技术领域
本发明涉及电动工具，具体涉及一种专用于管道内清理焊渣等杂质的工具。
背景技术
在管道工程施工过程中，由于焊接等作业必然会产生焊渣等大量杂质，这些杂质不及时清除势必会给管道系统的正常运行带来负担。普通吸尘器需要手持，且由于其只具有抽吸功能，对于粘附在管道壁上有一定附着力的杂质无法清除。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是：针对上述问题，提供一种专用于管道的吸尘器。
本发明的技术解决方案是：管道吸尘器，包括吸尘器本体，其特征在于，所述吸尘器本体的吸尘口设在吸尘器本体底部的中间位置，吸尘口的后方设有将地面杂质向前方刷起的电动毛刷，吸尘器本体的底部靠四角还设有四个通过电机带动的行走轮，每个行走轮环轮缘设有若干个与地面接触的可自由横向转动的滚轮，使吸尘器本体在管道中可以一直保持在底部行走，吸尘器本体的底部于四个行走轮的外围还设有围帘，围帘自然悬垂，围帘的下缘与地面接触或留微小间隙。
本发明的技术效果是：它具有结构合理、使用方便的优点，可以自动完成管道内的杂质清理工作。采用电动毛刷主动刷起粘附的杂质，毛刷和吸口设在吸尘器底部，四周设有布帘围挡，在吸口周围形成一个负压区，使刷起的尘土和杂质不会飞溅到外部。行走轮的轮缘设有若干滚轮，可以自动校正吸尘器的状态，使吸尘器自动保持在管道内的最低处，使其可以一直沿管道的底部行走。

具体实施方式
如图1、2或3所示，它包括管道吸尘器，包括吸尘器本体1，所述吸尘器本体1的吸尘口2设在吸尘器本体1底部的中间位置，吸尘口2的后方设有将地面杂质向前方刷起的电动毛刷3，吸尘器本体1的底部靠四角还设有四个通过电机带动的行走轮4，每个行走轮4环轮缘设有若干个与地面接触的可自由横向转动的滚轮5，使吸尘器本体1在管道6中可以一直保持在底部行走，吸尘器本体1的底部于四个行走轮4的外围还设有围帘7，围帘7自然悬垂，围帘7的下缘与地面接触或留微小间隙。吸尘器本体1重心靠近底部中间位置，使吸尘器本体1不易在管中倾斜。
所述围帘7采用布帘。围帘7底缘的形状与管壁的截面形状适应，不同直径的管道可通过更换或裁剪使布帘形状与之适应。
所述吸尘器本体1采用电池带动。电池可采用锂电池，可以减小吸尘器体积，增加续航时间。
所述电动毛刷3为纺锤形。毛刷采用软硬适中的毛刷，可以自动适应不同管壁的形状。

1.管道吸尘器，包括吸尘器本体（1），其特征在于，所述吸尘器本体（1）的吸尘口（2）设在吸尘器本体（1）底部的中间位置，吸尘口（2）的后方设有将地面杂质向前方刷起的电动毛刷（3），吸尘器本体（1）的底部靠四角还设有四个通过电机带动的行走轮（4），每个行走轮（4）环轮缘设有若干个与地面接触的可自由横向转动的滚轮（5），使吸尘器本体（1）在管道（6）中可以一直保持在底部行走，吸尘器本体（1）的底部于四个行走轮（4）的外围还设有围帘（7），围帘（7）自然悬垂，围帘（7）的下缘与地面接触或留微小间隙。
2.如权利要求1所述的管道吸尘器，其特征在于，所述围帘（7）采用布帘。
3.如权利要求1所述的管道吸尘器，其特征在于，所述吸尘器本体（1）采用电池带动。
