Abstract

本发明公开了一种贴覆木皮的木塑墙板及板材,包括木塑层、木皮表层、左锁扣部和右锁扣部,所述木塑层的外表面设有木皮表层,所述木塑层的两侧设有用于板体之间卡接的左锁扣部和右锁扣部。通过在木塑墙板的表面贴覆木皮表层,能够提高墙板及板材的强度,墙板整体不易变形,相邻墙板之间通过两个锁扣部的配合墙板之间连接牢固,在黏胶层内设置尼龙增强层能够提高墙板整体的强度,在木皮表层的下表面设有进行砂光处理的粗糙粘黏面,能够提高木皮粘附的牢固性,避免表层的木皮出现脱落的问题。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及墙板及板材的技术领域,特别是一种贴覆木皮的木塑墙板及板材的技术领域。
【背景技术】
传统的建筑墙板大多采用钢筋混凝土或砖砌而成,随着我国建筑业的飞速发展,各种墙板应运而生,包括木塑板、木胶板、彩钢瓦、钢板等,如今墙板以其安装方便、节能环保、美观大方的优点广泛应用于建筑装饰领域,木塑板虽然具有绿色环保等优点,但是作为墙板时硬度不够,易变形,而粘黏钢板增强时,墙板的重量进一步的加大,现提供一种贴覆木皮的木塑墙板及板材。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种贴覆木皮的木塑墙板及板材,通过在木塑层基体上复合木皮表层,能够提高墙板及板材的强度,墙板及板材整体不易变形,具有良好的耐磨性等,有效地提高墙板使用寿命。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种贴覆木皮的木塑墙板及板材,包括木塑层、木皮表层、左锁扣部和右锁扣部,所述木塑层的外表面设有木皮表层,所述木塑层的两侧设有用于板体之间卡接的左锁扣部和右锁扣部。
作为优选,所述木塑层与木皮表层之间依次设有黏胶层,所述黏胶层内设有尼龙增强层,所述木皮表层的下表面设有进行砂光处理的粗糙粘黏面。
作为优选,所述左锁扣部包括第一锁紧槽、拼接凹槽和卡接凸起部,所述第一锁紧槽开设于左锁扣部的外表面,所述第一锁紧槽靠近端部的一侧设有卡接凸起部,所述第一锁紧槽的另一侧设有拼接凹槽,所述卡接凸起部的下端面设有第一导入斜面,所述第一导入斜面与水平面之间的夹角为15-25度。
作为优选,所述右锁扣部包括锁头、拼接凸起部和卡接凹槽,所述锁头的端部设有拼接凸起部,所述锁头的下端面设有第二导入斜面,所述第二导入斜面上开设有卡接凹槽,所述卡接凹槽与木塑层的下端面的连接处设有圆弧过渡面,所述第二导入斜面与水平面之间的夹角为15-25度。
作为优选,所述木塑墙板及板材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A将聚氯乙烯基体树脂80-100份、植物纤维粉120-220份、碳酸钙30-40份,在120-160℃下混合搅拌20-35分钟,得到共混料;
B向共混料中加入发泡剂0.5-1份、偶联剂12-16份、补强剂4-6份、稳定剂2-4份,在140-160℃高温熔融共混25-35分钟得到熔融共混料,在30℃-60℃温度下冷混5-10分钟,将混合均匀的物料静置3-4小时,然后喂入平行双螺杆挤出机中造粒,造粒后的物料经锥形双螺杆挤出机连接模具,挤出冷却成型,得到带有左锁扣部和右锁扣部的木塑层;
C对木塑层的上表面进行砂光处理,形成粗糙的粘黏面,将加热后的热凝固胶浇筑到木塑层的粘黏面,再将木皮表层贴在木塑层的上表面,然后冷却定型,对侧边进行打磨修边,得到成品得到墙板板材基材。
作为优选,所述步骤C中木塑层的粘接面所在侧进行辊压,得到带有均布有容胶槽的粘接面,所述容胶槽为条形槽,所述容胶槽的深度为1-2mm,将加热后的热凝固胶浇筑到木塑层的粘黏面,然后在木塑层的粘接面铺设尼龙布,再次将加热后的热凝固胶浇筑到尼龙布的表面,再将木皮表层贴在尼龙布的表面,然后冷却定型。
作为优选,所述步骤D中墙板板材基材的粘接面为其上表面、下表面中的一面或两面,所述粘接面上粘贴有铝板层或石塑层中的一种或多种。
作为优选,所述步骤A中植物纤维粉为竹粉、木粉、秸秆粉、稻壳粉、椰壳粉中的一种或多种混合。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过在木塑墙板及板材的表面贴覆木皮表层,并在胶体内增设尼龙增强层,能够提高墙板及板材的强度,墙板及板材整体不易变形,相邻墙板之间通过两个锁扣部的配合墙板之间连接牢固。

参阅图1至图2本发明一种贴覆木皮的木塑墙板及板材,包括木塑层1、木皮表层2、左锁扣部3和右锁扣部4,所述木塑层1的外表面设有木皮表层2,所述木塑层1的两侧设有用于板体之间卡接的左锁扣部3和右锁扣部4。所述木塑层1与木皮表层2之间依次设有黏胶层12,所述黏胶层12内设有尼龙增强层13,所述木皮表层2的下表面设有进行砂光处理的粗糙粘黏面。所述左锁扣部3包括第一锁紧槽31、拼接凹槽32和卡接凸起部33,所述第一锁紧槽31开设于左锁扣部3的外表面,所述第一锁紧槽31靠近端部的一侧设有卡接凸起部33,所述第一锁紧槽31的另一侧设有拼接凹槽32,所述卡接凸起部33的下端面设有第一导入斜面331,所述第一导入斜面331与水平面之间的夹角为15-25度。所述右锁扣部4包括锁头41、拼接凸起部42和卡接凹槽43,所述锁头41的端部设有拼接凸起部42,所述锁头41的下端面设有第二导入斜面411,所述第二导入斜面411上开设有卡接凹槽43,所述卡接凹槽43与木塑层1的下端面的连接处设有圆弧过渡面431,所述第二导入斜面411与水平面之间的夹角为15-25度。
所述木塑墙板及板材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A将聚氯乙烯基体树脂80-100份、植物纤维粉120-220份、碳酸钙30-40份,在120-160℃下混合搅拌20-35分钟,得到共混料,所述植物纤维粉为竹粉、木粉、秸秆粉、稻壳粉、椰壳粉中的一种或多种混合;
B向共混料中加入发泡剂0.5-1份、偶联剂12-16份、补强剂4-6份、稳定剂2-4份,在140-160℃高温熔融共混25-35分钟得到熔融共混料,在30℃-60℃温度下冷混5-10分钟,将混合均匀的物料静置3-4小时,然后喂入平行双螺杆挤出机中造粒,造粒后的物料经锥形双螺杆挤出机连接模具,挤出冷却成型,得到带有左锁扣部3和右锁扣部4的木塑层1;

本发明通过墙板及板材基体、木皮表层、左锁扣部和右锁扣部等的配合,通过在木塑墙板的表面贴覆木皮表层,能够提高墙板及板材的强度,墙板整体不易变形,相邻墙板之间通过两个锁扣部的配合墙板之间连接牢固,在黏胶层内设置尼龙增强层能够提高墙板整体的强度,在木皮表层的下表面设有进行砂光处理的粗糙粘黏面,能够提高木皮粘附的牢固性,避免表层的木皮出现脱落的问题。

1.一种贴覆木皮的木塑墙板及板材,其特征在于:包括木塑层(1)、木皮表层(2)、左锁扣部(3)和右锁扣部(4),所述木塑层(1)的外表面设有木皮表层(2),所述木塑层(1)的两侧设有用于板体之间卡接的左锁扣部(3)和右锁扣部(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种贴覆木皮的木塑墙板及板材,其特征在于:所述木塑层(1)与木皮表层(2)之间依次设有黏胶层(12),所述黏胶层(12)内设有尼龙增强层(13),所述木皮表层(2)的下表面设有进行砂光处理的粗糙粘黏面。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种贴覆木皮的木塑墙板及板材,其特征在于:所述左锁扣部(3)包括第一锁紧槽(31)、拼接凹槽(32)和卡接凸起部(33),所述第一锁紧槽(31)开设于左锁扣部(3)的外表面,所述第一锁紧槽(31)靠近端部的一侧设有卡接凸起部(33),所述第一锁紧槽(31)的另一侧设有拼接凹槽(32),所述卡接凸起部(33)的下端面设有第一导入斜面(331),所述第一导入斜面(331)与水平面之间的夹角为15-25度。

A将聚氯乙烯基体树脂80-100份、植物纤维粉120-220份、碳酸钙30-40份,在120-160℃下混合搅拌20-35分钟,得到共混料;
B向共混料中加入发泡剂0.5-1份、偶联剂12-16份、补强剂4-6份、稳定剂2-4份,在140-160℃高温熔融共混25-35分钟得到熔融共混料,在30℃-60℃温度下冷混5-10分钟,将混合均匀的物料静置3-4小时,然后喂入平行双螺杆挤出机中造粒,造粒后的物料经锥形双螺杆挤出机连接模具,挤出冷却成型,得到带有左锁扣部(3)和右锁扣部(4)的木塑层(1);
C对木塑层(1)的上表面进行砂光处理,形成粗糙的粘黏面,将加热后的热凝固胶浇筑到木塑层(1)的粘黏面,再将木皮表层(2)贴在木塑层(1)的上表面,然后冷却定型,对侧边进行打磨修边,得到成品得到墙板板材基材。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种贴覆木皮的木塑墙板及板材,其特征在于:所述步骤C中木塑层(1)的粘接面所在侧进行辊压,得到带有均布有容胶槽的粘接面,所述容胶槽为条形槽,所述容胶槽的深度为1-2mm,将加热后的热凝固胶浇筑到木塑层(1)的粘黏面,然后在木塑层(1)的粘接面铺设尼龙布,再次将加热后的热凝固胶浇筑到尼龙布的表面,再将木皮表层(2)贴在尼龙布的表面,然后冷却定型。
