Abstract
本发明涉及一种蝶阀式安全切断阀,包括:阀体、阀轴、阀板,所述阀体内为轴流式结构通道,上下两端各设置一个偏离阀体中心的轴套,阀体内加工有阀座,所述阀轴穿过轴套和阀板安装在阀体上,阀板与阀轴用卡箍固定,可相对于阀体旋转,阀板与阀座为锥度配合面,采用密封圈密封,所述阀轴上端与切断机构相连,正常工作时,切断机构会卡住阀轴使阀板处在开启状态,工作异常时,切断机构会松开卡住阀轴,在弹簧力的作用下,阀板旋转与阀座贴合,使阀门关闭。有益效果是:轴流式结构通道流通能力强,阀轴处在偏离阀体中心位置能够扩大阀板的转动角度,阀板和阀座锥度面密封可补偿因磨损而造成的泄漏,密封效果好,且便于安装和在线维修。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃气输送设备,尤其涉及一种蝶阀式安全切断阀。
背景技术
天然气输气站压力控制系统主要由安全切断阀、监控调压阀、工作调压阀组成。安全切断阀的阀体是通过法兰与监控调压阀前的管道相连接,阀体上的切断机构(导阀)通过引压信号导管与工作调压阀后的管道相连接,接收下游反馈控制压力信号,控制安全切断阀的开关,将下游压力控制在设定范围之内,保证工作调压阀为下游提供正常工作压力。目前安全切断阀结构多为旋启翻板式或套筒活塞式,由于安全切断阀的频繁工作,这两种形式的不足之处便表现出来,旋启翻板式的缺点是在翻板落下时,在翻板自重和弹簧力作用下,会对密封圈冲击非常大,特别是大口径阀门,极易造成密封圈、翻板及阀座损坏,使安全切断阀可靠性降低、寿命缩短;套筒活塞式虽然没有冲击力,但其最大缺点是切断动作响应时间比较长,反应慢,不利于管道和设备的安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术的不足,针对上述问题,提供一种能够降低冲击力和缩短反应时间的蝶阀式安全切断阀。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:包括:阀体、阀轴、阀板,所述阀体内为轴流式结构通道,上下两端各设置一个偏离阀体中心的轴套,阀体内加工有阀座,所述阀轴穿过轴套和阀板安装在阀体上,阀板与阀轴用卡箍固定,可相对于阀体旋转,阀板与阀座为锥度配合面,采用密封圈密封,所述阀轴上端与切断机构相连,正常工作时,切断机构会卡住阀轴使阀板处在开启状态,工作异常时,切断机构会松开卡住阀轴,在弹簧力的作用下,阀板旋转与阀座贴合,使阀门关闭。其特征是:所述阀体为轴流式结构通道,阀轴偏离阀体中心安装能够扩大阀板的转动角度,阀座与阀体为一体式结构,阀板与阀座两个圆锥表面的配合可实现硬密封,且具有磨损补偿功能。
有益效果是:轴流式结构通道流通能力强,阀轴处在偏离阀体中心位置能够扩大阀板的转动角度,阀板和阀座锥度面密封可补偿因磨损而造成的泄漏,密封效果好,结构简单,便于安装和在线维修。

下面结合较佳实施例详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
实施例
详见附图1,一种蝶阀式安全切断阀,包括阀体(1)、阀轴(2)、阀板(3)、弹簧(4)、卡箍(5)、密封圈(6)、密封圈(7)、上轴套(8)、阀板密封圈(9)、下轴套(10)、底盖(11)、切断机构(12)。所述下轴套(10)安装在阀体(1)下端部,用底盖(11)固定,上轴套(8)安装在阀体(1)上端部,阀轴(2)穿过上轴套(8)和阀板(3)安装在下轴套(10)内,下面由底盖(11)定位,阀板(3)与阀轴(2)用卡箍(5)固定在一起,可相对于阀体(1)旋转,阀轴(2)上端部与切断机构(12)相连接,切断机构(12)控制阀轴(2)旋转,阀板(3)与阀座为锥度配合面,采用阀板密封圈(9)密封。工作正常时,手动旋转阀轴至开启位置,此时切断机构会锁紧阀轴使阀板处在开启状态,阀门打开,工作异常时,气体压力或其它外部力量会促使切断机构打开,松开锁紧装置,阀轴在弹簧力的作用下,带动阀板旋转与阀座贴合,使阀门关闭,切断下游气体,保证下游设备安全。
本发明的优选方案是,所述轴流式结构通道流通能力强,阀轴偏离阀体中心安装能够扩大阀板的转动角度,使流通面积增大。
本发明的优选方案是,所述阀板与阀座均为圆锥形面,可补偿锥度密封面和阀板密封圈密封因磨损而造成的泄漏。
本发明的优选方案是,所述阀板安装有密封圈,与阀座形成软密封,阀板与阀座均为圆锥形面可以形成硬密封,软、硬密封相结合,密封效果更好,结构简单,便于安装和在线维修。

1.一种蝶阀式安全切断阀,包括:阀体、阀轴、阀板,所述阀体上下两端各设置一个偏离阀体中心的轴套,阀体内加工有阀座,所述阀轴穿过轴套和阀板安装在阀体上,阀板与阀轴用卡箍固定,可相对于阀体旋转,阀板与阀座为锥度配合面,采用密封圈密封,所述阀轴上端延伸至阀体外部,与切断机构相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蝶阀式安全切断阀,其特征是:所述阀轴偏离阀体中心安装能够扩大阀板的转动角度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的蝶阀式安全切断阀,其特征是:所述阀体是轴流式结构通道。
4.根据权利要求1所述的蝶阀式安全切断阀,其特征是:所述阀座与阀体为一体式结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的蝶阀式安全切断阀,其特征是:所述当密封圈损坏时,阀板与阀座两个圆锥表面的配合实现硬密封。
6.根据权利要求1所述的蝶阀式安全切断阀,其特征是:所述阀板与阀座圆锥表面具有磨损补偿功能。
