Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to specific embodiments of the present invention and corresponding drawings. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The following describes in detail the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 15, an embodiment of the present invention discloses an electrical connection device, which includes a plug 100, a socket 200, an elastic component 300 and a connection part 400.
The socket 200 is provided with a plugging slot 210, and the plug 100 is in plugging fit with the plugging slot 210, so as to realize the assembly of the electric connection device.
One of the elastic component 300 and the connecting portion 400 is disposed in the insertion slot 210, and the other is connected to the plug 100. The elastic member 300 may be compressed with the insertion of the plug 100 to achieve locking and unlocking with the connection part 400. In a specific operation process, the plug 100 is inserted into the socket 210, so that the elastic component 300 can be compressed, and the elastic component 300 can be compressed to lock the elastic component 300 and the connection part 400, so as to realize the assembly between the plug 100 and the socket 200. In the process of unlocking and disassembling, the operator makes the plug 100 continuously inserted into the insertion groove 210, so that the unlocking between the elastic component 300 and the connecting portion 400 can be realized, and the disassembling between the plug 100 and the socket 200 can be further realized.
In the above process, the elastic component 300 can apply the first elastic force to the connection portion 400 to disengage from the socket 210, and the first elastic force can ensure that the plug 100 and the socket 200 in the mated state are in a relatively stable tension-fit state, so as to improve the stability of the mating between the plug 100 and the socket 200.
The above-mentioned plug 100 and socket 200 are mated by the elastic member 300 and the connection part 400, and the plug 100 and socket 200 are locked and unlocked by the plug 100 moving in the plugging direction. In the process of disassembly and assembly, an operator only needs to press the plug 100 to move towards the plugging direction, so that the operation is simple, and meanwhile, the disassembly and assembly efficiency can be improved. Therefore, the electric connection device disclosed by the embodiment of the invention can solve the problem of lower disassembly and assembly efficiency of the existing lighting lamp.
In a specific embodiment, the elastic component 300 may be disposed in the socket 210, and accordingly, the connection portion 400 may be connected with the plug 100. In another embodiment, the elastic member 300 may be connected to the plug 100, and accordingly, the connection part 400 may be disposed in the socket 210.
Since the elastic member 300 is deformed during operation, in order to better mount the elastic member 300 deformed during operation and to improve the stability of operation thereof, the elastic member 300 is preferably disposed in the socket 210, and the connection part 400 is connected to the plug 100.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the elastic assembly 300 may include an elastic hook 310, a first end 311 of the elastic hook 310 is connected to the socket 200 or the plug 100, and the connection portion 400 may be opened in the connection groove 410. The connecting slot 410 may include a slide-in section 411, a hitch section 412, and a slide-out section 413 that are sequentially engaged. The second end 312 of the resilient latch 310 is capable of sliding into the hooking section 412 from the sliding section 411 as the plug 100 is inserted and is engaged with the hooking section 412. The second end 312 of the resilient latch 310 can slide into the slide out section 413 from the hooking section 412 upon insertion of the plug 100, and can then slide out of the connecting slot 410 from the slide out section 413.
That is, in the actual working process, the connecting groove 410 formed on the connecting portion 400 can perform a better guiding function, and in the process that the elastic hook 310 is compressed and deformed, the connecting groove 410 can enable the elastic hook 310 to be connected with the connecting groove 410 in a hanging manner through guiding, so that the cooperation between the connecting portion 400 and the elastic component is realized, and finally the assembly between the plug 100 and the socket 200 is realized. When the elastic hook 310 is continuously compressed, the connecting groove 410 can guide the elastic hook 310 to a position capable of being separated from the connecting groove 410, so that the elastic assembly 300 and the connecting part 400 are separated, and finally the plug 100 and the socket 200 can be separated in a plugging manner. Of course, the mating engagement between the plug 100 and the mating groove 210 can better assist in the assembly of the electrical connection device.
In order to facilitate the sliding of the elastic hook 310 into the connecting slot 410 or out of the connecting slot 410, the sliding-in section 411 or the sliding-out section 413 preferably extends obliquely with respect to the insertion direction of the plug 100. In a further preferred embodiment, the slide-in section 411 and the slide-out section 413 each extend obliquely to the insertion direction of the plug 100.
In a specific embodiment, the slide-in section 411 and the slide-out section 413 may extend at an inclination of not more than 45 ° with respect to the plugging direction of the plug 100.
The connection part 400 is engaged with the elastic member 300 by engagement between the connection groove 410 and the elastic hook 310. Of course, the connecting portion 400 may also adopt other structures to achieve the above-mentioned matching effect, for example, a sliding surface, a hanging groove and a sliding surface may be disposed on the connecting portion 400, the elastic hook 310 may slide into the hanging groove from the sliding surface, so as to achieve hanging matching, and of course, after the elastic component 300 is pressed, the elastic hook 310 may move out of the hanging groove, so as to be separated from matching with the connecting portion 400 through the sliding surface.
The connection groove 410 may be formed in various manners, for example, the connection groove 410 may be formed by connecting a plurality of grooves formed on the connection portion 400. Referring again to fig. 2, 4 and 6, the connection part 400 may include an inner base 420 and an outer base 430, the inner base 420 being disposed inside the outer base 430, and a gap formed between the inner base 420 and the outer base 430 being the connection groove 410. The above-described manner of forming the connecting groove 410 is formed by a gap between two portions, and each portion can be individually processed by an operator during processing, which certainly reduces processing complexity.
Referring again to fig. 2, the inner base 420 may include a hooking recess 414, the outer base 430 may include a guiding protrusion 415, a hooking section 412 is formed between the hooking recess 414 and the guiding protrusion 415, two sides of the guiding protrusion 415 are respectively provided with a first guiding inclined plane 415a and a second guiding inclined plane 415b, a position of the first guiding inclined plane 415a opposite to the hooking recess 414 forms a hooking section 412a, the hooking section 412a is engaged with the sliding section 411, a position of the second guiding inclined plane 415b opposite to the hooking recess 414 forms a disengaging section 412b, the disengaging section 412b is engaged with the sliding section 413, the hooking recess 414 has a hooking position 414a in hooking engagement with the second end 312 of the elastic hook 310, and the hooking position 414a is opposite to the second guiding inclined plane 415 b.
In particular operation, second end 312 of resilient hanger 310 is slid from entry segment 411 into hooking segment 412a and then from hooking segment 412a into hooking location 414 a. During detachment, the second end 312 of the resilient hanger 310 passes from the hooking location 414a through the detachment segment 412b into the slide out segment 413, and finally out of the attachment slot 410. The hooking position 414a is opposite to the second guiding inclined plane 415b, so that after the second end 312 of the elastic hook 310 enters the hooking position 414a, the second guiding inclined plane 415b can guide the second end 312 of the elastic hook 310 into the sliding-out section 413 more stably during the process of inserting the elastic hook 310 with the plug 100, thereby ensuring that the second end 312 of the elastic hook 310 is separated from the connecting slot 410 more stably.
As described above, the resilient assembly 300 may be mounted in the socket 210, and in one particular embodiment, the resilient hanger 310 may be mounted on the socket 200 with the second end 312 of the resilient hanger 310 positioned within the socket 210. This allows for easier installation of the resilient hooks 310 with the receptacle 200 as a base. In a specific embodiment, the first end 311 of the elastic hook 310 may be a hook portion formed after bending, and the hook portion may be hung on the socket 200, so as to complete connection of the elastic hook 310 on the socket 200.
Specifically, the bottom wall of the plugging slot 210 may be provided with a through hole 211, and the through hole 211 is communicated with the plugging slot 210. The first end 311 of the elastic hook 310 passes through the through hole 211 and is hung on the outer side of the bottom wall of the plugging slot 210. To facilitate the passage of the elastic hooks 310, the elastic hooks 310 may be made of a metal having high strength and high elasticity, such as steel.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the connection portion 400 is connected to the plug 100, and when the elastic hook 310 is in a pressed state, the connection portion 400 at least partially extends into the socket 210.
As described above, the elastic member 300 can function to assist in the separation of the plug 100 from the socket 200, and can also function as a tension connection. In order to enhance the above-mentioned functions, in the electrical connection device disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, the elastic component 300 may further include an elastic extension piece 320, where the elastic extension piece 320 is disposed in the socket 210, and the elastic extension piece 320 is used to apply a second elastic force to the plug 100 to disengage from the socket 210. The extending direction of the elastic extension member 320 may be consistent with the plugging direction of the plug 100, so that a greater pushing force may be applied. The additional action of the second elastic force is more beneficial to the plug 100 being pulled out during the process of the plug 100 being separated from the plugging slot 210. Similarly, due to the second elastic force applied direction, in the assembled state, the elastic telescopic member 320 pushes the plug 100, so that the elastic hook 310 is more tightly stretched, and is more stably engaged with the connecting slot 410.
Referring again to fig. 1, 3, 5 and 7, the number of elastic expansion members 320 may be one or at least two. In order to apply the elastic force to the plug 100 more uniformly, preferably, the number of the elastic telescopic members 320 is at least two, the supporting plate 330 moving along the telescopic direction of the elastic telescopic members 320 can be disposed in the plugging slot 210, one end of the elastic telescopic members 320 is positioned on the bottom wall of the plugging slot 210, the other end of the elastic telescopic members 320 is positioned on the supporting plate 330, and the supporting plate 330 is in contact with the plug 100. The at least two elastic extensions 320 indirectly act as a force for applying pressure to the plug 100 by applying elastic force to the support plate 330. Meanwhile, the support plate 330 can enable the elastic force applied by at least two elastic expansion members 320 to be applied to the plug 100 with a larger application area. Specifically, the number of elastic expansion members 320 is two, as shown in fig. 1, 3, 5 and 7.
The elastic telescopic member 320 may be a telescopic spring, and of course, the elastic telescopic member 320 may also be other telescopic members, such as an elastic rubber block, an elastic bending metal sheet, and the like. The support plate 330 may be a resilient metal plate.
In the case that the elastic expansion member 320 is an expansion spring, the support plate 330 may include a support surface 331 that is in positioning engagement with the elastic expansion member 320 in order to improve the stability of assembly. The supporting surface 331 may be provided with a positioning protrusion 332 or a positioning recess 334, and the other end of the elastic telescopic member 320 is in positioning fit with the positioning recess 334 or the positioning protrusion 332. Of course, the support plate 330 may be provided with both the positioning protrusion 332 and the positioning recess 334. In this case, the other end of the elastic expansion member 320 is integrally positioned in the positioning recess 334, and the positioning protrusion 332 extends into the inner cavity of the elastic expansion member 320, so that the positioning stability of the elastic expansion member 320 can be greatly improved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the bottom wall of the plugging slot 210 is provided with the accommodating slot 212, and the elastic telescopic member 320 may be disposed in the accommodating slot 212. Such a structure of configuring the elastic expansion member 320 with a specific arrangement space can improve the stability of the installation of the elastic expansion member 320.
In a specific working process, the elastic telescopic member 320 stretches and contracts in the accommodating groove 212, based on this, in the preferred scheme, two opposite groove walls of the accommodating groove 212 are provided with the sliding grooves 213, two ends of the supporting plate 330 can be provided with the hooking portions 333, and the hooking portions 333 are in sliding fit with the corresponding sliding grooves 213 and are in limiting fit with the groove walls of the corresponding sliding grooves 213. During the expansion and contraction of the elastic expansion and contraction member 320, the supporting plate 330 can slide along the sliding slot 213 through the hooking portion 333 until being limited by the slot wall of the sliding slot 213.
Of course, two opposite groove walls of the accommodating groove 212 may be provided with a hooking portion 333, two ends of the supporting plate 330 may be provided with a sliding groove 213, and the hooking portion 333 is slidably matched with the corresponding sliding groove 213 and is in limit fit with the groove wall of the corresponding sliding groove 213. In this case, the support plate 330 can be slidably fitted along the hooking portion 333 on the wall of the accommodation groove 212.
The mechanical assembly between the plug 100 and the receptacle 200 can be achieved as described above. In the electrical connection device disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, after the plug 100 and the socket 200 are plugged, electrical connection between the two can be achieved. Based on this, one of the plug 100 and the receptacle 200 may include the first conductive terminal 110, and the other may include the second conductive terminal 220, and the first conductive terminal 110 is electrically connected with the second conductive terminal 220.
The structures of the first conductive terminal 110 and the second conductive terminal 220 may be various. Referring to fig. 1, 3, 5, 9 and 10 again, the first conductive terminal 110 includes a first coupling portion 111, a first mating portion 112 and a first butting portion 113 that are fixedly connected in sequence, and the second conductive terminal 220 includes a second coupling portion 221, a second mating portion 222 and a second butting portion 223 that are fixedly connected in sequence.
The first docking portion 113 and the second docking portion 223 are in plug-in fit, the first fitting portion 112 is fixedly connected with the plug housing 120 of the plug 100 or the base housing 230 of the socket 200, the first coupling portion 111 is electrically connected with the power cord 130 of the plug 100 or the power cord 240 of the socket 200, the second fitting portion 222 is fixedly connected with the plug housing 120 of the plug 100 or the base housing 230 of the socket 200, and the second coupling portion 221 is electrically connected with the power cord 130 of the plug 100 or the power cord 240 of the socket 200. The mating engagement of the first mating portion 113 and the second mating portion 223 enables the electrical connection between the power cord 130 of the plug 100 and the power cord 240 of the receptacle 200.
In one embodiment, the first conductive terminal 110 and the second conductive terminal 220 are each an integral structure.
