The distance measuring device 535 may be an infrared distance measuring device, an ultrasonic distance measuring device, a laser distance measuring device, etc., and the distance measuring device 535 may determine whether there is an obstacle in the moving direction of the manipulator 500, so as to perform a corresponding obstacle-shielding action, and the remote camera 536 may perform remote transmission on an on-site image, so as to perform a moving action and a fire extinguishing effect of the manipulator 500, and assist in fire extinguishing by a human.

Referring to fig. 8, a method for performing power outage early warning based on any one of the above power outage early warning systems according to an embodiment of the present invention:

s202: each phase voltage is lower than the critical voltage of the electric energy meter, and the single-phase load current is smaller than the starting current, the alarm device sends out power failure early warning alarm;
s203: the single-phase load current is more than 5% of rated current, and each phase voltage is lower than the critical voltage of the electric energy meter, and the alarm device sends out power failure early warning alarm;
s204: the voltage of each phase is greater than the critical voltage of the electric energy meter, any one or two phases of three-phase current are less than the starting current, and the load current of other phase lines is greater than 5% of rated current, and the alarm device sends out power failure early warning alarm;
s300: and meeting any one of the power failure early warning conditions, and sending a power failure early warning alarm by the alarm device.
The power failure early warning system and the power failure early warning method provide a technical means for the power distribution system to take power failure preventive measures in advance, and improve inconvenience caused by power failure events.
