶部中间的位置设置有电机,且电机的输出轴顶端焊接有转轴,所述转轴和电机的输出轴之间设置有减速器,所述搅拌壳体的顶部靠近中间的位置通过螺钉固定有隔音盒,所述搅拌壳体顶部内壁通过螺钉固定有湿度传感器,所述搅拌壳体两侧内壁靠近中间的位置设置有搅拌装置。本发明结构新颖、功能多样,能够对加工的饲料进行充分的搅拌,便于对饲料进行除湿,防止受潮,便于将不同大小的饲料进行分类出料,能够及时的对饲料进行烘干,便于更好的搅拌。

技术领域
本发明涉及饲料加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种多功能饲料搅拌装置。
背景技术
随着经济生活水平的提高,动物饲料作为动物的食料,对其生长至关重要,为了便于动物更好的销售,需要给动物提供良好的饲料,在对动物饲料生产加工的过程中必不可少的一个流程就是搅拌,然而现有的动物饲料搅拌装置大多结构简单、功能单一,不能很好的将饲料搅拌充分,不能对不同的饲料进行分类,不能对饲料进行除湿和烘干,会造成饲料的浪费,不能很好的移动和升降装置,因此,为了弥补上述不足,进而提出了一种多功能饲料搅拌装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种多功能饲料搅拌装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种多功能饲料搅拌装置,包括搅拌壳体,所述搅拌壳体顶部靠近两侧的位置开有两个进料口,且两个进料口的内壁上均焊接有进料漏斗,所述搅拌壳体靠近顶部中间的位置设置有电机,且电机的输出轴顶端焊接有转轴,所述转轴和电机的输出轴之间设置有减速器,所述搅拌壳体的顶部靠近中间的位置通过螺钉固定有隔音盒,所述搅拌壳体顶部内壁通过螺钉固定有湿度传感器,所述搅拌壳体两侧内壁靠近中间的位置设置有搅拌装置,所述搅拌装置的外壁上转动连接有传送带,且传送带的外壁上开有多个网孔,所述搅拌壳体远离温度传感器的一侧内壁开有第一出料口,且第一出料口的内壁上焊接有第一出料管,所述搅拌壳体的底部外壁靠近两侧的位置焊接有两个支撑柱,且两个支撑柱的底部外壁焊接有电动伸缩杆,所述电动伸缩杆靠近底部的位置设置有底座,且底座的底部外壁通过螺钉固定有万向轮,所述搅拌壳体的底部外壁靠近中间位置开有第二出料口,且第二出料口的内壁上焊接有第二出料管。
优选的,所述转轴的底部外壁焊接有钢板,且钢板的底部靠近两侧位置焊接有两个搅拌转杆,两个搅拌转杆的圆周外壁上均焊接有多个搅拌叶片。
优选的,所述搅拌壳体的两侧内壁均通过螺钉固定有加热器,且加热器的正上方通过螺钉固定有温度传感器。
优选的,所述搅拌壳体顶部内壁靠近温度传感器的一侧位置通过螺钉固定有除湿盒,且除湿盒的一侧开有吸水口,除湿盒内设置有除湿器。
优选的,所述搅拌壳体底部靠近两侧的位置焊接有两个导料板,且两个导料板一侧外壁上均通过螺钉固定有喷气网,两个导料板的斜下方均设置有喷气内腔。
优选的,所述底座的顶部外壁螺钉固定有减震橡胶垫,且减震橡胶垫的顶部设置有减震弹簧。
优选的,所述搅拌壳体靠近温度传感器的一侧外壁通过螺钉固定有处理器,且处理器的信号输出端通过信号线与电动伸缩杆的开关相连接。
本发明的有益效果为:
1.通过隔音盒、减速器、电机、搅拌叶片、湿度传感器和除湿器的设置,能够对加工的饲料进行充分的搅拌,通过减速器能够调节搅拌速度,防止搅拌过快影响饲料质量,方便对饲料进行除湿,防止受潮。
2.通过导料板、喷气网、喷气内腔、第一出料管、第二出料管和传送带的设置,便于将不同大小的饲料进行分类出料,通过导料板和喷气网的设计,便于饲料更好的出料。
3.通过电动伸缩杆、减震弹簧、减震橡胶垫、万向轮和加热器的设置,便于更好的对装置进行升降和移动,能够及时的对饲料进行烘干,便于更好的搅拌。

参照图1-3,一种多功能饲料搅拌装置,包括搅拌壳体18,搅拌壳体18顶部靠近两侧的位置开有两个进料口,且两个进料口的内壁上均焊接有进料漏斗12,搅拌壳体18靠近顶部中间的位置设置有电机14,且电机14的输出轴顶端焊接有转轴19,转轴19和电机14的输出轴之间设置有减速器16,搅拌壳体18的顶部靠近中间的位置通过螺钉固定有隔音盒15,搅拌壳体18顶部内壁通过螺钉固定有湿度传感器17,搅拌壳体18两侧内壁靠近中间的位置设置有搅拌装置7,搅拌装置7的外壁上转动连接有传送带21,且传送带21的外壁上开有多个网孔,搅拌壳体18远离温度传感器11的一侧内壁开有第一出料口,且第一出料口的内壁上焊接有第一出料管22,搅拌壳体18的底部外壁靠近两侧的位置焊接有两个支撑柱5,且两个支撑柱5的底部外壁焊接有电动伸缩杆4,电动伸缩杆4靠近底部的位置设置有底座1,且底座1的底部外壁通过螺钉固定有万向轮,搅拌壳体18的底部外壁靠近中间位置开有第二出料口,且第二出料口的内壁上焊接有第二出料管25。
本发明中,转轴19的底部外壁焊接有钢板20,且钢板20的底部靠近两侧位置焊接有两个搅拌转杆,两个搅拌转杆的圆周外壁上均焊接有多个搅拌叶片9,搅拌壳体18的两侧内壁均通过螺钉固定有加热器10,且加热器10的正上方通过螺钉固定有温度传感器11,搅拌壳体18顶部内壁靠近温度传感器的一侧位置通过螺钉固定有除湿盒13,且除湿盒13的一侧开有吸水口,除湿盒13内设置有除湿器,搅拌壳体18底部靠近两侧的位置焊接有两个导料板23,且两个导料板23一侧外壁上均通过螺钉固定有喷气网24,两个导料板23的斜下方均设置有喷气内腔6,底座1的顶部外壁螺钉固定有减震橡胶垫2,且减震橡胶垫2的顶部设置有减震弹簧3,搅拌壳体18靠近温度传感器11的一侧外壁通过螺钉固定有处理器8,且处理器8的信号输出端通过信号线与电动伸缩杆4的开关相连接,处理器的型号为ARM9TDMI系列。
工作原理:使用时,将未搅拌的饲料通过进料漏斗12加入到搅拌壳体18中去,在加入一些饲料药剂,启动电机14进而对饲料进行搅拌,在搅拌过程中,根据饲料的干湿度进行相应的除湿和烘干,等待搅拌充分时,可关闭电机14,大点的饲料落在传送带21上,进而从第一出料管22出料,小点的饲料从传送带21网孔中落下,喷气内腔6将掉落在导料板23上的饲料喷出,进而从第二出料管25中出料。

1.一种多功能饲料搅拌装置,包括搅拌壳体(18),其特征在于,所述搅拌壳体(18)顶部靠近两侧的位置开有两个进料口,且两个进料口的内壁上均焊接有进料漏斗(12),所述搅拌壳体(18)靠近顶部中间的位置设置有电机(14),且电机(14)的输出轴顶端焊接有转轴(19),所述转轴(19)和电机(14)的输出轴之间设置有减速器(16),所述搅拌壳体(18)的顶部靠近中间的位置通过螺钉固定有隔音盒(15),所述搅拌壳体(18)顶部内壁通过螺钉固定有湿度传感器(17),所述搅拌壳体(18)两侧内壁靠近中间的位置设置有搅拌装置(7),所述搅拌装置(7)的外壁上转动连接有传送带(21),且传送带(21)的外壁上开有多个网孔,所述搅拌壳体(18)远离温度传感器(11)的一侧内壁开有第一出料口,且第一出料口的内壁上焊接有第一出料管(22),所述搅拌壳体(18)的底部外壁靠近两侧的位置焊接有两个支撑柱(5),且两个支撑柱(5)的底部外壁焊接有电动伸缩杆(4),所述电动伸缩杆(4)靠近底部的位置设置有底座(1),且底座(1)的底部外壁通过螺钉固定有万向轮,所述搅拌壳体(18)的底部外壁靠近中间位置开有第二出料口,且第二出料口的内壁上焊接有第二出料管(25)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能饲料搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述转轴(19)的底部外壁焊接有钢板(20),且钢板(20)的底部靠近两侧位置焊接有两个搅拌转杆,两个搅拌转杆的圆周外壁上均焊接有多个搅拌叶片(9)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能饲料搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述搅拌壳体(18)的两侧内壁均通过螺钉固定有加热器(10),且加热器(10)的正上方通过螺钉固定有温度传感器(11)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种多功能饲料搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述搅拌壳体(18)顶部内壁靠近温度传感器的一侧位置通过螺钉固定有除湿盒(13),且除湿盒(13)的一侧开有吸水口,除湿盒(13)内设置有除湿器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能饲料搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述搅拌壳体(18)底部靠近两侧的位置焊接有两个导料板(23),且两个导料板(23)一侧外壁上均通过螺钉固定有喷气网(24),两个导料板(23)的斜下方均设置有喷气内腔(6)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能饲料搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述底座(1)的顶部外壁螺钉固定有减震橡胶垫(2),且减震橡胶垫(2)的顶部设置有减震弹簧(3)。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种多功能饲料搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述搅拌壳体(18)靠近温度传感器(11)的一侧外壁通过螺钉固定有处理器(8),且处理器(8)的信号输出端通过信号线与电动伸缩杆(4)的开关相连接。
