In one embodiment, the lower end of the atomizing head 20 is threadably coupled to the base 30 by a set screw. When the base 30 is installed, the atomizing head 20 provided on the base 30 passes through the lower cover 15 so as to be provided in the atomizing chamber 171.
The assembly and use of the atomizer 100 of the present invention is described below with reference to the drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, in the process of installing the unlocking member 14 into the installation hole 131 of the upper cover 13, the lower end of the unlocking member 14 always abuts against the upper end of the movable sleeve 16, so as to push the movable sleeve 16 to compress the first elastic member 18 to move downward, and when the lower end of the movable sleeve 16 abuts against the lower cover 15, the unlocking member 14 is installed in place. At this time, the first liquid inlet 163 on the movable sleeve 16 is communicated with the second liquid inlet 172 on the fixed sleeve 17, so that the liquid storage cavity 121 is opened, and the smoke liquid enters the inner cavity of the atomizing head 20 through the first liquid inlet 163, the second liquid inlet 172 and the through hole on the atomizing head 20, so as to be atomized into smoke.
When the user sucks, external air flows into the inner cavity of the atomizing head 20 through the air inlet hole 31, is mixed with generated smoke, and sequentially passes through the smoke outlet channel 164 and the unlocking piece 14 to reach the mouth of the user.
Referring to fig. 2, when the unlocking member 14 is detached, the unlocking member 14 is separated from the movable sleeve 16, so that the supporting effect of the unlocking member 14 on the movable sleeve 16 is eliminated, and the movable sleeve 16 is reset under the elastic force of the first elastic member 18, so that the first liquid inlet 163 and the second liquid inlet 172 are staggered, and the liquid storage cavity 121 is closed.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments not shown, one end of the first elastic member 18 may also elastically abut against the upper cover 13, and the other end of the first elastic member 18 may correspondingly elastically abut against the upper blocking edge 162, and the lower blocking edge 161 may be omitted. When the unlocking member 14 is mounted to the upper cover 13, the first elastic member 18 is in a stretched state; when the unlocking piece 14 is disassembled, the first elastic piece 18 contracts and resets to drive the movable sleeve 16 to reset.
When the atomizer 100 or the electronic cigarette of the first embodiment of the present invention is assembled with the unlocking member 14 downward, the movable sleeve 16 moves downward under the supporting action of the unlocking member 14, the lower blocking edge 161 on the movable sleeve 16 extrudes the first elastic member 18 to deform, the movable sleeve 16 moves downward as a whole, and the first liquid inlet 163 and the second liquid inlet 172 can be aligned, so that the liquid storage cavity 121 is opened; when the unlocking member 14 is detached, the unlocking member 14 is separated from the movable sleeve 16, so that the supporting action of the unlocking member 14 on the movable sleeve 16 is eliminated, the first elastic member 18 extends upwards under the action of the elastic force of the first elastic member 18, and the lower blocking edge 161 at the top end of the first elastic member is driven to move upwards, so that the movable sleeve 16 moves upwards relative to the fixed sleeve 17, and finally the first liquid inlet 163 and the second liquid inlet 172 are staggered, so that the liquid storage cavity 121 is closed. Therefore, after the unlocking piece 14 is detached, even if the atomizing head 20 is detached, the smoke liquid can not flow out, so that the condition that the atomizing head 20 is detached randomly by children to contact or eat the smoke liquid by mistake is avoided, and the child protection effect is achieved.
Example two
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the atomizer 100 according to the second embodiment of the present invention is different from the atomizer 100 according to the first embodiment in that a connecting pipe 141 extends downward from a lower end of the unlocking member 14 along an axial direction of the unlocking member 14, and the lower end of the connecting pipe 141 is detachably connected to an upper end of the atomizing head 20, so that the unlocking member 14 is detachably mounted on the upper cover 13. Specifically, threads are disposed at the lower end of the connecting pipe 141 and the upper end of the atomizing head 20, at this time, the mounting hole 131 is a light hole, the unlocking member 14 passes through the mounting hole 131 and makes the lower end of the connecting pipe 141 be in threaded connection with the upper end of the atomizing head 20, and the inner space of the connecting pipe 141 forms a smoke outlet channel 164 for communicating the unlocking member 14 with the inner cavity of the atomizing head 20.
In this embodiment, the unlocking member 14 is a mouthpiece. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments not shown, the release member 14 is a connector, and the mouthpiece is connected to the end of the release member 14 remote from the upper cover 13.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the connecting tube 141 may also be detachably connected to the atomizing head 20 by other means, such as a snap fit or a magnetic fit.
In one embodiment, the outer diameter of the connecting pipe 141 is smaller than the outer diameter of the unlocking member 14, so that a stepped surface 142 is formed at the connection position of the connecting pipe 141 and the unlocking member 14, during the connection process of the connecting pipe 141 and the atomizing head 20, the unlocking member 14 slides downwards and abuts against the movable sleeve 16 through the stepped surface 142, so that the movable sleeve 16 is driven to move downwards, when the connecting pipe 141 is installed in place, the unlocking member 14 is installed on the upper cover 13, the first liquid inlet 163 is aligned with the second liquid inlet 172, and the liquid storage cavity 121 is opened. When the connecting pipe 141 is detached, the unlocking piece 14 is detached from the upper cover 13, the unlocking piece 14 is separated from the movable sleeve 16, so that the supporting effect of the unlocking piece 14 on the movable sleeve 16 is eliminated, under the action of the elastic force of the first elastic piece 18, the first elastic piece 18 extends upwards, the lower blocking edge 161 at the top end of the first elastic piece is driven to move upwards, the movable sleeve 16 can move upwards relative to the fixed sleeve 17, and finally the first liquid inlet 163 and the second liquid inlet 172 are staggered, so that the liquid storage cavity 121 is closed.
Because the connecting pipe 141 is detachably connected with the atomizing head 20, if the atomizing head 20 is to be disassembled, the connection between the connecting pipe 141 and the atomizing head 20 is to be released first, and because the connecting pipe 141 and the unlocking piece 14 are integrally arranged, the disassembling of the connecting pipe 141 is to disassemble the unlocking piece 14, thereby ensuring that the first liquid inlet 163 and the second liquid inlet 172 are staggered when the atomizing head 20 is disassembled, and the liquid storage cavity 121 is in a closed state, so that the child protection effect is further enhanced.
Example III
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the atomizer 100 according to the third embodiment of the present invention is different from the atomizer 100 according to the second embodiment in that the upper cover 13 is provided with a receiving groove 133 that is communicated with the mounting hole 131, a first blocking ring 143 extends radially outward of the unlocking member 14 on the outer wall of the unlocking member 14, the first blocking ring 143 is disposed in the receiving groove 133 and can move in the receiving groove 133 under the driving of the unlocking member 14, a second elastic member 19 is disposed in the receiving groove 133, one end of the second elastic member 19 elastically abuts against the lower groove wall of the receiving groove 133, and the other end of the second elastic member 19 elastically abuts against the first blocking ring 143.
In this embodiment, the unlocking member 14 is a mouthpiece. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments not shown, the release member 14 is a connector, and the mouthpiece is connected to the end of the release member 14 remote from the upper cover 13.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments not shown, one end of the second elastic member 19 elastically abuts against the upper groove wall of the accommodating groove 133, and the other end of the second elastic member 19 elastically abuts against the first stopper 143.
Referring to fig. 5, when the connecting tube 141 is connected to the atomizing head 20, the unlocking member 14 moves along the direction approaching the movable sleeve 16, the first blocking ring 143 compresses the second elastic member 19, the unlocking member 14 abuts against the movable sleeve 16 through the stepped surface 142, so as to drive the movable sleeve 16 to move downward, so that the first liquid inlet 163 is in alignment communication with the second liquid inlet 172, and the liquid storage cavity 121 is opened. Referring to fig. 6, when the connecting tube 141 is separated from the atomizing head 20, the first blocking ring 143 is reset under the elastic force of the second elastic member 19, so that the unlocking member 14 moves along the direction away from the movable sleeve 16 until the first blocking ring 143 abuts against the upper groove wall of the accommodating groove 133, thereby freeing a space for resetting the movable sleeve 16, and under the elastic force of the first elastic member 18, the first elastic member 18 extends upward to drive the lower blocking edge 161 at the top end thereof to move upward, so that the movable sleeve 16 moves upward relative to the fixed sleeve 17, further the first liquid inlet 163 and the second liquid inlet 172 are staggered, and the liquid storage cavity 121 is closed.
It will be appreciated that the distance that the first stop ring 143 moves between the upper and lower groove walls of the receiving groove 133 limits the movement stroke of the unlocking member 14, and further limits the movement stroke of the movable sleeve 16 because the unlocking member 14 abuts the movable sleeve 16.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments not shown, one end of the first elastic member 18 may also elastically abut against the upper cover 13, and the other end of the first elastic member 18 correspondingly elastically abuts against the lower stop edge 161. When the unlocking member 14 moves in a direction approaching the movable sleeve 16, the first elastic member 18 is in a stretched state; when the unlocking piece 14 moves in a direction away from the movable sleeve 16, the first elastic piece 18 contracts and resets, and the movable sleeve 16 is driven to reset.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments not shown, the second resilient member 19 may be omitted. When the connection pipe 141 is separated from the atomizing head 20, the movable sleeve 16 moves upward relative to the fixed sleeve 17 under the elastic force of the first elastic member 18, and pushes the unlocking member 14, so that the unlocking member 14 moves upward relative to the upper cover 13, i.e., the unlocking member 14 moves in a direction away from the movable sleeve 16.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments not shown, the unlocking member 14 may be detachably connected with the guide 132, and in this case, the connection tube 141 may be omitted. When the unlocking member 14 is connected with the guiding portion 132, the unlocking member 14 moves along the direction approaching the movable sleeve 16, the lower end of the unlocking member 14 abuts against the movable sleeve 16 to drive the movable sleeve 16 to move downward, so that the first liquid inlet 163 is in alignment communication with the second liquid inlet 172, and the liquid storage cavity 121 is opened. When the unlocking member 14 is separated from the guiding portion 132, the unlocking member 14 moves in a direction away from the movable sleeve 16, and the movable sleeve 16 is reset under the elastic force of the first elastic member 18, so that the first liquid inlet 163 and the second liquid inlet 172 are staggered, and the liquid storage cavity 121 is closed.
The atomizer 100 of this embodiment, through setting up first baffle ring 143 and accommodation groove 133, restricted the removal stroke of release member 14, avoided release member 14 to dismantle from upper cover 13, prevented because of release member 14 deposits alone and the easy unexpected circumstances of losing for it is more convenient to use.
Example IV
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the atomizer 100 according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention is different from the atomizer 100 according to the third embodiment in that the sidewall of the movable sleeve 16 is necked inward along the circumference of the movable sleeve 16 to form a first abutment edge 165. Further, the inner diameter of the space below the first supporting edge 165 on the movable sleeve 16 is larger than the inner diameter of the space above the first supporting edge 165, and the fixed sleeve 17 is disposed in the space below the first supporting edge 165.
The outer wall of the connecting pipe 141 of the unlocking piece 14 extends outwards along the radial direction of the connecting pipe 141 to form a second baffle ring 144, and the second baffle ring 144 can be abutted against the bottom of the first abutting edge 165.
It will be appreciated that the first abutment edge 165 includes, but is not limited to, being formed by a constriction of the outer wall of the movable sleeve 16, and that the first abutment edge 165 may also be a protrusion or flange on the sidewall of the movable sleeve 16 extending radially inward of the movable sleeve 16.
Referring to fig. 7, when the connecting tube 141 is connected to the atomizing head 20, the unlocking member 14 moves along the direction approaching the movable sleeve 16, the unlocking member 14 abuts against the movable sleeve 16 through the step surface 142, so as to drive the movable sleeve 16 to move downward, so that the first liquid inlet 163 is communicated with the second liquid inlet 172, and the liquid storage cavity 121 is opened. Referring to fig. 8, when the connecting tube 141 is separated from the atomizing head 20, the unlocking member 14 is reset and moved upward under the elastic force of the second elastic member 19, i.e. the unlocking member 14 moves in a direction away from the movable sleeve 16, and meanwhile, the second retaining ring 144 on the connecting tube 141 supports and drives the first supporting edge 165 to move upward, i.e. the movable sleeve 16 moves upward under the driving of the second retaining ring 144, so that the first liquid inlet 163 and the second liquid inlet 172 are staggered to close the liquid storage cavity 121.
In this embodiment, the unlocking member 14 is a mouthpiece. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments not shown, the release member 14 is a connector, and the mouthpiece is connected to the end of the release member 14 remote from the upper cover 13.
It can be appreciated that, compared with the third embodiment, the atomizer 100 of the fourth embodiment omits the first elastic member 18, and the first abutment edge 165 is abutted and driven to move by the second stop ring 144, so as to realize the upward movement of the movable sleeve 16.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments not shown, the first abutment edge 165 may be disposed at an end of the movable sleeve 16 adjacent to the unlocking member 14, and accordingly, the second stop ring 144 is disposed on the unlocking member 14, and the unlocking member 14 is detachably connected to the guiding portion 132, in which case the connecting tube 141 may be omitted. When the unlocking member 14 is separated from the guiding portion 132, the unlocking member 14 is reset under the elastic force of the second elastic member 19, and drives the movable sleeve 16 to reset through the second baffle ring 144, so that the first liquid inlet 163 and the second liquid inlet 172 are staggered, and the liquid storage cavity 121 is closed.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments not shown, one end of the second elastic member 19 may also elastically abut against the upper groove wall of the accommodating groove 133, and the other end of the second elastic member 19 correspondingly elastically abuts against the first stop ring 143. When the unlocking member 14 moves in a direction approaching the movable sleeve 16, the second elastic member 19 is in a stretched state; when the unlocking piece 14 moves along the direction away from the movable sleeve 16, the second elastic piece 19 contracts and resets to drive the unlocking piece 14 to reset, and the unlocking piece 14 drives the movable sleeve 16 to reset through the second baffle ring 144.
The atomizer 100 of the fourth embodiment omits the first elastic member 18, has the same technical effect, has a simpler structure, and is easy to manufacture and produce. In addition, the second elastic member 19 is disposed in the accommodating groove 133, but not in the liquid storage cavity 121, and compared with the first elastic member 18 disposed in the liquid storage cavity 121, the second elastic member 19 can avoid contact with the smoke liquid in the liquid storage cavity 121, and further can prevent the second elastic member 19 from failing after being corroded by the smoke liquid after contacting with the smoke liquid for a long time.
Example five
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the atomizer 100 according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention is different from the atomizer 100 according to the first embodiment in that the movable sleeve 16 is movably accommodated in the fixed sleeve 17, the lower end of the fixed sleeve 17 is fixedly connected to the lower cover 15, the upper end of the fixed sleeve 17 is fixedly connected to the upper cover 13 corresponding to the mounting hole 131, the first elastic member 18 is disposed on the inner side of the movable sleeve 16, one end of the first elastic member 18 elastically abuts against the lower cover 15, and the other end of the first elastic member 18 elastically abuts against the top end of the movable sleeve 16.
At this time, the liquid storage cavity 121 is formed by a space between the inner wall of the liquid storage tube 12 and the outer wall of the fixed sleeve 17, the atomizing cavity 171 is formed by an inner space of the movable sleeve 16, the first liquid inlet 163 is formed on the side wall of the movable sleeve 16, the second liquid inlet 172 is disposed corresponding to the first liquid inlet 163 and formed on the side wall of the fixed sleeve 17, the second liquid inlet 172 is communicated with the liquid storage cavity 121, and the second liquid inlet 172 can be communicated with the atomizing cavity 171 via the first liquid inlet 163.
In one embodiment, the outer wall of the retaining sleeve 17 is necked inward in the circumferential direction of the retaining sleeve 17 to form a second abutment edge 175. Further, the inner diameter of the space below the second abutting edge 175 on the fixed sleeve 17 is larger than the inner diameter of the space above the second abutting edge 175, and the movable sleeve 16 is arranged in the space below the second abutting edge 175.
It will be appreciated that the second abutment edge 175 includes, but is not limited to, being formed by a constriction of the outer wall of the retaining sleeve 17, and that the second abutment edge 175 may also be a protrusion or flange or the like extending radially inward of the retaining sleeve 17 on the sidewall of the retaining sleeve 17.
In one embodiment, the upper end of the movable sleeve 16 extends upwards along the axial direction of the movable sleeve 16 to form a supporting tube 167, and when the unlocking member 14 is connected with the upper cover 13, the lower end of the unlocking member 14 supports the supporting tube 167 and drives the supporting tube 167 to move downwards, that is, drives the movable sleeve 16 to move downwards. And, the unlocking member 14 communicates with the atomizing chamber 171 through the lumen of the holding tube 167.
Referring to fig. 9, in the process of connecting the unlocking member 14 with the upper cover 13, the lower end of the unlocking member 14 abuts against the supporting tube 167, so that the movable sleeve 16 moves downward under the pushing of the unlocking member 14 until the second liquid inlet 172 is communicated with the first liquid inlet 163, the liquid storage cavity 121 is opened, and the smoke liquid enters the atomizing cavity 171.
In this embodiment, the unlocking member 14 is a mouthpiece. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments not shown, the release member 14 is a connector, and the mouthpiece is connected to the end of the release member 14 remote from the upper cover 13.
It will be appreciated that the holding tube 167 may be omitted, and the unlocking member 14 may be extended downward, so that the lower end of the unlocking member 14 directly abuts against the top of the movable sleeve 16, and the movable sleeve 16 may be driven to move.
Referring to fig. 10, when the unlocking member 14 is separated from the upper cover 13, the abutting action of the unlocking member 14 on the movable sleeve 16 is eliminated, and the movable sleeve 16 is reset to move upwards under the elastic force of the first elastic member 18 until the top end of the movable sleeve 16 is abutted by the second abutting edge 175 to stop moving. At this time, the second liquid inlet 172 is offset from the first liquid inlet 163, and the liquid storage chamber 121 is closed.
In the atomizer 100 of the fifth embodiment, the unlocking member 14 is installed or detached to further control the movement of the movable sleeve 16, so that the second liquid inlet 172 is communicated with or staggered from the first liquid inlet 163, and the liquid storage cavity 121 can be opened or closed. When the unlocking piece 14 is detached, the movable sleeve 16 is reset to enable the liquid storage cavity 121 to be closed, so that leakage of smoke liquid is avoided, and a certain child protection effect is achieved. The first elastic member 18 is disposed inside the movable sleeve 16, i.e., in the atomizing chamber 171, and isolated from the liquid storage chamber 121, so as to avoid contact with the smoke liquid in the liquid storage chamber 121, and further prevent the first elastic member 18 from failing after being corroded by the smoke liquid after long-term contact with the smoke liquid.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments not shown, one end of the first resilient member 18 may resiliently abut the second abutment edge 175, and the other end of the first resilient member 18 may correspondingly resiliently abut the top end of the moveable sleeve 16. When the unlocking piece 13 is installed, the first elastic piece 18 is in a stretched state; when the unlocking piece 13 is disassembled, the first elastic piece 18 contracts and resets to drive the movable sleeve 16 to reset.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments not shown, the atomizer 100 may be modified in combination with example three on the basis of example five.
