Claims (5)

1. A weaving method of a fixed-order twisted cashmere fiber product is characterized by mainly comprising the following steps:

step C): the fancy twisting machine is provided with a yarn guide bar grid and a V-shaped control groove, wherein the V-shaped control groove is arranged above the yarn guide bar grid, the V-shaped control groove is provided with a through hole with uniformly arranged center, and when a plurality of strands pass through the through hole during twisting, the strands of strands are orderly arranged under the action of the V-shaped control groove to form hollow strands;
step D): if at least 6 cashmere slubbing single-color yarns need to be twisted, the yarns are uniformly divided into a plurality of parts, the number of each cashmere slubbing single-color yarn is not more than 5, then each cashmere slubbing single-color yarn is twisted separately through a fancy twisting machine, a hollow spindle is arranged in the first procedure at 2000-8000 turns/min, the random variable is 0% -15%, the running length is 40-150 mm, the twist degree is 50-1500 twists/meter, the tension is 5% -16%, the overfeed ratio is 0.5-2.0, a hollow spindle is arranged in the second procedure at 2000-8000 turns/min, the random variable is 0% -15%, the running length is 60-120 mm, the twist degree is 200-1000 twists/meter, the tension is 8% -9%, the overfeed ratio is 0.5-2.0, and then at most 5 parts of cashmere slubbing single-color yarns are subjected to multiple twisting, until all cashmere slubbing single-color yarns are twisted, the process is the same as that of single twisting during double twisting;
step E): if at most 5 cashmere slubbing single-color yarns need to be twisted, all cashmere slubbing single-color yarns are twisted by a fancy twisting machine, a first procedure is provided with 2000 to 8000 revolutions per minute of a hollow spindle, 0 to 15% of a random variable, 40 to 150 mm of running length, 50 to 1500 twists per meter of twist per meter, 5 to 16% of tension and 0.5 to 2.0 of overfeed ratio, a second procedure is provided with 2000 to 8000 revolutions per minute of the hollow spindle, 0 to 15% of a random variable, 60 to 120 mm of running length, 200 to 1000 twists per meter of twist per meter, 8 to 9% of tension and 0.5 to 2.0 of overfeed ratio, and a third procedure is provided with 2000 to 8000 revolutions per minute of the hollow spindle and the random variable: 0% -15%, the running length is 70 mm-110 mm, the twist number is 200 twist/meter-1000 twist/meter, the tension is 8% -9%, the overfeed ratio is 0.5-2.0, a hollow spindle is arranged in the fourth procedure at 2000 rpm-8000 rpm, the random variable is 0% -15%, the running length is 80 mm-100 mm, the twist number is 0 twist/meter, the tension is 5% -16%, and the overfeed ratio is 0.5-2.0;

The method for weaving cashmere fiber products with fixed-position twists according to claim 1, wherein in step D, if at least 6 cashmere slubbing single-color yarns are twisted, the yarns are uniformly divided into several parts, the number of the single-color yarns per cashmere slubbing is not more than 5, then each cashmere slubbing single-color yarn is twisted separately by a fancy twisting machine, when twisting, a first process is performed, wherein 2000 revolutions per minute of the hollow spindle, 10% of random variable, 40 mm of running length, 300 mm of running length, 5% of twist per meter of tension and 1% of overfeed ratio are set, a second process is performed, wherein 2000 revolutions per minute of the hollow spindle, 10% of random variable, 60 mm of running length, 300 mm of twist per meter of tension and 8% of overfeed ratio are set, then at most 5 parts of cashmere slubbing single-color yarns are re-twisted until all the cashmere slubbing single-color yarns are twisted, the procedure is the same as for single twisting.
