The convex block 11 and/or the insertion hole 31 on the mounting groove 21 are provided with a plurality of insertion holes, and the number of the inserted pins 3 is the same as that of the insertion holes 31. After the lamps and lanterns installation is accomplished, a plurality of bolt 3 inserts a plurality of jacks 31, has increased the tie point when lug 11 is connected with mounting groove 21, improves lug 11 and mounting groove 21's joint strength, and then increases the structural strength when connecting seat 2 is connected with fixing base 1.
Referring to fig. 1, the first body portion 10 is formed with a flange mounting portion 13 formed to project outward from an end edge of one end thereof for contact with a base, and the holder 1 is connected to a base such as a roof or a ceiling through the flange mounting portion 13. Specifically, the flange mounting portion 13 has a connection hole 131, preferably a screw hole, which is capable of being screwed to a roof or a ceiling. The preset wires on the roof or the ceiling are respectively stripped, the stripping length is preferably 8-10 mm, then the switch buttons corresponding to the electrodes on the fixing seat 1 are pressed, the corresponding wires are respectively inserted, and then the fixing seat 1 is screwed with the roof or the ceiling through the connecting holes 131 on the flange mounting part 13, so that the fixing seat 1 can be fixed on the roof or the ceiling.
Referring to fig. 3, in the expanded embodiment of the present invention, the plug pin 3 is detachably disposed near the second open end 211 of the mounting groove 21, and the plug pin 3 can be inserted into and pulled out from the position near the second open end 211 to fix or release the protrusion 11 and the mounting groove 21.
Preferably, in an expanded example of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the insertion hole 31 formed in the eaves wall 21a is a waist-shaped hole, a length direction of the insertion hole is consistent with a movement direction of the protrusion 11, a sliding block 4 is disposed in the waist-shaped hole, the sliding block 4 can slide along the length direction of the waist-shaped insertion hole 31, a threaded hole 41 is formed in a middle position of the sliding block 4, and the plug pin 3 is in threaded connection with the sliding block 4.
One end of the bolt 3 is an insertion end 3a, the insertion end 3a is configured to be an expandable and contractible limiting structure 5, and the size of the limiting structure 5 satisfies the following conditions: the outer diameter of the limiting structure 5 in the contraction state is not larger than the inner diameter of the insertion hole 31; the outer diameter of the spacing structure 5 in the expanded state is larger than the inner diameter of the insertion hole 31. When the bolt 3 is needed to disassemble and assemble the convex block 11 and the installation groove 21, the limiting structure 5 is in a contraction state, so that the bolt 3 can be conveniently inserted or pulled out. And when 3 fixed connection lugs 11 and mounting groove 21 of bolt, limit structure 5 is under the expansion state, and limit structure 5 that is greater than the jack 31 internal diameter makes lug 11 be difficult for following jack 31 roll-off, improves the connection dynamics when 3 connection lugs 11 of bolt and mounting groove 21.
In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the limiting structure 5 specifically includes a telescopic slot 51 opened at the insertion end 3a of the latch 3, a barb 52, and an elastic member 53 connecting the latch 3 and the barb 52, the elastic member 53 being disposed in the telescopic slot 51. When the elastic member 53 is in a balanced state, the barb 52 protrudes from the latch 3, and when the barb 52 is pressed by an external force (e.g., the pressing of the insertion hole 31), the barb 52 moves toward the inside of the expansion groove 51, and the elastic member 53 is in a compressed state.
In addition, the outer diameter of the limiting structure 5 in the expanded state is gradually reduced along the direction that the connecting seat 2 extends towards the fixing seat 1. The insertion end 3a of the plug 3 can be relatively easily aligned with the insertion hole 31 and inserted without an external force, thereby facilitating the operation of an operator.
The utility model discloses an among other embodiments, the space between wall and the lamps and lanterns is comparatively narrow and small, and installer is difficult to carry out the plug operation to bolt 3 in this narrow and small space, and technical staff also can control the state switch of bolt 3 through the control assembly with 3 complex of bolt to in narrow and small space, accomplish the plug operation of bolt 3.
It will be appreciated by those of ordinary skill in the art that in the embodiments described above, numerous technical details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present application. However, the technical solutions claimed in the claims of the present application can be basically implemented without these technical details and various changes and modifications based on the above-described embodiments. Accordingly, in actual practice, various changes in form and detail may be made to the above-described embodiments without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
