In some embodiments of the present application, at least two second guiding ribs or second guiding grooves are formed on at least a portion of the side wall of the body 110, and the second guiding ribs or the second guiding grooves are used for guiding the terminal block 100 when the terminal block is connected to or detached from the electronic device 200.
The side wall of the main body 110 is formed with a second guide rib or a second guide groove, and when the terminal block 100 is mounted on the electronic device 200, the second guide rib and the second guide groove can be quickly assembled and disassembled for guiding, and the terminal block 100 can be stably and accurately mounted on the electronic device 200.
As shown in fig. 6 to 9, an embodiment of the present invention also provides an electronic device including:
an electronic device 200, wherein the electronic device 200 has a housing space 210;
as described above, the terminal block 100 is detachably mounted in the housing space 210.
The electronic device 200 is provided with an accommodating space 210, and the accommodating space 210 may be a mounting groove or an inner cavity; the front end or the side face of the electronic device can be provided with a socket which can be connected with the outside, the socket comprises at least one of a network port, a USB interface, a power interface, a serial port and the like, the position of the socket can be determined according to the actual design, the type and the combination of the socket can be determined according to the requirement of the required electronic device for connecting with the outside, and the limitation is not made here.
The terminal block 100 is mounted on the electronic device 200 through the first connector 120 arranged thereon and is located in the accommodating space 210, when the first free end 121 of the first connector 120 is pressed, the first connector 120 can be disconnected from the electronic device 200, so that the terminal block 100 can be disconnected from the electronic device 200, the terminal block 100 can be detached from the electronic device 200, and the first connector 120 can enable the terminal block 100 to be quickly mounted on the electronic device 200 and also can be quickly detached from the electronic device 200, thereby effectively solving the technical problem that the terminal block 100 in the related art is usually fastened and connected by screws, which causes inconvenience in mounting and detaching between the terminal block 100 and the electronic device 200;
and through the guide 130 provided at the first end 111 and/or the second end 112, when the terminal block 100 is mounted on the electronic device 200, a guiding function can be performed, so that the terminal block 100 can be quickly aligned with the electronic device 200, so that the first connecting member 120 can be quickly connected to a position corresponding to the electronic device 200, and a problem that when the terminal block 100 is mounted on the electronic device 200, the first connecting member 120 is not easily aligned, which causes a low mounting efficiency, can be avoided, and when the terminal block 100 is dismounted from the electronic device 200, the terminal block 100 can be guided by the guide 130, which facilitates the terminal block 100 to be dismounted from the electronic device 200.
Wherein the electronic device 200 comprises a programmable controller, a coupler, an expansion module or a driver.
As shown in fig. 9, in some embodiments of the present application, the electronic device 200 includes a main body and a first matching portion 220 disposed on the main body, the accommodating space 210 is disposed on the main body, the first matching portion 220 is disposed in the accommodating space 210, and the first matching portion 220 is detachably connected to the first connector 120.
The first matching part 220 comprises at least one of a clamping hole, a buckle and an insertion protrusion; the first matching portion 220 and the first connecting member 120 are matched with each other, specifically: the first matching portion 220 is matched with the first clamping portion 140; for example, when the first clamping portion 140 is convex, the first mating portion 220 is concave, and vice versa.
In some embodiments of the present application, a third guiding rib 230 protruding toward the terminal block 100 is formed on the electronic device 200, the third guiding rib 230 is located in the accommodating space 210, and the third guiding rib 230 is used for guiding the terminal block 100 and the electronic device 200 when the terminal block 100 is fitted to the electronic device 200 or removed from the electronic device.
The third guiding rib 230 and the first guiding groove 132 cooperate to achieve a guiding function, so that when the terminal block 100 is assembled in the accommodating space 210, the terminal block 100 can be quickly assembled into the electronic device 200 along the third guiding rib 230, and the assembly accuracy and stability are high.
In some embodiments of the present application, a plurality of fourth guiding ribs or third guiding grooves are formed on a side surface of the receiving space 210 at intervals for matching with the terminal block 100.
The fourth guide rib is matched with the second guide groove to realize a guide function, and similarly, the third guide groove is matched with the second guide rib to realize the guide function, so that the terminal platform 100 and the electronic device 200 are assembled quickly.
In some embodiments of the present application, the side wall of the electronic device 200 forms at least two spaced apart fifth guiding ribs or fourth guiding grooves 240 for guiding the installation direction of other devices when the electronic device is connected to the other devices.
The electronic device 200 can be matched with the structure of the other device through the fifth guiding rib or the fourth guiding groove 240, so that when the electronic device 200 is connected with the other device, the electronic device plays a guiding role, and thus the other device is guided to be installed along the direction of the fifth guiding rib or the fourth guiding groove 240, and connection between the electronic device 200 and the other device and interface butt-joint communication between the electronic device 200 and the other device are realized. Other devices may be programmable controllers, drivers, expansion modules, or couplers.
A conductive member may be disposed in the fifth guiding rib or the fourth guiding groove 240, and the conductive member is used to be electrically connected to pins of other devices to implement communication with backplates of other devices, and of course, the conductive member may also be disposed at other positions, and when other devices are connected to the electronic device 200 along the fifth guiding rib or the fourth guiding groove, the pins of other devices may be simultaneously connected to the conductive member on the electronic device 200, so as to implement communication with backplates of other devices.
When the electronic device 200 is an expansion module, a pin may extend from another sidewall of the electronic device 200, and the pin is used to electrically connect with a conductive component on another device, so as to implement backplane communication between the electronic device 200 and another device.
In some embodiments of the present application, the main body further includes clamping arms distributed on two sides of the receiving space 210, and the clamping arms are used for clamping the terminal block 100 after the terminal block 100 is installed in the receiving space 210.
The clamping arm may be mounted or welded on the main body, and may play a role of clamping the terminal block 100 after the terminal block 100 is mounted in the receiving space 210, so as to further prevent the terminal block 100 from coming off.
It can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working process of the electronic device described above may refer to a corresponding process in the terminal block 100 embodiment, and is not described herein again.

Claims (17)

1. A terminal block for an electronic device, comprising:
the cable connector comprises a body and a connecting piece, wherein the body is provided with a first end, a second end and a plugging part positioned between the first end and the second end, and the plugging part is used for connecting a cable or a connector;
the first connecting piece is used for being detachably connected with the electronic device when the terminal block is arranged on the electronic device, and the connection between the terminal block and the electronic device is released when the first free end is pressed; and
and the at least one guide piece is arranged at the first end and/or the second end and is used for guiding when the terminal block is installed in the electronic device or detached from the electronic device.
2. The terminal block of claim 1,
the first connecting piece is positioned at the first end of the body, and the guide piece is positioned at the second end of the body; or the like, or, alternatively,
the guide piece and the first connecting piece are positioned at the same end of the body; or the like, or, alternatively,
the number of the guide pieces is at least two, at least one guide piece and the first connecting piece are located at the first end of the body, at least one guide piece is located at the second end of the body, and the first connecting piece is located at the first end and/or the second end of the body.
3. The terminal block of claim 1, wherein the guide includes at least one first guide rib extending from a surface of the body in a direction away from the body, the first guide rib being located on one or both sides of the first connector, and the first guide rib and the first connector forming a first guide groove.
4. The terminal block of claim 1, further comprising:

The terminal block according to claim 1, wherein the first connector includes a first pressing surface, and the first pressing surface is provided with a plurality of protrusions or a plurality of friction strips, or the first pressing surface is a frosted surface, or the first pressing surface has a W-shape, an inverted W-shape, a V-shape, or a plurality of connected V-shapes.
8. The terminal block of claim 1, wherein the first end and the second end are disposed opposite each other on the body, and the first connector is connected to both the first end and the second end.
9. The terminal block of claim 1, wherein the terminal block further comprises a spring or pin, the body comprises a first side and a second side opposite to each other, the insertion portion is located at the second side, and the insertion portion comprises a plurality of insertion holes for inserting cables or connectors; the first side is provided with an accommodating space, and the elastic sheet or the pins are positioned in the accommodating space and are used for being electrically connected with the electronic device.

13. The electronic device of claim 12, wherein the electronic device comprises a programmable controller, a coupler, an expansion module, or a driver.

The electronic device according to claim 12, wherein the electronic device includes a main body and a first engaging portion disposed on the main body, the accommodating space is located on the main body, the first engaging portion is located in the accommodating space, and the first engaging portion is detachably connected to the first connecting member.
15. The electronic apparatus according to claim 12, wherein a third guide rib is formed on the electronic device so as to project toward the terminal block, the third guide rib being located in the accommodating space, the third guide rib being adapted to be engaged with the terminal block to guide the terminal block and the electronic device when the terminal block is attached to or detached from the electronic device.
16. The electronic device according to claim 12, wherein a plurality of fourth guide ribs or third guide grooves are formed on a side surface of the receiving space at intervals for engaging with the terminal block.
17. The electronic device of claim 12, wherein the side wall of the electronic device forms at least two spaced fifth guiding ribs or fourth guiding grooves for guiding the installation direction of the other device when the electronic device is connected to the other device.
