本发明具体涉及一种新型稳流式电动气泵。
背景技术
空气泵是用于产生压缩空气的一种装置,空气泵分为电动空气泵和手动空气泵,电动空气泵主要用于气动打胶、汽车充气等一些需要压缩空气的设备。现有技术中空气泵由于体积和重量的原因,不便携带,使用过程中稳定效果差,流速不均匀只是气压变化大,且长期使用后,消耗量增加,降低工作效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于一种新型稳流式电动气泵,以解决现有的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新型稳流式电动气泵,包括外壳,外壳底部设有滑轮,外壳顶部设有拎手,外壳内部设有散热板,外壳内底部设有电机组,电机组连接发生腔,发生腔包括气泵、活塞、连接件和减震消音板,气泵上的曲轴连接活塞,气泵外侧四周设有减震消音板,通过连接件固定,发生腔通过管件连接储气腔,储气腔连接出气管,气泵上侧连接调压阀,调压阀一端连接软管,软管连接至储气腔,调压阀另一端连接减震回位弹簧,减震回位弹簧另一端通过固定件固定在气泵上,调压阀连接报警器,报警器连接稳流器。
本发明的进一步改进在于:电机组连接气泵上的曲轴。
本发明的进一步改进在于:发生腔和储气腔为防爆钢材一体式结构。

本发明结构简单,体积小,适用范围广,滑轮设计方便携带运输,采用防爆钢材一体式结构能有效增强安全性能,减震消音板的使用能减少震动,降低噪声,通过然热板的使用,快速消散活塞运动时产生的热量,提高稳定性,调压阀配合稳流器使用节能稳流,气压稳定,提高工作效率,配合报警器有效延长使用寿命,减震回位弹簧使用时间长,抗震效果好,提高精准度。

一种新型稳流式电动气泵,包括外壳1,外壳1底部设有滑轮2,运输方便省力,适用范围广,外壳1顶部设有拎手3,方便携带,外壳1内部设有散热板4,快速消散活塞运动时产生的热量,提高稳定性,外壳1内底部设有电机组5,电机组5连接发生腔6,发生腔6包括气泵61、活塞62、连接件64和减震消音板65,电机组5连接气泵61上的曲轴,气泵61上的曲轴连接活塞62,气泵61外侧四周设有减震消音板65,减少震动,降低噪声,通过连接件64固定,发生腔6通过管件7连接储气腔8,发生腔6和储气腔8为防爆钢材一体式结构,有效增强安全性能,储气腔8连接出气管9,气泵61上侧连接调压阀10,节能稳流,提高工作效率,调压阀10连接报警器13,有效延长使用寿命,报警器13连接稳流器14调,增强稳流效果,保持平稳安全性,压阀10一端连接软管11,软管11连接至储气腔8,调压阀10另一端连接减震回位弹簧12,使用时间长,抗震效果好,提高精准度,减震回位弹簧12另一端通过固定件固定在气泵61上。
工作原理是:电机组通过两根三角带驱动气泵曲轴,从而驱动活塞进行打气,打出的气体通过管件导入储气腔,另一方面储气筒又通过软管将储气腔内的气体导入固定在气泵上的调压阀内,从而控制储气筒内的气压,当储气腔内的气压未达到调压阀调定的压力时,从储气腔内进入调压阀的气体不能顶开调压阀阀门;当储气腔内的气压达到调压阀调定的压力时,从储气腔内进入调压阀的气体顶开调压阀阀门,进入软管,并通过软管控制气泵的进气口常开,从而使气泵空负荷运转,达到减少动力损耗,保护气泵的目的,而储气腔内的气压过大,而调压阀的阀门打不开时,则进行报警,降低损失;当储气腔内的气压因损耗而低于调压阀调定的压力时,调压阀内的阀门由回位弹簧将其回位,断开气泵的控制气路,气泵又重新开始打气。

1.一种新型稳流式电动气泵,包括外壳(1),其特征在于:所述外壳(1)底部设有滑轮(2),所述外壳(1)顶部设有拎手(3),所述外壳(1)内部设有散热板(4),所述外壳(1)内底部设有电机组(5),所述电机组(5)连接发生腔(6),所述发生腔(6)包括气泵(61)、活塞(62)、连接件64)和减震消音板(65),所述气泵(61)上的曲轴连接活塞(62),所述气泵(61)外侧四周设有减震消音板(65),通过连接件(64)固定,所述发生腔(6)通过管件(7)连接储气腔(8),所述储气腔(8)连接出气管(9),所述气泵(61)上侧连接调压阀(10),所述调压阀(10)一端连接软管(11),所述软管(11)连接至储气腔(8),所述调压阀(10)另一端连接减震回位弹簧(12),所述减震回位弹簧(12)另一端通过固定件固定在气泵(61)上,所述调压阀(10)连接报警器(13),所述报警器(13)连接稳流器(14)。
