The blast furnace water slag treatment circulation system comprises a slag granulating complete system, wherein a hot flue gas outlet is arranged above the slag granulating complete system, a water inlet and a water outlet are arranged on two sides of the slag granulating complete system, and the water inlet is directly connected with a circulating water tank; the slag granulating system is characterized in that a main fan system, an auxiliary fan system and a water treatment system are sequentially matched and arranged beside the slag granulating complete system; the hot flue gas outlet is connected with an air inlet of the main fan system through a first main pipeline, an air outlet of the main fan system is connected with an inlet of the water treatment system through a second main pipeline, and a water inlet of the water treatment system is connected with an outlet of the circulating water tank through a third main pipeline; the outlet of the circulating water tank is directly connected with the water inlet of the slag granulating complete system; the first main pipeline and the second main pipeline are double-layer pipelines; the double-layer pipeline comprises an internal hot air layer and an external water cooling layer; the external water cooling layer is connected with a water inlet of the slag granulating complete system through a fourth main pipeline; the two sides of the water treatment system are also provided with a fifth main pipeline, the fifth main pipeline is directly connected with an air inlet of the auxiliary fan system, and an air outlet of the auxiliary fan system is directly connected with the first main pipeline; the built-in hot air layer comprises a hot air inner surface and a hot air outer surface; the external water cooling layer comprises a water cooling layer surface and a water cooling layer inner surface; the hot air layer is arranged at a certain distance from the inner surface of the water cooling layer, a spiral sheet is arranged between the outer surface of the hot air layer and the inner surface of the water cooling layer, and the spiral sheet is circumferentially arranged between the outer surface of the hot air layer and the inner surface of the water cooling layer according to a fixed screw pitch; the water treatment system comprises a water treatment box body, a movable spraying device arranged above the inside of the water treatment box body, an inverted herringbone filter plate arranged in the middle of the water treatment box body and a collecting hopper arranged below the water treatment box body; the movable spraying device is arranged above the water treatment box body through a track, the inverted herringbone filter plates are directly welded on two sides of the water treatment box body, and the inverted herringbone filter plates comprise an upper layer, a lower layer and a filter surface arranged in the middle; the two sides of the water treatment box body are also provided with filtering surface extraction parts in cooperation with an upper layer and a lower layer; the automatic control valve is arranged below the collecting hopper on the water treatment box body, the fourth main pipeline comprises a first pipeline connected with the automatic control valve, a second pipeline connected with the first main pipeline, a third pipeline connected with the second main pipeline, water receiving ports respectively arranged on the first main pipeline and the second main pipeline, water removing ports respectively arranged on the first main pipeline and the second main pipeline, each water receiving port on the first main pipeline is connected with the second pipeline, each water receiving port on the second main pipeline is connected with the third pipeline, the second pipeline and the third pipeline are respectively connected with the first pipeline, and water removing ports on the first main pipeline and the second main pipeline are directly connected to a water inlet of the slag granulating complete system; the water receiving port is directly connected with the external water cooling layer.
2. A blast furnace slag treatment circulation system as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the water receiving ports on the first main pipeline and the water receiving ports on the second main pipeline are staggered by a certain angle.

A blast furnace slag treatment circulation system as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the fifth main pipeline comprises a fourth pipeline arranged above each water treatment system and a fifth pipeline connected with the fourth pipeline of each water treatment system, wherein the fifth pipeline is connected with an air inlet of the auxiliary fan system and then is directly communicated with the built-in hot air layer of the first main pipeline through an air outlet of the auxiliary fan system.
4. A method of operating a blast furnace slag-processing circulation system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that: comprising
Step one, when the slag granulating complete system works, a large amount of waste gas is pumped by a main fan system under high pressure, enters a second main pipeline from a first main pipeline through a hot flue gas outlet, and enters the water treatment system from the second main pipeline;
introducing water in the circulating water tank into the water treatment tank body through a third main pipeline, atomizing and degrading waste gas entering the water treatment tank body through a spraying device, and filtering water dissolved with harmful substances through an inverted herringbone filter plate;
step three, filtered water flows into a first pipeline, the split water passing through the first pipeline flows into a second pipeline and a third pipeline respectively, and the water of the second pipeline and the third pipeline enters an external water cooling layer through water receiving ports on a first main pipeline and a second main pipeline;
step four, water entering the external water cooling layer through the water receiving ports respectively sequentially cools the internal hot air layer through the spiral sheets arranged in a surrounding manner, flows out through the water removing ports after finishing, and then directly flows into the water inlet of the slag granulating complete system, so that the continuous water source supply in the slag granulating complete system is ensured;
step five, the residual flue gas in the water treatment box body is sucked by the auxiliary fan system and enters the built-in hot air layer of the first main pipeline through the fourth pipeline and the fifth pipeline; the residual waste gas enters the water treatment tank body together with the waste gas in the first main pipeline, so that the waste gas can sequentially form a reciprocating cycle.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the interface between the fifth conduit and the first main conduit is proximate to the hot flue gas outlet.
