Background
The design thickness of the silica gel pad of the existing air conditioner display module is usually about 3mm, and the display module and the panel are in interference fit through the elastic action of the silica gel pad, so that the display module and the panel are connected, and the display effect is guaranteed. Although the method can solve the problem of water vapor infiltration, the manufacturing cost of the display module is high, the installation efficiency is low, and when the inside of the display module needs to be maintained, the display module and the panel are stuck into a whole, and the display module needs to be destroyed to be scrapped, so that the display module can only be replaced in the current mode.
